I don't have any special review, but I am so happy I found Melody Living.

Enjoy the friendliness of everyone here. The meals are great. Activities I love, poker especially. The exercise room is good to have if you use it, I enjoy [name removed]'s fitness class, she's one of the resident's here.

As long as I cannot be in my own home, this is the best assisted home I am glad to be in. I am very happy to be at Melody Living, it was a good choice.

I'm happy that I am here. It is nice and clean. The food is very good. Our Activity Director is fun and loving and makes living here worthwhile. I have made a lot of friends, and Everyone is really nice. Also enjoy going on weekly outings.

Melody Living is fairly pleasant, people are nice, and the staff is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really have no complaints with all the different personalities here.

Melody is a wonderful facility with phenomenal staff. My grandmother truly feels at home there. They do a great job with activities and knowing residents personally. I'm so glad she has a safe, healthy place to live!

I love living here at Melody Living and I enjoy living here! Everything is great here at Melody Living-------- the staff, people, food. This is a great community experience and I highly recommend it.

the facility is new. It is light with many windows and light colors. Decorated tastefully, safetly, The staff and residents are wonderful. I enjoy living here!

All 5 stars! Best food ever! Chef on site! All is freshly prepared. Wonderful residents and staff. Many activities that get everyone involved. Many outings. Apartment sizes are much better than the others we toured. And they are new! She loved the size and the layout. I would 100% recommend Melody Living of Colorado Springs to those looking for independent living, it is a great place!

I would rate 5 for all questions. My sister likes living there. The facility is only a year old. It is very bright and inviting. Meals are delicious and the chef is very personable. An off-campus outing is planned weekly in addition to weekly shopping. Residents are friendly. I would absolutely recommend Melody Living of Colorado Springs to others looking for retirement living.

It was clean, cheerful, didn't smell like urine, and the amenities are top notch. It's a new facility and has everything my mom could want. The staff is beyond kind and helpful, and health/safety is paramount.

The caregivers were very caring and conscientious. I would recommend Melody Living to everyone!

Melody Living Lake in the Hills was my first choice for my dad. The facility is very nice and they have individual care plans tailored to whatever your loved one may need. It is more expensive, but it is worth it because you get the care needed. All of the staff that I spoke with were extremely kind and helpful, it was just a totally different experience than the place he ended up choosing. I wish that he would have gone here.

Melody Living Lake in the Hills was a newer and beautiful facility. It was much bigger than we were looking for, but I thought it was a very nice place. My loved one just needed more care than they could provide.

We contacted Melody Living regarding the possibility of moving our in-laws to the area. They were so kind in explaining everything and answering all our questions. We toured the facility and it checked all the boxes we were looking for; staffing, medical assistance, layout of units, layout of the facility, the cleanliness of the facility and the staff we encountered were so nice. We were ready to sign my in-laws up when a sudden turn in their health made that impossible, but if the situation changes this will be our first choice. Talking with [name removed] put my mind at ease that this would have been the perfect place for them.

The type of food they are serving is where we fall a little short - the residents there are used to meat, potatoes and vegetables but they are getting all sorts of different concoctions that they are just not familiar with. However they have an additional side menu that you can order from if you don't like what they are serving. We also appreciate that they have meetings a few times a month to discuss what it is the residents are wanting to be served. They have a ton of different activities which is great. They are very good about keeping up with the health of our loved ones and will asses her health accordingly and will adjust the level of care plan as necessary. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
