I thought The Enclave at Chandler was really nice. We had a good tour. It was just a little more upscale and out of our price range.

The tour was terrific. The guy showing us around was great and I enjoyed the environment. This probably would have been our first choice, but by the time I looked and took my parents back to look a few months later, their pricing structure had significantly increased and they had reduced their amenities.

I looked at many places and The Enclave at Cedar Park was my second choice. I honestly liked everything about the facility. I took my mother here to see it and there were no residents out and about, everyone was in their rooms. She is very active and wanted a place where there was more interaction.

My mom was only there a short time on Covid lockdown. But under the circumstances, I was happy with how everyone took care of her and watched over her. I would definitely recommend Peakview.

I am very pleased with this place. They are doing a great job. We picked this community, because my loved one needed memory care. It's a much more open community, and the facility is brighter, has more outdoor space and is a more cheerful environment. With the food, it would be nice if they had a more varied menu. The staff is very caring, and very helpful.

Great place to have all the fine things for seniors. Rest Fun and all things to do at any time of day. Rooms are neat and set up for easy living. Secure. Very friendly and staff is on the ball. Very clean.

We toured with Las Palomas and it is definitely more of an upscale facility in this area. It was just too expensive for what my parents were able to afford.

My loved one is extremely happy here. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and he's made lots of friends.

The Enclave community is a very clean community, it is cleaned every day. Things that are great about this community are the staff members, they are extremely friendly and have great interaction with the residents. The activities are really good as well. We do understanding that staffing is an issue and ultimately it is not their fault but they are having some trouble keeping cooks and dining staff. All in all it is a really good community.

Westerville Senior Living was lovely, and had space. When we toured, we met many kind staff people. The price seemed to be in the same range as the other facilities we were touring. The two things that stood out for us were: the views outside the windows interior (courtyard) and exterior were not as "lovely" as other places. And they still had a carpet to hard flooring transition in many units that limited furniture placement (dining) and we perceived as a tripping hazard. The tour was great. Our host introduced us to staff and residents. He took time to show us all that we wanted to see. Everyone seemed happy. The facility was clean and the staff seemed professional.

I've been really impressed with this facility. I think they're really good. My loved one is in Independent Living. The apartments have full kitchens and also a washer/dryer in each unit. They offer transportation for the residents. They also have a good variety of activities and outings. They have a resident check in system, as well. There's a little button in the bathroom for residents to push to 'check in' daily. If they don't push it by a certain time each morning, staff will call them and/or check on them to make sure they're ok. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends, I'd live here myself.

Everyone at this facility is kind, considerate, and professional. Being in another state, I feel my sister in law is well taken cared of when we can't be with her.

The tour experience with Palmilla Senior Living was great - this facility was in our top 3 choices. We ended up deciding that we wanted a residential care home just so our loved one could get that one on one attention in a smaller setting.

Great tour, warm, friendly people and staff. Residents are friendly too. Very elegant and well maintained common areas and rooms too. Lovely gardens. Nice apartments.

I toured several senior communities for my mother, and very quickly Burr Ridge Senior Living rose to the top of the list, being head and shoulders above all the others. It is a newer community, just under four years. The facility is impeccably clean! It’s contemporary, spacious, and filled with light. It’s clear the vibrancy of the community carries over to its residents. My mother is in a one-bedroom apartment in Independent Living. Her second floor balcony overlooks beautiful landscaping and walking paths. The facility offers far more in-house activities than any of the other places I visited. There’s also off-site trips for local shopping as well as outings to local attractions. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the incredible staff at Burr Ridge Senior Living. These folks are extremely kind and caring. They know all the residents by name and are extremely responsive to any questions or requests. I would recommend Burr Ridge Senior Living to anyone without reservation.

I am a new resident of Palos Verdes. Our community is very warm and welcoming, and the staff and residents are always friendly and very accommodating. These are the main reason I chose to move into this community.

Burr Ridge Senior Living was one of five properties recommended to me by my "A Place for Mom" contact. It was the first I visited and, frankly, the only place I seriously considered. When I first spoke with the people at Burr Ridge, and told her what I was looking for, they told me they could "check all of my boxes', and they certainly did. The tour I took later with [name removed]sealed the deal; I never seriously looked elsewhere. I moved in November lst and am very happy with my choice. I love my apartment. The common spaces ae beautifully and tastefully decorated. There is a range of activities that can satisfy everyone's interests. The staff is wonderful, the food is restaurant quality, and the residents in the community are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There is nothing I wanted that I don't have. And after only a month, I feel like this is home. I definitely made the right chice and highly recommend Burr Ridge Senior Living to others.

So far it has been a wonderful experience. My mom feels very comfortable and safe there. Everything seems to be working out well, and she seems to be a lot happier. The apartment is very nice, although it doesn't have enough closet space (that's the only downside for her). They have TONS of activities. And the staff have really worked hard to make sure she feels comfortable and welcome.

Everything was really nice, we enjoyed the food. However it was just a little bit to expensive for us at the time and we were wanting a two bedroom.

We toured this facility and we liked it. It was a great place, we actually loved it. Very clean, everyone was friendly. It was just more expensive than we were looking for or able to do.
