Right at Home has provided excellent care for our father. It has enabled us to keep our father living at home with 24 hour care. Experienced care givers have been responsible and compassionate. Communication with the agency's director is on going.

This is a great place for my Dad. This place i would recommend for friends and friends families.

They were a good experience, but it wasn't excellent. They were able to start quickly and really filled the bill for our needs. They didn't communicate with their caregivers as well as they should have, and there was a little mix up with scheduling. The person they sent was wonderful, and I would recommend them to others.

There haven't been any issues so far. Billing has been pretty smooth, and they have been reliable and showed up when they are supposed to.

Some of the caregivers or staff are friendly enough and some are not at all. It just depends on who they decide to send out. They could have better communication with the family. They also have a high turnover rate.

Well I have been very happy with them providing two different caregivers in alternating shifts, that is very helpful. The ladies are great with all of the care-giving, they are really concerned about taking care of my loved one.

I would say that overall the experience has been very positive. I was hoping that they would have more experience with Alzheimer's, but there has not been a lot of success. I realize that might not be entirely their fault, but I just had the impression they would be a little more experienced.

What they have done well is there is great communication between the care manager and us. We really love the person, who is coming out to help us with our Mom. Overall, there is a lot of care and teamwork.

What is don't like is occasionally they will send someone that is a smoker and we are non smokers and we can smell in on their clothes when they come in from taking a smoke break. For the most part the company has done a reasonable job.

We're very pleased with how things went with Options for Senior America! They were easy to work with, and the aides were friendly and reliable. I am completely satisfied with the service!

Working with Senior Helpers has been very helpful. My mom has adjusted very well to getting the extra help and really enjoys having the company. Both caregivers that come are great, one is a little more outgoing than the other but they are both great at what they do. Another good thing about this particular agency is that the owner is hands on. He has kept me in the loop and checks in to make sure all is well which I really appreciate! They are definitely highly recommended in my book!

We've been utilizing services for my parents and things have been going well. Our caregiver is great! We really appreciate everything that she's done up to this point. There has been ab hit of miscommunication through the agency itself but other than that it's been smooth sailing. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them.

The case worker who has managed the helpers that come to my house, she is top-notch excellent. She is very effective in assessing people's needs. She is very quick in addressing my needs. She is very efficient. They care about your needs. The only area they could improve on is maybe training their helpers, and what I mean by that is that there have been some helpers who were unable to come on an assigned day and they didn't call in and that created problems, but everyone has been exceedingly friendly and warm and responsive.

Things were a little rocky to start with Southern Companions, but they were very accommodating and worked with us until we found the right caregiver. The girl we have now does a great job and gets along well with my loved one, we're very satisfied with the service!

Home Instead did a good job. They were reliable, and as far as I know we never had any problems with them. The process went pretty smoothly.

They are pretty flexible with schedules and needs of patients which is really good, but at the same time, one thing I think my parents don't like is that there seems to be a lot of turnover for the caregivers.

Working with FirstLight has been a pleasure so far. Right off the bat there was an incident where the lady didn't get my dates of service right. The day I needed them to start they weren't there. Other than that it's been a good experience. Another thing that I like about this agency is they are willing to start off intermittently. I didn't have to go by minimum requirements to get services started and I really appreciate that aspect of things as I am not ready for full time care.

I really enjoy the company and companionship Comfort Keepers has to offer me.

Home helpers goes and sits with my Mom in a nursing home. So far they've been great! Very responsive and always on time!
