Sodalis Elder Living

Overall very positive experience. Some immediate things that stuck out, the directors, and offices are from what I could see, open door! As you come into the Facility both doors are open. I was greeted warmly and shown into the reception and office. I was introduced to [name removed], who was warm and friendly. As we sat there one or two residents stuck their head in just to greet him, this gave me a sense that the residents and staff engage in open and frequent exchanges. The facility is clean, and the board of activities was full, more than any other residences I had toured. The in-house PT component is another example of the attention to needs that I witnessed. The cost was very competitive with other facilities but I would say that their entry level exceeds affordability of all the other facilities I toured, while lacking nothing. In other words, they have not compromised value for services.

The working staff in the afternoons & evenings are very friendly & helpful. (I don't know the morning staff) About once a month there is a themed party in the dining room with music & a singer/guitarist during & after dinner. The food is always tasty. (I visit my Mom around 5pm every day). Overall I am extremely satisfied!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and hallways were clean. So far this is at the top of our list.

What we like the most about the community is the overall cleanliness and their caring staff. They also have multiple settings for lunch and dinner. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We walked in the front door and were immediately greeted by a happy resident who shared how much he loved living at Sodalis. I really like the resident ambassador program. We met with [name removed]. She answered all of our questions and understood the concerns we have for our mom. Our tour went well and we were able to see a room. We walked around the hallways and common areas. I was happy to see residents interacting with each other in the common areas and walking in the halls together. The staff was friendly and dressed up for "spirit week".

The reason we chose Sodalis is because of the staff. Specifically, the hands-on approach that the director has at managing the facility along with the rest of the staff. The made us feel welcome, answered all our questions along with being informative about the facility, process and needs of my Mother.

Qualified, professional, kind, knowledgeable. I would recommend Sodalis Austin to to others.

My grandpappy lives here and he is just so thrilled with the activities and how great the food is, he thought he wasn’t going to like it but everytime I visit I can’t get him to leave!! This staff is just so wonderful and has made this experience so much smoother than we intended it to be. The residents are so kind and welcoming he’s even gotten himself a girlfriend! ???? This place is also kid friendly and when I bring my youngins in they have a blast!!???? Couldn’t have chosen a better place for my grandpappy so thank you Sodalis.????

The staff was kind and met my expectations. I feel this will be a good fit for my sister. The residents were involved with the activities and to me seemed very happy. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms seem to have enough space.

I would really love for my dad to stay here. [name removed] is nice and understanding of this process. This was the best place I've seen.

From the time I walked in the door to meet [name removed] to the time my father-in-law moved in, and even since, this place has been a haven of compassion and joy! Thank you for recommending this wonderful facility and new home for our beloved [name removed]! He loves his new home!

Took a quick tour of the facility to review several options for housing. The sales director was extremely helpful with advising of needs and insights for mom's situation.

We toured this assisted living community and were very impressed. It is a wonderful, clean, and welcoming place. The staff truly seem to care about their residents and treat them with kindness and respect. We also loved seeing all the activities they share on Facebook, which shows how engaged and active the residents are. We can’t wait to move my dad in and feel confident he will be well cared for. Highly recommend!

We came and toured the facility with our father and fell in love with [name removed] and [name removed]! We had seen more expensive places, but the staff made it like home. Our father moved in 2 days later and loves it. We ate with him the first day and the food was delicious! We feel so relieved to find Sodalis! He's already happy here!!!

We are very happy with Sodalis Largo. The staff are the best part of this place, that is what you really look forward to. They are excellent.

New management is doing great! Standards for the facility all improving, total cost, inclusive vice nickel and diming for additional fees. Employees not meeting standards, being let go. Overall climate improving for residents and staff improving. New director very engaged.

It's a beautiful, clean facility. They. Really look out for her. I would recommend to others.

Me and my sister tour the community and it felt more like a welcoming community than an assisted living facility. The environment was very homey, warm, and pleasant, and I’ve heard many wonderful things about them. The sales manager was very attentive and took the time to explain everything we wanted to know. We will definitely be joining the waiting list and can’t wait for my mom to become part of this community.

Lovely community. Staff has longevity, and are very focused on the well-being of the people there. Nice, home like atmosphere. Great activities and food. Nice location , very centralized location. Close to hospitals and emergency services.

Kim was awesome. She gave me a very detailed tour answered all my questions! Kim is certainly a wonderful representative for this company. I have toured several but the warmth of this one is my choice.
