Toured the facility and I love the activities they do and how they do the foster kittens for the residents. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with the residents. Definitely would recommend.

The design emphasizes natural light and cheerful spaces, helping residents feel comfortable and at home throughout their stay. The staff stands out for their friendliness, dedication, and genuine care for residents. Interactions are warm and professional, with team members taking time to get to know each patient’s preferences and history, fostering trust and a sense of family. Communication with families is excellent, and the administration is always ready to offer support and answer questions. Staff turnover can happen, but reviews highlight the team’s commitment to safe, individualized care and dignity for those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

It was great to attend the fundraiser event for alzheimer. It was well put together and so many friends and family in attendance as well as the residents. They were really enjoying themselves. I would love to attend more events like this. Lone mountain did an excellent job.

The staff at this facility are very friendly, and they have such great, thoughtfully planned activities for the residents. I also really love that they foster kittens with a rescue for the residents to enjoy.

My Father has been a resident at LMMC for awhile now and he has always been well taken care of and the staff has been wonderful. Any memory care facility has challenges, but you never know they are going on. They do a fantastic job.

The staff (whether it's nursing personnel, welcome desk, dining room, activities, or administrative) is exceptional. They are all caring and compassionate people which comes through in their treatment of the residents.

5/5** We’ve had a wonderful experience with **Palos Senior Living**. The staff are so loving and attentive — they truly care about the residents. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the food is excellent. My dad is very happy there, which means everything to our family. We also really appreciate that the staff check on him regularly and keep us informed. Highly recommend Palos Senior Living for anyone looking for a caring, comfortable environment for their residents.

It's a great place but expensive. However this place run I like a well oiled machine. Clean doesn't smell like urine and very well kept up.

I’ve been living here for about a month and I wish I would have come sooner. I didn’t realize all the care I needed until I started receiving it at Westbrook. The staff is amazing and I feel well cared for and safe. I’m proud to call Westbrook home.

No concierge at front desk from 7 pm to 7 am. Short staffed at times. But so far still managed very well.

They have been great so far. Very engaged with my mom. I would recommend to others.

It is located close to both me and 2 other sisters and we liked the facility. It's a great place. I would recommend it.

Activities are outstanding! Mom is in memory care. They make sure that everyone can participate in activities. They play noodle ball (pool noodles hitting a balloon), chair exercises, word games, arts and crafts, etc. They bring in music therapists, drummers, and other musicians. Every month, they have a trip to museums or lunch at restaurants. They have gone bowling as a group. Even those in wheelchairs can bowl. The residents are made to feel special.

My experience from the first time I reached out for a tour to each and every time I visit my father has been an incredible experience. I am the only child of my father (my mother has already passed) and when he was diagnosed with dementia, I knew he was going to need more than me taking care of him. The sales manager who guided me on the tour and who was my point of contact during the transition was extremely compassionate. She never rushed me and helped me through each part of the transition, especially the hardest part of winning my dad over and helping him see how this facility could help him. Once my father toured the facility in Palos Heights, moving forward with a plan for him to move in all fell in place. He enjoys being there and speaks highly of the food, and he is able to tell me of the activities he does while I am at work during the day. I feel he is in very competent hands and the medical management was a very seamless process. The caregiving/nursing staff is excellen!

Our mom/MIL has lived at Three Oaks for over a year and we can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. The staff is absolutely amazing, the facility is so clean and the food is great! They have many activities as well. It is really the warmth and family feeling that make this place such a success. We would highly recommend!

I have lived at the Enclave in Chandler for 6 years and am very content here. After cooking , and cleaning for nearly 60 years, it is nice having that done for me. I grew up on a farm and ate what we grew including out meats. My Mom was a good cook and baker. I never had fancy dishes , just wholesome meals so I enjoy the food here at the Enclave in Chandler. I enjoy the almost daily entertainment. There is always something to do! I am very happy here.

When we were looking for a place for mom to live after dad had passed away and she could no longer stay at home, we looked at several facilities. What stood out to us about Three Oaks was its location, its facilities, the overall staff and the amenities. Mom moved into an 1 bed apartment in [date removed] and she loves the place. She has made numerous friends, participated in many activities and gotten the safety and support that she both deserves and needs. It is on a nice campus and easily accessible. Mom has made different friends and social contacts and has told me repeatedly that she feels like she is at home and is glad to be there. The staff is friendly and looks after her well and she is able to come and go as needed with family or other friends. She has a beautiful apartment overlooking the back garden/patio area which provides a sense of peace and calm as well. We are very glad she is here and is happy.
