I like them a lot, she is in memory care, there is a nice recreation area that looks like an and old town Main Street, she is in a room by herself with plenty of space for her queen size bed and recliner. the place is clean no smells, secure entrance, friendly staff, I would definitely recommend it for memory care, side note I toured Paint Brush memorial care area and was not impressed two persons to a room the environment was not inviting, I am sure the price is less of course and it was closer to my home but I didn't like it and we were able to get her in at Westmount. Definitely a 5 I wouldn't mind living there, not people lined up in wheelchairs in the hall there is a central tv area I see used a central garden area they can access. The main staff is wonderful they keep me updated on her needs. They are friendly I know my mother can be difficult but we are working together to make sure her care is what she needs.

Westmont Carmel Valley appears to be a vibrant community with beautiful grounds and facilities. Our tour covered everything we expected as we are at the beginning of our search. We left with delicious lemon cookies … what a nice treat that demonstrates the hospitality we felt.

Great tour, staff was friendly, informative & the location was close to family. Rates were comparable to other similar facilities & the rooms were good size.

My dad and I visited Westmont of Escondido recently. We didn’t know what to expect as this was only the second place we toured, but [name removed] was very informative. She spent a lot of time with us, answering all of our questions and even invited us to stay for lunch! I know my dad will be very happy here and I am confident that they will take good care of him!

Westmont is lovely. [Name Removed]was a great guide and even arranged for me to see a casita that was occupied by a lovely couple who offered much info. BTW, I loved the casita. I have since decided to move in elsewhere but it was a difficult decision.

Love it, great experience, nice residents and great team that you can tell they love what they do, definitely a great choice.

Beautiful facility with an impressive amount of services offered. I was provided a comprehensive tour, questions were answered and information provided on life at the facility. Details were provided on the cost associated in the event of additional needs and how a prospective client's special health needs could be met. The tour was very informative and well worth my time. I was extremely impressed!

It was a perfect transition from rehabilitation hospital ( several months) back to the real world. While at Lakeview, my sister-in-law was busy, engaged, and began advocating for herself . She gradually began taking responsibility for how her care needs could be met. She never wanted to stay there long term. When she was there we knew that she was safe. Her overall health improved with the supervision and schedule. She benefited from the social activities and gradually learning her medication and pulmonary care regime. She is back in her own home now with part time caregivers and seems reasonably happy , given the circumstances. Our fingers are crossed!

Great staff. Feel that for $[removed] we should be getting more in terms of proactive care. Mom needs her toenails clipped and to be seen by a podiatrist. That dr only comes every other month. Due to an activity the facility was having, she missed her appt. We have had to remind them to make sure she is seen as soon as she can be since she is in pain. She also has a prescription for agitation that was written in a way that allows them to increase her dosage if agitation increases. This hasn't happened and her agitation has increased. I guess for that amount of money, we expected regular more.

Staff very welcoming and worked with my family every step of the way to ensure my mom would receive exceptional care.

Had a great experience with my interaction with [Name Removed] when visiting the facility in memory care for compass rose. Was going to move my grandmother here but sadly has not made it! Thank you! I will be recommending this facility to anybody in need of family members in need

Westmont is a lovely, well designed building. The rooms are surprisingly large , with very functional kitchenettes. Our guide, was delightful, and was easily able to answer any questions we had. We were very impressed by this senior living option.

Very cool very nice, volunteered to help with the 5 anniversary event and am blown away with how well maintained this facility is.

The staff is patient with the residents and there is always something to do.

5s all the way. It's been a great experience thus far. The staff, from top to bottom are very pleasant, helpful and responsive. The facility is very nice and well maintained. The number and quality of activities keeps residents happy.

[Name Removed] is so wonderful! Gave us a tour offered us lunch and helped us out with our needs. This facility is worth every penny that you pay and the staff is fabulous. I would recommend it to anyone.

They are doing well with my FIL. The memory care ward is a good clean place

I would say 5 stars. I haven't been there. My husband came up after we liked the place on line and the staff answered questions. I don't know about the activities or food cuz we're 200 miles away and trying to do all this by phone and internet. And we can't really go by our relative's experience cuz she's in memory care (seems very caring to us) and is very confused. Her brain injury has caused her to be mad, but I don't think the Oaks is responsible for that. She does like the music when someone comes and sings (so far, anyway). She seems to like her room ok but doesn't like sharing a bathroom. Pretty minor, and she's not logical.

The place was very friendly and concerned with providing information about all the activities and features that are available to all that want to participate. Plus, the staff's participation in many of the activities.
