My experiences with the entire process starting with the tour of the facility, the quality and value of the apartment, the welcome that my mother has received by the staff, the activities and positive vibes exceeded any expectations my family could have hoped for. [name removed] and [name removed] are excellent and represent Sincersi exceptionally well! Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience!

Very expensive as were all options we considered. It was considered a shared space, though the bedrooms were separate. Shared meant the bathroom and a huge closet were shared. Staff was very engaging, but my MIL chose to stay in her room. They were sweet to bring snacks to her room or other goodies if there was a special event that she chose not to attend.

I give 5 for everything! They are amazing!! The staff have all been awesome, everyone is soo friendly!! It's very clean and well kept, my moms apartment is always clean too, trash emptied, she is in clean new clothes everyday and is very well taken care of. I can't really speak to the food or activities, but i know they always have different activities going on, my moms apartment unfortunately doesn't really participate in those, and she has told me the food is good.

I can confidently say previous admin were also 5, but haven't gotten to know the new admin enough since they started to give a fair assessment. Activities n/a bc my dad is not interested in participating regardless of offerings, so I don't really have an opinion beyond acknowledging they do have plenty of options.

I would give Wellstead 5 stars. [name removed] has been thriving since I moved him to Wellstead. He has not had 1 fall as precautions have been taken with his bed height & wheelchair. He has hospice that visits a couple times a week & also arrange pet therapy which he enjoys. Care aids are plentiful at all times. There are daily activities residents can join or decline. I also can sign in for a weekly report. His room is very spacious in order to use the lift required to move or shower [name removed]. His clothes & appearance are always neat & clean. Aides will provide bibs at meal times & help residents cut food if necessary. Meals are a variety & plentiful. I have felt very relieved I moved [name removed] to Wellstead since I live out of state & visit him every 3 months.

I visited Library Square last May. I was thoroughly pleased with the friendliness of staff, cleanliness, several chairs for residents to sit. They like to sit and socialize. Several outside seating places and grassy areas with trees, always have yummy wholesome foods and snacks to eat. Several activities for them. Nice studios and apartments. Able to get groceries. Only residents and staff have access to front door. Family members, etc. Have to check in at front desk. I am impressed with Library Square and I would definitely recommend to others. Some very important things i forgot is that they have Doctor and nurse practitioners on staff. They regularly see residents, they get there medications right at Library Square. They also have to check in from their apartments every morning and at night.

Great experience. Apartment is lovely. The staff is attentive and the activities are plentiful and robust. The building is clean and well maintained.

Forwood struck me from the beginning as a place that exuded warmth and hospitality and I immediately felt at home here. All the places were fine. I'm sure I would be happy to some degree in any of them but some just didn't seem to gel with my own personality as much as this place did. It's a little hard to explain what I mean by that, but especially I can do. And I must say, I LOVE iit here! The room is so spacious. I feel like I'm in a palace of my own. My paintings are on the walls as well as those of others and clothes now have a place in their two closets, and I have a a kitchen and a bathroom it's exceptional : all in the first floor and easy access to the outside my friends and family can just drive right up to my front door. The staff here is incredible everyone in every department willing to help you.. And the people are also friendly everyone with a cheerful good morning how are you. It is. That kind of place. Where are you realize that some of this may be early feelings and a relief after the incredible pressure trying to move into all those things that are necessary. But I don't think it's gonna wear that much because this place is just so special. As it turns out, it's eight minutes from my daughter and it's a little bit over a half hour for my son's place. They've been here every day especially my daughter and her family. My friends have dropped in too one from Maryland and two from Wilmington came the same day. It's wonderful reattaching myself to these connections to is so important and the reason really one of the reasons actually I had to move. It was no easy choice to move. I love the Hudson Valley. I was dreading going back to Wilmington, but I love it and it doesn't seem to matter!

My sister, [name removed], has been at Lancaster Grove since October, and I think it’s the best place for her. She really likes it there and is so content being around the other residents. The activity director [name removed] has so many outings, games, trips, and so many interesting things to do with them. [name removed] daughter, family members, and friends love going and getting involved in the excitement that she has planned planned for them. [name removed] has the biggest heart for the residents and we appreciate everything she does. Her experience and knowledge is amazing.

Finding Coral Oaks Assisted Living has truly been a blessing. From the moment mom arrived, she has been welcomed with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. The staff goes above and beyond to make her feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, and that has given our family peace of mind. The facility is warm, clean, and inviting, the food is delicious, and there are always activities to keep residents engaged and connected. Although her apartment is on the smaller side, it has a cozy living room with two large windows that let in so much beautiful sunshine, making it a bright and cheerful place she enjoys every day. Most importantly, mom is happy and settling in nicely. We would highly recommend Coral Oaks.

Staff is wonderfully warm and friendly. Facility is clean and has had many recent updates and improvements. Both of my parents have been treated kindly and with respect. Great home away from home for my aging parents.

Well, my mother said that the food was not that good. It was very salty, which is not ideal for elderly people.

Very nice place and in a very good location. The residents we spoke to are very happy with the facility.

Friendly staff, clean well-kept facility. Plenty of activities. Nice pool. They have an exercise room. I'm moving in!

The facilities were comfortable clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Was a smaller more intimate facility than others I visited.

When the times come and you have to start looking into senior places for your elderly parents it’s very tough. I have to say that when you have people who care and understand and have compassion they can help make this experience a little easier. A huge shout out to [name removed]. Thank you so much for all your guidance throughout this process. [name removed] highly recommended The Pointe based on our needs. This facility was so nice. I loved it. If it wasn’t for the financial aspect we would have definitely chose this facility for my Mom.

When our family began looking for a place for my mother-in-law, it was an emotional and difficult decision. She was moving from independent to assisted living. We wanted a place where she would not just be cared for, but where she would truly feel loved, respected, and at home. We are so grateful that we found Lewis Estates. As her daughter-in-law, it means so much to me to see her happy and comfortable. The staff welcomed her with kindness, patience, and compassion. They have taken the time to know her as a person, not just as a resident, and that has made such a difference in her quality of life. Knowing that she is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her gives our family such peace of mind. The little things—the smiles, the conversations, the attention to her needs, and the effort to make her feel included—mean more than words can express. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lewis Estates to any family looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming home for their loved one.

The staff and residents are very welcoming to those moving in a new management took over in January and they are listening to residents feed back about what they would like to have at the pointe my mom moved in in [date removed] this year and is very happy there

All is good. [name removed] is doing good. Tuscany is a great place for anyone.

I would give a 5 to all the categories. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Most took extra care with my mother. Responses from were very quick and helpful. Room size was the best I found for the many that I toured. Offered her the privacy/size she wanted. Compared to other places, the Pines was much more affordable.
