The Pavilion Senior Living

My Mom & Dad love it! The Pavilion is not cheap, but it is a great place and well worth it! There is activities, a movie room, and a large dining area. They do have a Memory Care Unit for residents that need additional help due to Dementia or Alzheimers. But those residents are separated from mom & dad. The Pavilion is well kept clean & taken care of.

Amenities, price, location stood out. I would recommend to others. It was the perfect move for us

I've been very impressed. The staff has taught me a lot about memory care that I didn't know. My mom raves about the food, and when I ask her if she needs snacks, she said no because "they are always feeding us." Her apartment is a great size. Plenty of room with a large window. All of there memory care units are the same layout. I love that it has a small refrigerator, which wasn't the case in some of the other memory care units. Lots of closet space, and bathroom is nice and clean. I go see her at random times and days- and it's always the same. Staff are friendly and caring, so it's not "staged". Her room, the memory care unit, and the whole facility is always clean. The staff is amazing! Everyone is always helpful. They keep me informed about anything going on with her. Mom had to go to the hospital and when we came back, the nurse's aide that helps mom a lot, was so relieved she was okay, and my mom gave her the biggest hug. I'm so glad that I chose this place for her. I love that they have stations for them in memory care. I've been surprised how much my mom likes them. She takes me to the "nursery" and "kitchen" on every visit. Overall, I can't say enough good things about it.

We like everything about the community and we would recommend it to other families.

What makes their care so top notch is how good they are at communication. There are never any surprises and staff is always letting me know what's going on. They really are amazing and we have felt so safe with grandma in their care

I would like to recommend the pavilion to anyone is interested or is interested putting a loved one in an assisted living facility.

Great for all except I can't speak for activities....I know there are a lot of activities but [name removed] has aphasia and also can't see out of the right side of both eyes, and also cognitive issues....if he didn't have all that he would probably enjoy the activities. It's an absolutely facility and the staff is wonderful. Beautiful facility. They have been very good with communication with the family.

They were very helpful finding a place for my Dad within his budget. They called to make the initial appointments for me, I called the assisted living facilities and confirmed. I was able to visit all the places and make an informed decision.

The Pavilion has been such a great place for my dad! He was welcomed and the staff helped him transition and settle in quickly. They facilitated relationships with other residents and really care for of the residents. They have so many scheduled activities and events for my dad as well! I would definitely recommend the facility!!

I would recommend. We picked this community because of the convenience, friendly, and helpful staff, and the cost.

The rooms were more of a home atmosphere, the patio attached to each room was also one of the reasons we chose Pavilion. The staff is always very helpful and actively coordinator is great with the residents.

I think the price is good compared to the others that I checked. I've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful & encouraging to the residents & family members. I visited the facility before my mom moved in, and I felt good about what I saw in the facility & the staff.

My mom is in their memory care unit and we have had a good experience so far the only problem is her getting her medicine. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community we would recommend Pavilion Senior Living to others.

All around the board! My in laws are enjoying themselves. They are very professional, attentive and kind . They are always available to help us with concerns or questions about the care of our love ones.

The Pavilion is a nice and clean facility with friendly personnel. They took real good care of my loved one and were friendly to her. They were always checking on her to make sure she was okay.

This community calls me when there are any problems and it has been great working with them. They are very attentive and they watch my loved one more and they also provide more feedback on regards to my loved one. From my other experience I like how the staff are friendlier and more involved at this community. This community is also very clean and I like this. I am happy that there are not any terrible smells like I have experienced at other communicates. When a place looks clean and smells clean you feel better about leaving your loved one there.

The staff members here get 10 stars, they are all incredible. The nurses and nurses assistants go way above and beyond their normal duties, we are so appreciative. When our loved one goes to activities we always get pictures so we can see what she has been doing.
