We recently toured the facility for our mother-in-law who is being discharged from re-hab. [name removed] was exceptional at showing us around, answering questions and encouraging our choices going forward. I believe we have decided to join Aventura Senior Living. Credit for this decision goes to A Place for Mom and [name removed] at Aventura.

My father moved into Crestview in November and he has really enjoyed living there. He feels very comfortable in his apartment and has already established some nice friendships with other residents. He especially enjoys going to dinner with his "crew". It is great that he has been able to socialize and make friends. He speaks highly of the food service and of everyone that works there. He often says "they are so good for me". When we visit him, everyone is so nice, and the facility is well kept and extremely clean. The location is also great, being so close to food, grocery stores and pharmacies. We would highly recommend Crestview Senior Living!

Excellent nursing care for assisted living, clean.

The staff is super patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and worth with. The facility itself is clean tidy and has a certain resort style feel to it.

We have visited 3 times since my father in law started there. I would give it a 5. The surroundings are comfortable and the staff are all very nice and attentive to the residents.

The location of the facility is great. I have noticed that some of the community areas could be a little cleaner.

It looked very nice. Built for ease and activities for residents and their families/visitors. Rooms were large, and elevators eased movements between floors.

We would absolutely rate every category as a 5! We have been so pleased with LTIL. My mom loves living there! I think mom would be the best person to answer, but she has mentioned that she enjoys the weekly outings and the nightly movies. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

Peakview an assisted living facility for a parent is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, but [community removed] has made this transition a wonderful experience. From our first tour, [name removed] (Director of Sales) was incredible. She answered every question with patience and genuine empathy, making us feel confident that we were making the right choice for my mom. They went above and beyond to ensure my mom’s room was perfect and move-in ready, handling every request with a smile. The entire staff we’ve interacted with has been professional, kind, and truly attentive. It is such a relief to know my mom is in such capable and caring hands. I cannot recommend this community enough!

The facility was very supportive. I was happy she had a chance to live there even if it was for just a bit. It's a shame she never relaxed enough to take advantage of the community. She would have liked it. All the residents seemed happy. They had a bunch of activities. Truly. If my mom had had more time to adjust it would have been the most perfect spot.

[Name Removed] spent as much time as we needed answering our questions while she showed us around and it actually seemed like a very nice facility. It was a very good experience given the circumstances.

I am looking for a place for myself and my husband. This is a beautiful facility, large beautiful rooms, hallways, and community spaces, beautiful artwork everywhere. Many areas for group activities. The AL rooms are as nice as the independent living. I toured the MC and it was as beautiful as the main campus. The residents looked like they were truly enjoying themselves, and that is what made me so happy, as my husband has AD.

Dad was very hesitant on moving into a home, but when we finally got him to make the move from Washington state he adapted quickly. He loves his care team and friends at the facility. They update me on my dads health. With having Parkinson's they are patient with him and listen to his needs. Last week they worked with the VA and did a medal ceremony for my dad being a marine and the head of nursing also dressed up for the event. It was really meaningful and my dad loved it.

5 on all. My mother-in-law has been there two years now. She has made new friends and enjoys the activities and knows she is safe there.

I recently had a wonderful tour of Rigden Farms with [name removed]. The entire place felt very comfortable, fresh and new . It included most everything that I would find necessary in a Senior Living community. There are friendly dining areas, spacious apartments with various floor plans, and many activities and facilities for things that I need to have happen in my daily life. My biggest impression was the friendly, comfortable space with very kind staff and I felt very welcomed.

The entire community was very clean, and the memory care area never had any unpleasant odors, which was very reassuring. The staff was attentive, and the nurses were consistently available when needed. The food selection in memory care was good overall, though meal delivery times could be more consistent. Dinner was often served quite early (around 4:00 PM), which may not suit everyone’s preference. Activities in memory care were decent, and the assisted living side offered especially nice and engaging activities. Cost-wise, the base rent is reasonable. However, families should be aware of additional charges — particularly the fee for medication administration, which is charged per pill. Those add-on costs can add up, so it’s important to understand the full pricing structure upfront. One of the strongest positives was communication. The staff did a good job keeping families informed about their loved one’s actions and progress. Overall, if you choose Palos, you can feel confident that your loved one will receive good care.
