The girls were very friendly and did exactly what they were expected to do. They were there to keep an eye on my mom and did exactly that. My mom and liked them and their care was sufficient. I have no complaints.

Our experience with Griswold Home Care was a good one overall. The caregivers they sent were friendly and professional, and we never had any issues with scheduling. I was a bit disappointed that all of the care information they collected from us during the intake process did not seem to get passed along to the caregiver, so we had to repeat some of the information when the caregiver arrived.

It has been fine. There hasn't been any problems. They are very professional. I would recommend the Senior Helpers agency to anyone looking for caregivers to assist you at home. This is a good agency.

the only thing is my my is mentally ill and they send out diffrent care givers and mom can only handle one person but other than that its great i think the staff that help us was fine the care givers and nice as well i gave the over all a 5 star

They are doing a good job. The turnover in this industry is kind of rapid, because availability changes rapidly. They have been reliable, someone is always there when they are supposed to be. And they are good at communicating when there are changes. They have been good to work with and we are pretty happy with them.

They have done a very good job. They are very considerate, and they are reliable. They try to give us the same few caregivers on a consistent basis, and worked with us to find caregivers that were a good fit. We haven't had any issues with the billing process and everything is working out well.

Carepoint Inc is professional and courteous. The only problem we have is the lack of communication. Sometimes we don't get any warning that the caregiver they are sending is not the same. Although the caregivers they do send is adequate, my mom likes consistency. New people make her nervous and we can't have that.

The caregiver we had with ComForcare did very well with my father when she was helping him out. She was very friendly, and did a really nice and thorough job when cleaning the house and anything else we asked her to do.

The staff at Senior Helpers was good. I think we waited too late my to get help as my Mom sun downs severely. To come into the house and provide care during this time was a very difficult task. We had three different care givers over four days. Unfortunately my Mom fell and broke her right arm while they were watching over her. We have been at the hospital for the last four nights and are awaiting a placement in a psyche unit to treat Mom's behavioral issues. I don't think she will return home.

They choose a wonderful caregiver for my mom and she is very happy with the service. I would recommend them

They are generally speaking doing a good job but we have noticed that they are finding it difficult to holding down their best personal. But overall they are good as we noticed.

They did a very good job for us when we used them. They were reliable and we never had any trouble with people not showing up when they were supposed to or anything. We were happy with them.

So far things are going pretty well. They have been reliable, no real problems with people being late, or not showing up. We get the same couple of people on a steady schedule, so the consistency is nice.

Most of the things they do very well. Some of the things I have found that they don't have experience on. For instance, when they did some washing for us, when they put the clothes in the dryer, they put the dryer on high heat, and some of the garments that had elasticity in them had the elasticity ruined. Since calling this to their attention though they have corrected that. There was one lady they sent to us that had to be told specifically what to do, and if you did not tell her exactly what to do, she would use the time to do some college school work. They need to take initiative on their own to see what needs to be done and do it. I am not currently using their services as my wife is in hospice care, but will probably be going back to using them again before long as they were very helpful and took a huge load off my shoulders.

For the past seven months, First Light Home Care has been helping my father live at home, while he suffers from memory loss. The management team showed great compassion and resourcefulness in negotiating this difficult transition as my father was very resistive. Overall, I have been impressed with their flexibility, their philosophy of care, and the recommendations for how to address my father's situation. Their actions, and not just their words, demonstrate a desire to support the entire family and provide superlative service. For example, The Director of Community Relations took the time to cook a few special dishes for Dad in her own kitchen, and even toured me around memory care settings so a quicker choice would be made if Dad's needs change in the future. Having the same caregiver was very important to my family, since we mostly live out of town. Since First Light has a higher minimum number of hours per visit compared to others, I felt that staff are more likely to remain in their employ. We are happy with the relationship that our caregiver has built with my father, but recognize she is going through a learning curve. However, each person with memory loss is different. Overall the management staff are easy to reach and do respond when issues arise; nevertheless, communicating directly with the caregiver is somewhat limited which is my one key concern with the organization.

I am three thousand miles away and having Luxe Home Care help with mom has provided me great peace of mind. They have worked very hard not only to make sure we have the right kind of care that we need, but that mom would accept (which can be difficult). At the beginning we had a caregiver which was a little younger and turned out not to be the best suited for my mom (who can be difficult at times to deal with) but they were very accommodating in helping us change caregivers to get better service.

We just started but so far Sally & Rose (the caregiver) seem wonderful, compassionate and very willing to work & help.

This is our first experience with in home health workers. We are learning from the experience. Diane the owner has been a delight to work with. I can email or call with a concern and she contacts me right away. It is a matter of learning from each other. What we should ask for and what they can provide.
