Overall experience - Good, trustworthy, overall good companions for my husband. Some helpers were not as chatty as others. Ken like the chatty people Reliability and Punctuality - Absolutely Ease of starting care - Pretty good. Most just took over. Communication and Responsiveness - Good. Helped with things I didn't even mention such as folding clothes, doing dishes Friendliness - Yes. I was around some of the time, individuals ask what they could do. Took Ken for short walks, etc Care services - Good, responsive Value for cost - Wellll. Very expensive overall. Not paid for by insurance, etc. But I was comfortable with my husband being cared for, so it was worth it

Their billing transparency could have been a bit better. For example there was a balance left from the initial deposit. It would be nice to have an account to view your balance or invoice etc. [name removed] was an excellent caregiver though. I think they are a small outfit. They send me a check for the unused balance upon request once I let them know I wouldn't need additional care in the near future.

Caregiver arrived on time with supervisor for initial care. Afterwards always arrived at agreed time, dressed appropriately and behaved professionally.

My father is in hospice and my 84 year old mother can not lift him. My siblings and I are out of town and need to know they are safe. Now we do.

Its been a short time since i enrolled my parent in your company. So far so good. They have a exceptional employee named Amy she has been instrumental for me. A few hicups, however she was on top of it instantly.

I liked being able to text to schedule care, and I liked the convenience of short notice. Most people were very reliable and helpful. Yes, I'd recommend, but if you want consistency, that's not a benefit.

It has been very helpful to have someone to drive my mom and help her with errands, house cleaning, and other everyday tasks that get to be too hard for her, like changing batteries, and downloading files, etc. The main reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the first helper didn’t show up after the second visit. It was pretty last minute so it didn’t go over well with mom. The owner was very apologetic and offered to come herself so I will say they are very accommodating and compassionate, which is so important in this type of work.

I have been very pleased with the office staff - every time I called to ask questions or clarify scheduling everyone was kind and caring. We found a home health aide that my mom likes and we were able to have her be our primary person every week, so I am very pleased at their ability to accommodate us.

I worked with [name removed] of Interim to find caregivers for my cousin with ALS. [name removed] was able to fill the request and responded to feedback about what worked best for the client. He sincerely tried to match our needs. I really appreciated the time he took to introduce new caregivers and acclimate them to the client's needs.

We really liked [Name Removed] who did our assessment. And the first aide was great but then she got hurt. And didn’t return. It took about 3 different girls then we found a good match. We no longer need their services but we will call when them back when needed . [Name Removed] was helpful when concerns came up. The aides were very nice and helpful.

Cornerstone was available with caregivers for 24/7 care within 2-3 days after my request. Remarkable! Most of the caregivers were professional and only a few were not. When I informed them of these few people, they took them off the schedule just as they said they would prior to service. If I had any questions about the schedule or canceling coverage for a few days, they were very friendly and always available by phone. The cost of their services was less than most companies but the quality of services was above average. I would highly recommend there services!

[name removed] met with us quickly and made my mom feel formed and very comfortable with their services. [name removed] explained the process clearly, answered all our questions and set up the first caregiver visit within a week. She also checked in after the first visit to ensure we were happy and wanted to proceed. We are waiting for a second caregiver referral after the first one left due to personal needs.

All we dealt with were friendly and courteous. One woman worked her butt off and just did things. Made some meals, cleaned the floor and dusted. The other 2 pretty much sat and talked. One helped me change the sheets. I guess maybe partly my fault, I should have had a list of chores. I never dealt with this before so I didn’t realize.

It is easy to start care. They are friendly and reliable. I would recommend them depending on what type of care is required.

They were able to meet my schedule needs with relatively short notice. If I need services again they will be the first service I contact. Not extremely happy about all the requests for rating of service.

I would certainly recommend. All workers that we had were on time polite patient focused. [name removed] the red head especially kind and great with husband and very helpful to me. Actually did not want to give her up but VA offers great benefits and could not pass free care up.. Scheduling in beginning was a little off...several different workers but all good

The owner of Newmark was so kind and understanding when I was able to speak with her concerning home care my Aunt needed. Very friendly and took her time to understand the situation/need. The owner came to my aunts home herself when her staff were already scheduled with other clients! Great customer service! Their agency was the least expensive in the Muncie, IN area and required the least amount of hours per week, which made the cost more reasonable. I would recommend them!

We could not be more thrilled with HandyCare. [name removed] the owner is absolutely amazing and has amazing talent on her team. [name removed]who supports my 90 year mom is delightful… we could not be any happier with this wonderful support for my mom!!!

My 91 year old mother is quite difficult to work with and has fired several caregivers we’ve had in the past. She is happy however with Purple Heart. They have changed their hours and days working from 7 to 3 to one day a week as my mom’s condition improved. [name removed] is great at accommodating our wishes and knows how to approach an elderly patient with dementia, and frequently emails me with updates on how things are going.
