We enjoyed being to get her on Valentine's Day for a appealing meal and dessert. As a caregiver for my husband I really appreciated this.

Sad to leave friends. There are true angels here. God bless you all.

Very pleased with all aspects of this facility.

Good activities. Very accommodating. Nice modern facility. Sort based on the Europe models for memory care. Room sizes are on the bigger side. They seem to have many different activities for residents throughout the day. Overall I think it's a fantastic place. And gives family peace of mind that she safe and well taken care of.

Her " Care Givers" are excellent. They are friendly and always alert to dairy needs and her attitudes. The medical staff checks her vitamins daily and redo when they are not normal. Meds are closed timely the support staff works constantly to see the see the operation runs smoothly and the physical plant is well maintained.

My mom is 91 and had been living in my home for the past 4 years. She slowly had increased dementia so we knew that it was time for a safer place. Cascade Creek is a newer facility. Her room has large windows and a high ceiling. She has both electronic monitoring in her room and frequent staff checks. She has really blossomed in the environment of other residents. The meals are very good. She enjoys bingo and daily activities. She always comments on how kind the staff are. When she came home for Christmas so would comment about her other place and was actually happy to get back and check in with her group. We are very pleased and relieved that she is happy and safe in her new home.

It has been a fantastic experience. Administration and Staff are very friendly polite and helpful. They keep my family informed on what’s happening with my mom. If we have any questions or concerns they take them seriously and get answers for us. Recently wondered if my mom had another UTI and they immediately got an order for a U/A. Staff doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking. I would highly recommend Mill Creek for caring for anybody’s loved one.

Amber Glen has a very caring staff all staff! I am always contacted it there is a serious issuer with my step mother. The staff is always helpful in letting one know if my step mother has any daily needs I can address.

There is nothing. I don't love about this place. I can finally sleep at night knowing he is being very well taken care of.

I have been seeing residents here at Amber Glen for 13 years. The nursing, activity. caregivers and building staff are consistently compassionate and have created a community; a home atmosphere that make this a special place to work and live. It was difficult to decide on the right fit for my mom. Amber Glen has provided a loving, caring, professional, and safe environment for my mom. As a family staff team we all work together to support her the best we can. I trust Amber Glen will always do their best for my mom. I have also benefitted from their support group for caregivers.

My mom and I have toured many faculties but this was the first place that treated us like family the moment we walked in and the facility is set up so well for people with lower mobility.

My dad is a resident. It was difficult to make the transition but I am glad we did. My dad is safe and the stress is of my aging mother. My dad is well cared for and more social than being at home.

As most people know this is an incredibly difficult time for patrons and families. The Highline staff provides comfort and love to the Patrons while understanding what the families are experiencing. My wife is there 2-3 times a week. They regularly turn over half of the staff. Which does present some challenges. Staff was is focused on patient care and memory treatment considerations. Less industrial and more homey.

My wife has been at Savoy Place for 2 1/2 years and is receiving excellent care. Torrey is so sweet and kind to everyone, [name removed] is compassionate and interacts with the residents well, [name removed] is a hard worker and uses humor well when he interacts with the residents, [name removed] is kind and makes sure the residents needs are taken care of, [name removed] is sweet and works hard, and [name removed] is very kind, hard working, making the residents feel at home. [name removed] is really good interacting with and taking care of the residents. [name removed] manages the caregivers well and does a good job in scheduling everyone. I really appreciate [name removed] painting my wife's nails. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] do a wonderful job of dispensing meds and making sure the residents are in good health. I am so glad to have these amazing people caring for my wife.
