Beautiful community. I really enjoyed my time visiting and can tell the staff really care about the residents.

It's a great place and the people they are also caring is very important to the employees that their clients are taken care of. I love it there from my mom I recommended to anybody.

A clean well-cared for space. Not many folks were there because they were on a field trip to a movie - a good thing. The rooms I saw were about the right size for someone with dementia. I had a good feeling from beginning to end. The only detractor was my getting there and getting back again - I'll blame this on my unfamiliarity with the area and road system.

Our first impression was it is beautiful and well maintained. We have peace of mind knowing they're taking good care of our step father.

I moved my mom here from another facility. She was in independent living, which was not working for her. I talked with, [name removed], and she help our family with decisions regarding where our mom needed to be. They evaluated her and agreed she needed to be in memory care. We were able to move her within 2 weeks. She is now thriving in their Bridges - beginning memory care. She is actually better now than she was a year ago. She participates in activities, loves the dining room, and is making friends. The staff is very nice and supportive, always providing me with updates when I visit. Moving her here was the best decision we could have made regarding her care.

The complex itself is very well laid out. It doesn't look or feel like a retirement/nursing facility. More like a resort hotel. It is by far the cleanest facility I checked out. The admission staff are kind, caring individuals who are genuinely concerned about the well being of their residents. [name removed] and [name removed] were the best, and could not have been more accommodating in helping be get my husband admitted and settled.

Everyone I came in contact, from the person at the front desk, to the people who I happened to meet in the hall, were helpful, courteous and friendly. [name removed], who took me on a tour and explained everything was knowledgeable and kind. The facility is beautiful.

The trip was just what I needed to see and the explanations were right on. I would like to pursue. The property is clean. The rooms are good size. The food looks excellent and I did have a chat with a manager of the food production. Pardon for me not commenting sooner. There is a problem with “power of attorney “ that is nonsense.

The staff is truly wonderful! Always there to help with anything! 1,2 bedrooms, gally kit, laundry fac., nice bathrooms, bedroom closets good size. COME SEE!

The staff is incredible. They know everyone by name. They have created a culture of happy people that are welcoming to all. My mother has a one bedroom. It has plenty of room for her personal needs. The amenities are accessible to All and welcoming to All. She has plenty to do every day all day.

Solana had a bright and airy feel. The staff was amazing and had been there for a long time. I felt that the services offered and environment were exactly what we were looking for

Kind, caring and excellent. Could not have been a better staff, facility, environment than it is!! My mom loves it there. The staff and care went above and beyond! Anyone looking for a wonderful caring community for their loved one, who is in between personal care/assisted living and "full-on" memory care the "bridges" community is ideal!! My only regret is that we didn't find Arbor Terrace "bridges" community earlier!!

Overall we feel very fortunate that we found Arbor terrace for my dad. It is a very good fit for him and we don't worry about his safety or his well being.

This facility was a beautiful place. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and understood our needs. It is well appointed and is on our short list.

The facility was amazing. Beautiful floorplan and great amenities. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to everything. Whitney provided with a tour. She was very informative and answered all my questions.

Arbor Terrace is a safe ,friendly, clean and comfortable residence where the caring atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The Executive Director, Farah Siddiqui, is an exceptional leader who is always available to residents. Undrey Fuller, the business Director, it’s friendly and equally accessible.Uluwehi “Vayhee” Uyeunten, Sales Director, is sweet and makes every interaction feel welcoming and comfortable. Brian Thompson, the Maintenance Director (who oversees the housekeeping staff) ensures everything runs smoothly. The housekeeping team doesn’t exceptional job in our apartments once a week, and laundry service is provided weekly as well. Chi Chi (Chinonye Nwachukwu), the Wellness/resident care, director, lead the nurses and care team with dedication. The 24 hour nursing care is invaluable for peace of mind. Many activities are planned throughout the day. The entire staff is compassionate and consistently goes out of their way to make the residents happy. -

Our tour guide/sales representative was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the seeming bond between colleagues and care givers throughout the facility and the manner with which they treated residents. The building itself was very clean and quite well-appointed, and the mature trees off the main patio and along the walking path were lovely. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrance to anyone looking for personal care in the Newtown Square area.

Everyone who works there takes their job seriously. They really do care about the well-being of the residents. Everyone is helpful and friendly to the residents. This facility has somehow managed to cultivate a very healthy and happy workplace.
