They have great communication and care from staff. Welcoming space, activities are varied and set up for a range of needs. It is clean. Food is great.

1.Overall experience- Very good. - On the initial tour we saw the whole facility which is all memory care. We liked that. All one level. There was also a large male population that was a plus for my brother. It also has an enclosed patio that, weather permitting, residents can go into and enjoy the sunshine and get a walk. , 2.Cleanliness of the facility. - The facility is very clean. 3.Friendliness - Everyone of the staff, including the maintenance staff was very engaging and friendly. 4.Quality of care - Very good. They take care of all the medicine, and you can choose between two different medical nurses/NP's that come into the facility or continue to go to your family doctors. 5.Administrative staff. Very friendly and informative. 6.Food - The meals are excellent. There are two dining areas where the residents can eat. Family can join their loved one for $10 a meal or $15 for holiday meals. There are two choices for every meal. The staff show the residents both meals so they can pick which one they like. 7.Activities - There is a monthly calendar filled with a variety of daily activities. Residents are encouraged to attend, but no one is forced to attend. Excellent Activity Director that is very engaging with the clients. 8.Value for the money - All the memory care units we looked at were in the same price range 9-10K per month.

Staff was amazing. Especially [name removed]. He's the best. If you need anything done. He's your guy. The regency was always clean. The residents and staff are all very friendly. Very welcoming.

This was the perfect place for my friend. The building is new. It has: a theater, an actual restaurant, a washer and dryer in every room. The lease is month to month, so if you decide to relocate it only requires 30 days notice. The rent includes a $[removed] monthly credit at the restaurant. The people in charge are all nice. It is located in Weymouth, so there is a hospital close by. All in all we could not find anything that offered more than this based on my friends circumstances.

I recently moved my father into an apartment at Cornerstone of Weymouth. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how amazing the community is. To a person, the staff members are lovely, engaging, warm, friendly and helpful. The food that is served is five star and plentiful. The apartments are beautiful and the community spaces are lovely. There are many engaging amenities: movie theatre, library, gym, a pub, even a hair salon. They've thought of everything! The activities are creative and fun for the residents and visiting family members alike. The staff goes out of their way to be inclusive of residents who want to join the fun and, equally, to give them space to be truly independent. Aging is not for the faint of heart but Cornerstone provides so many opportunities to maintain independence while still offering peace of mind to family caregivers like me. I will sing the praises of Cornerstone forever and I am so very grateful that they opened in Weymouth.

Faculty is very responsive. Amenities are wonderful. I would recommend to others. Location is near stores and restaurants and easy to get to.

My father loves it there. Plenty of group activities to get involved in every day, the food has been great and it was affordable.

Extremely happy with my parents' choice to live in this vibrant, fun, engaged community in a beautiful new building with almost every amenity you could ask for. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for 55+ Independent Community. Outstanding all around! My parents just hit their one year anniversary there and we are so happy to have them nearby for maintenance-free living!

I had spent two months going on tours in an effort to find a place for my friend [name removed]. His wife had passed and he had health issues that made it impossible for him to stay in his home. Each place we looked at had drawbacks. Sometimes it was the price, sometimes it was a lack of features (a tub with no shower in one case) and sometimes the location. A place for Mom recommended the Cornerstone, so we toured it. This place is amazing. The rooms are large with plenty of light. Some have balconies. each room has a washer/dryer combo. The people running the place are genuinely nice, friendly and caring. There are activities going on every day. The food in the dining room is excellent. The rent includes a monthly $[removed] dollar food credit. All in all for [name removed] it was perfect. He's been there about a month, and I can see a change in him. He is more relaxed, less anxious and has made a number of friends. I highly recommend the Cornerstone.

The staff at Seasons is amazing. They all seem like family with each other and the patients there. The facility has just been repainted and it looks amazing. The rooms are kept very clean. There is a bathroom in each room and I feel the room size is perfect. It appears more like a room in a home. Everyone that works there seems really happy to be doing their jobs. The activities are great. It keeps all the patients involved and they seem happy doing them. I can't say enough for Seasons. My husband was there for only a short period of time because his health started to fail after he got Covid. He would still be there if the care he needs would have been available. I would absolutely recommend Seasons to anyone who was looking for a calm, serene and beautiful place to stay at.

The entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We've had nothing but good experiences since we moved my mom in in [Date removed].

5??! The staff are amazing! The people who live and work there are super friendly and engaged. My mom has thoroughly enjoyed the dining experiences and looks forward to joining friends daily for meals. She's in a one bedroom apartment, which is a perfect size for her very much appreciates the one level living and zero entry shower as well as the convenience of having a gym in the building where she can work with her physical therapist.

Memory care is not an easy decision. Seasons of Danvers changes that. The space is an open format with lots of light and access to a lovely large patio. The staff enjoy the residents and each other making the energy really positive. My father moved up from NJ and felt settled in just a couple of days. He is always chatting with residents and staff, whom he likes to compliment, alike. There are many activities in a day, the kitchen staff and food prepared are fabulous, and he doesn’t spend that much time in his lovely room. I won’t hesitate to say it’s worth a visit!

The staff has been very helpful and friendly. Not much turnover of staff which is good. Residents seem happy, they are memory care but seem content. My mom in law has only been there for a few weeks, so far well cared for. The rooms are being renovated for new residents, new vinyl wood look flooring is replacing carpet so cleaner, and her room is a bit larger than at her former facility. Make sure to write resident's initials or name on ALL garments and don't leave anything of value in room (the other residents roam sometimes!) Over all happy with Canton Regency.

Welcoming front reception staff with an efficient, technologically current sign-in / sign-out system that ensures an increased level of safety.

When my wife needed more than home care, I web searched for help. Seasons of Danvers has been a great choice! They have one floor housing and a well used outdoor courtyard. Staff are caring, attentive and professional. My wife enjoys the many activities, gourmet food, friendly residents, and also feels safe and well taken care of.

Seasons has been a true blessing. Moving my mom there was the best decision I’ve made for her and for me. The staff are genuinely caring people, and they treat every resident with respect and dignity. Knowing she’s safe, supported, and cared for brings me so much peace of mind.
