My mom really likes it here. She's not a fan of the food so much (she says breakfast is fine, but dinner sits too long and isn't fresh). But everything else at Palos Verdes she likes. She's had no complaints about the staff. She says everyone is nice. And she really likes her apartment.

All of the tours that I took were incredible. The staff here were so kind and friendly. The facility has a lot of white and is definitely more formal feeling. WE were looking for a more comfortable vibe, but I have nothing negative to say about them at all.

Excellent staff committed to resident comfort, cleanliness and pain management. Throughout the organization - from the reception staff, marketing/sales personnel, dining room team, housekeeping, caregivers and med techs - all gave strict adherence to resident privacy during an extremely difficult time involving hospice care. Our family could not have asked for better care and kindness.

Palos has been all the things I heard it would be. The staff are excellent to work with. They provide a monthly report on how my loved one has done. When I visit the staff keep me updated and speak to any concerns they have and how to resolved these. There are three meals a day provided. They have shrimp, pizza, salmon, burgers, and more for the residents to choose from. There are snacks available for the residents to grab. Changing of linens, the room, laundry service, housekeeping, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee. The room is able to accommodate a bed, dresser, and there are two closets for the residents to keep their belongings in. There is a podiatrist that comes on as needed basis to see the residents. TV, garden center to plant items, enclosed patio, holiday and special day themes, movie theater, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in. They have a game room as well that includes games, puzzles, and more. There are entertainment groups that come to entertain the residents.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience my mom had during her time at Westbrook’s Memory Care. The decision to move a loved one to a full time residency is hard, but the staff at Westbrook were amazing! From their director, to the daily care givers and housekeeping staff, their commitment to their residents is top notch. We felt so much love and appreciation for our family that we knew it was the right choice. During the most difficult times, they were supportive and communicative which really goes a long way. I would highly recommend this location to any family making this move for their loved ones.

I love it here. They do provide meals if you want them but I did not sign up for the meal plan. I cook in my room but breakfast is provided. I have a full kitchen in my apartment and the only thing I do not have is an oven. They provide transportation for residents as well but only on certain days. Overall the experience has been great for me and I would recommend Rigden Farm to others looking and already have.

We have been very satisfied. The community maintains good communication with family about our loved one. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one really enjoys the breakfast being served. Everything looks amazing the community has to offer for meals. Some of the activities include bingo, arts and crafts, movie theater, planting of flowers, and more for the residents to choose from. The staff works with the residents in getting them to participate in the activities or out of their rooms.

Based on our experience with Crestview so far, we would recommend them to other families.

[name removed] is experienced, warm, and welcoming. She addresses any and all questions and has been very patient with us as we have navigated this change for our parents.

The rooms are very nice. The staff is very accommodating. The person at the front desk is very involved and a very hard worker. The dining room staff are very nice and are dealing with a shortage of staff. Housekeeping is done once a week, laundry services are done once a week, bathing twice a week. My friend is involved in therapy and doing really well since she got there. They provide lots of activities like movies in their theater, coloring, etc. There is a nurse that started at the same time my friend was admitted and she has proven to be a great leader and supports the residents.

Everybody there from all the staff workers to the residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a ton of good activities. For holidays they have special meals. For New Years Eve they had a happy hour at 11PM so all the residents could celebrate together. They have designated days the bus takes them to different grocery stores, shopping centers, banks and doctor appointments. They also have board games and a big jigsaw table that is put up everyday for those who want to play. It is just a really friendly community.

When I went to tour The Enclave at Round Rock I just loved everything about it. The staff have been absolutely amazing.

the care my father gets in memory care is awesome. he is loving it. calls it a senior hotel.

I would say to go with it with this community. This was the first place that we went and we never made it past this place. We have a lot of other tours set up but once my loved one seen this community they were not interested in looking anywhere else and put the deposit down. The staff have been the best the whole time my loved one has been at this community. I would say to check it out and I don't know anyone that would not want to live here it is fantastic.

Palos Heights is a beautiful community, it is modern and very homey feeling and the location is very convenient for us. One thing that sold us right away was the in unit laundry. Our mother can't do a lot of things for herself but she can still do her own laundry and that was a huge thing for her. She seems to love all the meals, every time we speak to her she is just raving about them. She seems to also be happy with the activities. There is a lot of different things to do and they have a nice beauty salon.

My father decided it was time to begin visiting senior living apartments that had services, because of his instability and falling. We ventured out and visited 6 complexes and Las Palomas Senior Living was the one he picked, without question. He felt safe with their service options that are included in the rent. The comfort of the entire building complimented his full service apartment. Most important to him, was his ability to remain independent, with a variety of services included or optional. The staff is outstanding and was very accommodating in helping him make the transition. My wife and I would not hesitate to move into Las Palomas ourselves!

Everyone, staff and residents are cheerful and caring.
