Anthem Memory Care

We went on a tour Friday morning: Clear Creek - nice facility, very clean/well kept, staff was friendly, residents looked cared for, grounds are well maintained, the facility has a lot of potential. Being the place we toured, It set a good bar.

My friend has been at Emerald Place since 2018 and I can honestly say she was lucky to be a resident. The people are kind, caring, attentive and patient. Communication is excellent. There are activities galore. Special holiday parties. It's just a very special facility!

We had a very nice visit at Harvester in Burr Ridge. The staff were very attentive and involved with the residents. The facility was clean and welcoming. We were very satisfied with the visit. Unfortunately, we will not bring my husband there, it we will keep it in mind if we need something down the road.

My overall experience with Clear Creek has been very good. The staff is there for the families as much as they are for the residents, and that has been a huge benefit since it's emotional to watch your parent suffer through the disease of dementia. It can definitely be a roller coaster and they are always there for you, and them. They have a wonderful, supportive and caring staff across the board. They have all kinds of activities all day long, and a lot of musical and other fun activities for the families to enjoy with their loved ones. The activities are inside and outside depending on the weather, and they always accommodate given the conditions. The room size works well for my dad, especially considering the fact that it's getting more difficult for him to walk and there's plenty of room for him to use his walker. They prepare well rounded meals, and they always save a meal for my dad if he sleeps in late and they make sure that he's eating enough. There can be some bumps along the way, and I would say that's because of dealing with a difficult disease. My experience with them caring for my dad has been a good one and reassuring, and I know that he's being taken care of very well.

It is a very nice place. My mom has been treated very well and taken care of very well. They are very efficient. Yes, I would recommend it

The staff accommodated our needs effectively and with efficiency. This was a good experience. I am a fan. I have recommend them to others several times.

Great tour and our questions were answered thoroughly. Just sad that our mother was not accepted as this was a wonderful community.

Lovely physical setting w/variety of rooms and gardens. [name removed] had a booklet available w/sample menus/activities. We toured the faculty, saw individual rooms, visited a current resident, observed a group activity. In addition to memory care residents, this facility has respite and companion rooms…nice variety of services to meet needs. The tour was very helpful and I’d rank this facility as a top choice compared to others in Albuquerque. In cost, cleanliness, customer service, and options.

Value for the money 3-4 (I do have peace of mind having my mother there, which is worth a lot, but I find NR to be very expensive and worry a bit that her means to pay will run out before she's done needing care). All staff/resident interactions that I have witnessed have been respectful and not condescending or patronizing. It also doesn't smell bad.

My mom is never in her room but to get ready for the day and sleep. Activities all day everyday and parties for every occasion. 8. 5 Excellent. Less than $8k and my mom is on hospice. This is the second time we used A Place for Mom. The staff works continually until the perfect place is found. Both times we couldn't ask for better service from the staff. They recommend wonderful places to choice from. Thank you for your care and kindness.

Caring staff, prompt handling of serious matters, humanity when issues arise, careful attention given to my loved one. I would recommend to others.

The staff is awesome. They're knowledgeable, caring and passionate about their community. The facility is always clean, relaxed and orderly. Grace Point Place is definitely a top notch memory care facility.

Without your help we would not have been put into the contact with the memory care facility we chose. This was an emergency, and everyone came through for us. Staff is friendly; site is clean; and my uncle is working out there. We like his room, and it is decorated nicely with things from his home.

There is genuine kindness and respect for all the residents by all the staff with whom I have come into contact. I visit my mother there usually about week at different times just keep an eye on things, and have never been disappointed. The residents come first at Vineyard Place. I have recommended it to several people.

Seeing how well my mom has adjusted being at Vineyard Place I would have to give them a 5. Vinyard Place has been amazing support for our family and for our mom. The care and support our mom receives has been more than we could have imagined. I would definitely recommend Vinyard Place to others for the overall care and support of their loved one.

Liked it enough to move my friend here. But that hasn't happened yet, so we'll see. I hope he will like it.

They do a good job taking care of their residents, we had a very good experience. , I would recommend Concord Place to others.

My mom passed in November 2025. I moved her into Chelsea Place in June or July of 2025. I had originally had her in a house setting care facility for about 6 months that was not the right fit for her. I had originally toured Chelsea Place and was deterred due to cost and thinking that a house setting would be better for her. My only wish is that I had placed her here from the start. The staff are amazing, kind and very compassionate. They are on top of what care the person needs and truly care! [name removed] runs a tight ship and is amazing and compassionate as well. I miss the staff and think of them often now that I no longer need to visit. I can not speak any more highly of Chelsea Place. If you are looking for great care and great staff this is the place. It's always clean and smells good.

Great staff, even executive director gets involved with the residents. I've only ate there a couple times but seems like good variety from day to day. Always something for the residents each day. Comparable to other areas we looked at but with better staff interactions with the residents. You can tell they care about their residents. There seems to be more staff than what we saw at other facilities and the are always interacting with the residents. They have a good variety of activities going on each day. It has taken a while for our mom to get settled in but they never gave up on her and getting her involved. They really have a good understanding of the dementia patients and how to take care of them. The Executive director is very handsome on as well.
