My mom attended the Day Program last year at the Addison a couple days a week. She was safe and well looked after. Spending some time at the Addison I feel helped her transition into a Memory Care center full time.

[name removed] was very attentive to my Mom’s interests and needs! The place is very friendly, welcoming and clean!

I took a tour of the facility and decided to move to the Waterford facility. I was impressed with the facility and very impressed with the Waterford employee who conducted the tour and the employees I met while on the tour. They were very professional and informative.

We were searching for a place for our mother. Tranquillity is a beautiful home. Everyone was lovely, the food looked incredible and it was very clean.

Our Mom fell and broke a hip badly. After the surgery it was clear that Mom wouldn't be returning to her condo. At 86, and with other already existing health challenges we were caught off guard when they told us she would need 24 hr. assistance. In stepped [name removed] at the Waterford in West Bend. We had been feverishly touring places with mixed emotions and reviews. So it was a real breath of fresh air to contact her. [name removed] care and patience with us and all our questions was remarkable, thoroughly professional and so welcome. She was very concise and helped us with things we hadn't thought of.... The facility was very clean ( many we had toured smelled of urine) being a chef i checked the dining room and kitchen.... spotless. Her care has been everything they promised... warm, friendly, almost family like. From the activities to the PT staff to the nursing.... couldn't be happier.... must have been providence that they had an opening. Couldn't be happier.....

The staff are super friendly . Room is great. She is eating well & getting meds. She is happy there. If she is happy, we all happy. Easy going, friendly, mom gets to visit and make friends. Enjoy her lunch with friends.

Choosing a place for a parent is never easy, but this facility has exceeded all of our expectations. My mother moved in eight months ago and genuinely loves her life here. The building is always immaculately clean, bright, and welcoming. What stands out the most is the staff; from management down to the individual caregivers, everyone treats the residents with true kindness and respect. The activities program is outstanding and designed to include all levels of residents. My mom is always busy, smiling, and thoroughly engaged. It brings our family immense peace of mind. Thank you to the incredible team for taking such good care of her!

Value for the money, I think it's too expensive and they should have washer and dryer units and the rooms for what they're paying. However, it is right down the hall and they are doing fine with it. Overall experience has been good. Staff are friendly and the restaurant workers are wonderful. Cleanliness is excellent, and the apartments are spacious.

Enjoyed the tour as well as the admin. director. All my questions were answered. It is an excellent facility with many amenities that the residents can enjoy. There is only one aspect that I am not a fan of and that is the one time fee that is non-refundable. Otherwise everything seemed within reach - money wise, however, not sure whether or not my husband will qualify for the assisted living aspect of the facility because he will be in need of much assistance with mobility issues, getting dressed, transferring from bed to chair and chair to bed. Also, will need someone to take him to the dining room.

This assisted living facility truly sets the standard for excellence in resident care. The facility is clean, welcoming, and offers a warm environment where residents can thrive. What truly makes this community exceptional is its Culinary Department. The culinary team goes above and beyond to provide fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared meals that residents genuinely look forward to. They don’t just serve food—they create an enjoyable dining experience while taking the time to understand each resident’s dietary needs, preferences, and personal tastes. Their creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are evident in every meal. It’s refreshing to see a team that puts so much heart into what they do. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family, this facility is an outstanding choice.

I like my mom living there because they take good care of her even if she's not so nice to them when they're trying to get her cleaned up. I like the staff. The only thing that I sometimes have a hard time with is the communication. It is there but it could be improved more. Overall I wouldn't want my mom anywhere else.

When the time is right for my parents to move into an Assisted Living facility, Waterford is one of my top choices.

The Addison by far meets our expectations. For over a month I toured and visited seven ALF’s. This place made us feel comfortable the minute we walked in. The cleanliness, welcoming staff, and the happy residents was the sign that we found the right place. When touring with [name removed], we learned it was a square and easy to get around and find everything. The staff at The Addison is attentive to their residents and always helpful. All of our questions were answered professionally. [name removed] was easy to talk to and helpful in all of our decisions for our mother at The Addison. We know that we made the right decision and found the very BEST place for our mother and all her needs.

I really enjoyed my tour of this facility. It was a nice size (fairly small), very clean, and the studio apartment was well laid out and spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and it is definitely the type of place I could see a family member living in.

I recently toured The Chateau and I was genuinely impressed. The cleanliness stood out right away! Everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to answer questions and make us feel comfortable. What impressed me most was the strong family-like atmosphere; residents and staff interacted with such warmth and care. It really felt like a place where people are valued, supported, and encouraged to be as independent as possible.

The feeling of touring this community was completely different from any others I’ve visited; and trust me, we have visited A LOT! From the moment I walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and full of life rather than institutional. The staff was genuinely friendly, the residents seemed happy and engaged, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and positive. There was a sense of connection and care throughout the community, making it stand out in the best way. It didn’t feel like just another senior living community—it felt like a place where people belong and want to live. While I was there, I heard multiple people refer to Legacy as their home, which to me, says a lot.

The community has a warm and friendly atmosphere with inviting common areas and plenty of opportunities for socializing. It’s clear that residents have choices and are able to live life on their own terms, which makes the environment feel empowering rather than restrictive. Overall, it feels like a place where seniors can thrive, maintain their independence, and enjoy a high quality of life. I would highly recommend visiting to see the difference for yourself!

I watched this facility being built from the ground up. The grounds are nicely kept, the inside is very nice, and there is always something going on for the residents to enjoy. The outings and events for them to enjoy seem to be well received and appreciated. I actually enjoy seeing the posts on social media. Well done!

I occasionally play music for residents. The facility is always super clean, and the staff is efficient and courteous. I have never observed a resident needing attention that was not attended to in a caring manner.

I recently toured this facility and all I have to say is wow. Staff is friendly and they were engaging with the residents, it’s very clean and I felt everyone there was happy to be there! I appreciate the welcoming I received.
