They don’t show up pretty frequently. They were friendly enough when they did show up though. You get what you pay for and we’ll probably be needing to find a different home care provider pretty soon.

The original phone call was very friendly, and a caregiver was available immediately, however because no onsite personal interview was made by the staff, the caregiver did not meet specific requirements we requested. It has been a learning experience if after two weeks the caregiver is unable to work with the patient it is best to review the situation and make whatever changes are necessary. Because this agency deals with contracted personnel it required two checks be written each week for payment. There is no method of keeping track of hours worked. The family did not think the patient had issues out of the norm, and therefore was expecting the caregiver to be prepared for the challenges of normal senior concerns. Because of hearing issues combined with heavy accents, it made communication difficult and didn't allow for good rapport between caregiver and patient, or a very happy environment.

Jeff was somewhat helpful. Medium priced. Nurse assessment costs $150 and is needed. Not sure of license, if worked with our long-term insurance company, and didn't know if he could get a [removed].

We were VERY disappointed. They insisted that they knew their caregivers so well and so would match us with someone who fit our needs for my grandmother. Instead, they sent someone who had never worked for them before. she was very nice but completely unqualified for the job- she might be a fit for someone else, but her low energy and passive nature (though very sweet) was not a fit at all. Mostly we were just very distressed that we had been "sold" on this on the idea that they knew their caregivers so well and so would be able to find us someone who met our needs...and it seems like they didn't even try. She did not meet the criteria that we so carefully provided at all. We stopped service after 2 days.

We were pleased with the service when [Name removed] was owner. Not too impressed with new owner or management at all. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I left one star but was hesitant about that. Monday morning we are with new company.

We had to discontinue the services with this agency. They just could not send the right type of caregiver to help out with my sister.The first person they sent was too small in build to help transport my sister than the second one was not licensed to go caregiver work. So here I am paying for this service for them to provide care and I am doing all the work.

This review is regarding the owner, [Removed]. My family employs several of her staff. I had specific concerns and wrote [Removed]. She NEVER bothered to respond. I find this very rude and unprofessional.

They just didn't show up. Plain and simple. I had to text the boss, and he had someone come out and sit, but it was not at all what I had hoped for.

Poor services, unable to contact them when an emergency this weekend April 30, 2016. I contacted them on behalf of my sister and her husband under whose care they were. One of the aide yelled and screamed at the patient so loud I was scared hearing her, I happened to be on the phone with my sister at that time. The voice message is of no use, there is no "Tone" to leave a message, and the voice mail saying a coordinator's phone # is unclear.

I guess home doesn't matter because I found they: didn't provide proper communication, didn't answer their phone, didn't provide proper assistance at the proper time, didn't send a refund check as they said they would. I cancelled service.

We contracted with them to provide 6 hours of home care for 7 days per week. The company committed to finding 1-2 caregivers for my aging father in law. It took multiple weeks to finally find someone and then proceeded to only provide services for 5 days per week. After about 10 days the services stopped because of an issue with one of their caregivers but the company did not supply a replacement despite multiple requests. Also, their billing is not accurate, the company is not responsive to complaints, and this was a horrible experience. We have used other agencies and this was by far the worst. Their care services were actually pretty good but the company never fulfilled the terms of their contract.

Five times they had no one to come to my house to help me with my father. A couple of times it was a no call no show. They don’t seem to have it together as far as providing the service they claim they can provide.

Not a good one worker is not doing there job. Gets along with my daughter but doesn't do anything. My daughter has not had a shower in 3 months or washed up, and doesn't even brush her hair.

They are misleading in their advertising. Their brochures state all levels of care customized to the individual, yet they only offer, and push 24/7 live-in caregivers.

[name removed] told me things that were included, such as doctor would come in the middle of night if needed, they would send a lab to take blood 24/7. Would always have same backup person if main caregiver was not available. And, so much more. Felt like he did a total bait and switch.

We had it scheduled for two months and then the night before our first scheduled visit they called and told us they did not have anyone to come.

It was truly disappointing. We were promised many things and very little came to fruition. In terms of scheduling, we were told that it could be a minimum of two hours, but then when it was actually time to schedule, we were told that people wouldn’t work for less than four hours. Instead of having a semi regular person, we had different people most days. Most we had the same person three times a week of the seven days. One of the caregivers was on her phone or in the bathroom the entire time. I actually had tell her to leavetwo hours. they were not responsive to our. Concerns. Billing was inaccurate for every single cycle.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. We hired a nurse for an overnight after my sister the caregiver died. My mother with dementia needed someone other than me who she thought was her childhood abuser. The assigned nurse arrived and rather than take the lead in care she wanted to be our backup. Less than an hour in she told us she was stepping out to make a phone call and instead grabber her things and left.

Was ripped off financially[Amount Removed] deposit, I was promised to be refunded half of but never received. I do not recommend this service, poor work service and the manager needs to be replaced .It took a worker 2 hours to dust off 3 end tables, which I could have had my 12 year old granddaughter do twice as fast

Look elsewhere if you want reliable help for your loved one we had one person leave and shifts weren’t even covered at all, you give them your money and they weren’t reliable. I can say what care did come in the first few days they were great and helpful but then the problems started and we were left alone with no help and money was never refunded even after phone calls and text messages.
