Very nice; little open space surrounding, great amenities, monitoring available. Good kitchens, no pool that I saw. Small bathrooms, garage available for additional fee. Did not ask about near by storage. Staff friendly and professional. Great meal areas. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful common areas. Should definitely be considered.

We met with [name removed] and toured the facility. We are very impressed with the place and [name removed]. She introduced us to the live in Managers. She is an accomplished pro and met all our needs and communicated so well. We have followed up to spend the night this weekend and eat brunch on Sunday. We are moving along with all of other requirements, but the stress of it has slowed up down. We will be in touch later.

Red Hills Village is new and we moved mom there as a charter member. Being new, naturally it's very clean and the staff are new to their positions. Mom has lived in independent living facilities for 15 years and has experienced two other places before moving to Red Hills. (moved from Tampa Bay to Tallahassee) Both previous places were very good and comparably priced, but Red Hills is superior in several aspects. The food at Red Hills is fantastic. They offer three meals a day and fruit, ice cream, and sandwiches 24 hours a day. Meals can be delivered to your apartment at no additional cost. Other places usually charge for this service. The lobby area, called Main Street, has a bank, post office, general store, pharmacy, arcade, movie theater, and beauty salon. This is very useful to my 93 year old mother. She can get almost anything she needs without having to leave the building. Finally, the staff is outstanding. The managers hired only people with happy dispositions. Everyone is up and helps to make the overall experience wonderful. The chef knows mom's preferences and always makes her dining experience positive. Red Hills has made her move a very positive experience. She loves her new home and everyone she has met.

I toured 5 different places and took my parents to 4 of them. This was the place they chose. It offered everything they wanted.

My parents moved in a week after Red Hills opened. It is strictly active living with no assisted services. They have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and more closet space than they could fill. The food is very good and I frequently check the week's menu and stay to eat for a very fair price. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They have already had several special events and the official grand opening is next week. Because they have a complete kitchen, they can choose to cook, go to the dining room or have meals sent to their apartments. While this was a very difficult move for my parents, they left a house we all loved, Red Hills staff has gone out of their way to welcome them.

Best decision we ever made to move here. We love it and th people who work here and also live here.. Food is excellent.

The Retirement resort is lovely. The amenities are quite good and overall would be a wonderful place to live. My mother will not be able to live independently and requires more one on one.

Beautiful community- warm and welcoming people, Management lives on site, you can feel the sense of family here. Food is excellent- they've even got room service and valet parking.

The tour confirmed my impressions gained from their website and brochures, that this is a first class facility on a par with world-class cruise ships. Every detail has been well-thought out, from the Main Street public areas to the closets in each apartment. The menu indicated a great variety of meal options. The residents seemed really comfortable and happy with their surroundings, activities and conversations. Our guide knew every resident's name and was pleasant and knowledgeable at all times. The amenities are vast in number and again top notch in quality. I have traveled extensively and would feel very much at home in this environment. The cost is even quite reasonable for all that it offers to each resident. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.

This is one of the best places to be for your final years, so long as you can live semi-independently. Great facilities, wonderful room options very good dining facilities and meals, lots of activities, etc. etc. We looked at a lot of places in Raleigh, and this one is the best in our opinion.

Wonderful place, for both residents and visitors. Everything you could need all in one. Location - store, bank, beauty parlor, movie theater, workout room, game room, and much more. They treat my sister like a princess.

The best so far. Very clean and new, (1 year old). Good mix of standard and extra services available.Nice rooms, most with balconies. Also, a little less $.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and are very pleased with it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, lots of our friends have visited and always enjoy the food and fellowship. We also like the entertainment and things that are offered.

I love it here - the food is great, I especially enjoy Joel in the kitchen. So friendly and very helpful. We seen to loose employees frequently, causing a shortage of service in the kitchen. Perhaps the pay is not the most adequate or is the head of the kitchen ti hard to work with? I don't know the managers are on top of everything.

Love my apt - would like employees longer. They quit too soon - is it wages?
