First how bright and clean the place was. Many sitting areas for residents to read, visit with family. We toured the memory unit. We love the studio apartments. It is much different than other places we seen. Like the activities. Price as much we were paying in a place that was double room with little activities. Hoping to move in soon.

[name removed] was an informed, friendly tour guide. She shared her obvious, sincere appreciation of the facility and acknowledged each resident by name when we encountered them during our visit. She shared the facility’s history and emphasized that the residents’ register their satisfaction by staying at Burr Ridge. She gave us ample opportunities to ask questions and thoroughly answered all of them. My husband and I both were favorably impressed with her and the facility. We highly recommend both.

Staff and residence are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Lake Travis Independent Living to others.

5 for all. There wasn't any I didn't like. It's an incredible place and I would recommend anyone that needs to goes there. Even though my grandma was in a facility with many other residents we felt like she was the only person in the place. We would absolutely recommend Silver Glen Senior Living to other families.

Lombard place was a calming experience for me as I ponder how to help My husband who has Alzheimer’s. The facility was clean and the people were friendly. T he e residents seemed content and enjoyed their food. I was unsure about how they were progressing from one level of care to another though. Costs were about the same for a comparable level of care.

Very clean facility. The environment is intimate and offers a lot of activity as well as privacy for the residents.

This is an upscale residence with beautiful furnishings. In addition, the staff was professional and knew the names of all the residents we encountered. I was happy to see residents interacting with each other in common areas. The program director was very personable and was planning a variety of activities for the residents. I loved that she took suggestions of places the residents wanted to go and added those trips into the activity schedule.

The property was pretty and very well maintained. The many spaces for socializing were in use by residents and well attended. Residents were”out and about” and staff were consistently interacting with residents with respect and kindness. The apartments we visited were in good condition, very clean, and the floor plans were well thought out. Very pleased with the experience and information provided.

Attentive and welcoming staff, a well kept facility, and good food. The team was patient as my mother made her decision on where to live, and since choosing Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living my mom has been pleased with her choice.

The palmilla facility was clean, quiet, and very nice. We did like that it is a active community. At this time is was a little out of our price range. That was really the main detouring factor for us when looking for a new home for my mother.

We lost my mom at the end of [Date Removed] -Losing mom has been really hard, thus, this review is long over due! I have to say, Mountain Park Senior Living was completely on top of her care. The facility is always spotless, residents are out and about with smiles on and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Mom was there for a few years and during that time we met so many kind hearted people who truly care and listened. They really do work hard to make this a loving and fun community treating everyone with diginity. Of course there were staffing changes etc to work through, as with any facility, but the office was always responsive and open to feedback. I comfortably and highly recommend this place.

There are many activities for diverse physical capabilities and interests. Great, kind knowledgeable and patient staff. Truly beautiful facility. My dad downsized so I was worried if he would find the room too small but he says it's perfect. He really likes the food options and tastes.

We were welcomed by [name removed], who conducted the tour. Similar to [community removed], [name removed], my wife, and I were impressed with the facility design, organization, meal plan and activities plan. The residents we saw looked relaxed and content with their environment. We have several more facilities to tour and will sit down with [name removed], [name removed] dad and discuss our findings and thoughts. Also, as with [community removed], the prices were higher than the median expressed on your National website for independent living, but we will have to see other facilities to make an informed value for cost rating. All in all, a very nice facility.

No problem with staff, they are helping ti Patriots Angles paper work. And answer all our questions so far.

The apartment was a great size, 1 bedroom, clean and appropriate. The dining hall and food was great. The staff warm and caring. There was a glitch when the main nurse left suddenly but they covered and replaced him with a few understandable problems. My dad declined after being there only a month but we brought him back for his last 2 weeks in hospice and the staff really helped a lot.

This facility was easily accessible, and very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. The atmosphere was bright, open, and residents appeared healthy and happy.

I moved my elderly father (99) back to Colorado and he spent the last 6 months of his life at Rigden Farms. What a great place! The staff are welcoming and caring and show a heartfelt interest for their residents. The director of the facility was always available. As I was here visiting dad almost every other day, I got the impression that the residents here are very happy. They are friendly and love to stop and chat in the hallways. They always had kind words for my dad and I. The facility itself is bright, cheery, and spotlessly clean. It has a warm, safe feeling to it. The food was outstanding (I ate dinner with dad here at least 3 to 4 times a week), and there was a lot of variety within the menu. His favorite meals were the breakfasts. Before picking Rigden, we toured a few other places around the area; Rigden just had the best feel. My father, independent until the end, was very comfortable during his last few months of life here. I and my family highly recommend Rigden Farms.

I had a great experience and was very impressed with the tour. [Name Removed] was very thorough. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to maybe have a few residents that could have been introduced to my dad. But after the tour I actually cancelled all other appointments I had with other communities. We are very excited to come to move my dad to Westbrook!
