During my visit with a friend, [name removed], I noticed the updated decor and a delicious meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job. This community has a home like feel.

Staff: Good, Activities: Good, Food :Ok, Cleanliness: Good, Apartment size: Good!

Can't rate the activities... haven't participated... doing rehab... resident did say the music has been nice at on site programming.... so... I think good overall. 8. Hard one because it's all very expensive... it's valuable for what she needs now... but impossible for long term unfortunately. 4.5 for short term... 2 form long term though that is more of an indictment of the industry as a whole. Yes I would recommend this community to others...good balance of facility, care and value if the service is needed. I would do this again.

We are very satisfied with our experience. Staff listen and work with us as a team to support our family. Navigating the senior living options can be complex. Bayfield has been good at helping the family understand the process, billing, and have worked with us a team on the care needs. Thank you!

As far as cost, I guess that type of care is just expensive. Everything was wonderful. The only thing was she was in the special care area and we felt the care people were not responsive very timely. We were paying for someone to take her around to activities and just to view the different areas to get her familiar with them. This did not happen. One time they came and asked if she wanted to go to anything. Since she didn't know what they have or remember what I had told her I felt they should have just taken her around. This was the only thing.

He needed more care than they were able to provide here - but I will tell anyone that the meals provided are absolutely AMAZING!

Bayfield assisted living is a GREAT place for your parent if you care about the treatment they get!! If I had to choose a place for my mom it definitely would be there. I work in the salon and see the care they get and see how the director engages with them on a daily basis the aids are so caring and helpful it makes my job easier and everyone is so on track with the care they give !!! I give them a 5 star review I love this place and so do the people living there!!

Springwood is a new senior facility in Hudson, OH. My single room is roomy and comfortable, well outfitted. The building is open, well lit, spacious. The residents are friendly and the staff efficient and agreeable. Although a bit on the pricy side, Hudson is attractive, upscale, and a good town to live in, and close to transportation and cities. I would certainly recommend Springwood to interested seniors.

The lead receptionist s a well diversified person. Pleasant, always willing to help, overwhelmed with responsibilities but always smiling , cheerful, enjoys her work and serving!! Loved by everyone!!!!!!

Our mother has been at Oliver Woods for a little over a month. The staff has been very caring and the communication has been great. [ Names Removed] have been very helpful with any questions. We are thankful there was availability at Oliver Woods.

Lead receptionist is a great value to the community and always has answers to questions and goes above and beyond expectations. She always available. She has an excellent personality, also cheerfully. She truly loves her job.

I rate them all a 5. The only thing I do disagree with is the value for the money though. I personally don't think my dad is at a level that he needs $[removed]in extra care. I have to say. I don't think I could have picked a better place. From the time I walked in the door until present. The staff has been amazing. They really take the time to get to know the residents and family. Whenever there is a change with my dad. Whether it's behavior. Or med change. Or something else. The staff will notify me. The facility is very clean. Both inside and outside of the rooms. The meals are well balanced and look great. I've never heard anyone complain anyway. I really think the size of the room was very helpful for the transition. I love the activities and the outings the facility offers. It helps the residents to continue to be part of community.

Toured facility for a loved one. Beautiful facility. Very informative and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a community for their loved one.

I would say a 5. Reasons: *EVERYONE is kind and helpful. Even as time has progressed I am still feeling that kindness. I see that they are helpful with my mom, and ANY issue that arises. *NURSES and the medical care staff have been very attentive to mom's medical needs that we clearly were not able to address as they should be. (The MAIN reason we decided to place her in a place such as Danbury.) VERY pleased with her overall care. *Office, services and food services support are excellent as well. Very pleased with what we've experienced at Danbury.

5 stars so far. Haven't really moved in yet. But so far the staff has been EXTREMELY understanding and helpful. I think that I am going to be very satisfied with BEO. So far, BEO appears to be a GREAT PLACE!!!!!!

The faculty is beautiful inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat my mom with loving care. They have a very good security system to keep the residents safe. Everything is clean and tidy. My mom gets 3 meals a day. They also have snacks and specialty treats for the residents . They have activities throughout the day.and have a big TV that they clients all have an opportunity to watch. We were able to decorate my mom’s room and have a big bird feeder and decorations outside my mom’s big bay window. The process of getting my mom moved into Glen Abbey was extremely smooth due to the management team being so kind and helpful. The staff that takes care of my mom are very nice and pleasant to my mom and our family when we come to visit my mom. I am very happy with the care that my mom receives at Glen Abbey.

We moved mother to Storypoint of Oshtemo from a different facility over 3 years ago. I have not regretted that decision for a second. The caregivers are exceptionally caring and the type of person that just enjoys helping others. They all get along well and work together as a team sharing the workload. Any maintenance concerns are professionally addressed quickly. The food menu changes with the season and I have not heard any complaints from mom. The activities and outings offered are just perfect for engaging the residents to socialize. Management staff is always available and respond for any concern. I have even had a response to a minor question on a national holiday from the site director. I hope my kids can find a place this good for me when the time comes for assisted living.

The apartment size is one of the smaller of the one bedroom apartments but large enough to accommodate all that we need. The staff are remarkably helpful and friendly and the food is good most of the time. (Can't be perfect all the time! ) The one main reason I chose Story Point is the Enhanced Independant accommodations. In most assisted living communities I visited you had to choose a "package" of services. Some you needed, some you didn't but had to pay for the whole package. With the Enhanced Independant you can choose whatever you need help with and only be charged for what you use. I would not hesitate to recommend Story Point to any one.
