Dad says he's having a good time, care seems good. Someone else was an engineer here so they speak daily about days gone by. I am very happy that he is here. The crew is top notch.

This is a good place for my aunt. We toured a lot of places but we were sold on the size of the facility. It is small enough that residents get the care they need, but big enough to walk around on her own. She does not like to go to activities in big groups, but attends the smaller groups. She gets the care and supervision she needs, and she likes living there. We are all happy with our choice!

I have been to Arden Courts of Elk Grove for a couple of months now and I must say the staff is amazing. The Administrator, DON, RN's and CNA's are easy to talk to and make you feel like part of the team. I would recommend to this facility to my family.

Even though my husband didn’t live at Arden Courts very long, both he and I were very happy with the care and the staff! I have to admit he had Alzheimer’s and he only left because he died. I was hoping he would live there a long time.

My dad came from an assisted living where the care was awful. I was always worried about him. I use to care for him and he got sores on his butt. I met with the director and nursing director they took time with me I didn't feel rushed. After my tour the director said we have a wait list. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to get my dad in. She most people on the wait list aren't ready to move in yet and want to be on the wait list for when the time comes they can get right in. I was able to get my dad in two days later. I was so grateful for them and the space was fully furnished. The care they gave my dad healed his wound. He loved going to the ice cream shop and sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard. I actually went home not worried about him which never happened at his old community. He just passed away peacefully. They even gave me refund for the days in the month after we moved his stuff out. Thank you Arden Courts.

My husband was there for respite care. The staff was very caring and respectable to him. The activities director was fabulous. She kept the community moving! She even had a car show with a picnic. He was comfortable there. We will be there again.

I recently toured Lely Palms while looking for a place for my father, and I was very impressed. The tour was wonderful, and everyone was friendly, welcoming and provided plenty of helpful information. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole experience very easy. A special thanks to [name removed] who hosted our tour, she was excellent! We will definitely be looking further into independent living at Lely Palms.

Lely Palms is such a lovely place! The folks here are kind as can be and always make you feel welcome. There is always something going on, and I have met some wonderful people along the way. The food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff truly care. It is a blessing to be surrounded by such good people!

Distinctly superior to most other memory care facilities. I looked at a bunch of them before committing my wife to this one and there was only one other that came close.

When the time came to find a long-term memory care facility for my wife, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, I visited and evaluated around a dozen senior living, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), and dedicated memory care facilities throughout Northern Virginia. After carefully considering the alternatives, I selected Arden Courts of Annandale. Based on my experiences thus far, I believe I made an excellent decision. Admittedly, Arden Courts is an older facility and lacks the modern appearance, elaborate amenities, or architectural "pizzazz" of some competitors. However, I have come to appreciate that attractive buildings and luxurious surroundings do not necessarily translate into superior care. What matters most is the professional staff, the quality of care, cleanliness, compassion, restaurant-style meals, attentiveness, the dignity residents receive, and the value for cost. In these areas, Arden Courts truly excels.

My grandma was a resident at Arden Courts of San Antonio, and I’m so grateful for the love and care she received. She enjoyed the activities, music, and time spent with everyone. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her. We’ll always be thankful for Arden Courts!

Arden was a great place for my mom’s care. They took really good care of my mom till she passed.. They would do anything like feed her at 3am because she would not normally times. My mom had a favorite care giver that she would lite up and that care giver would let my mom pet her because it made my mom happy. These might seem like little things but I could go on about little things and all the little things add up to great care. The head of the facility was so great and she also put you at ease. Everything she promised was true unlike other facilities. I would highly recommend this facility.

My husband has been a resident for 11 months. He’s happy and feels safe and loves the food. The caregivers have been great, particularly [name removed]. She watches over everyone like a mother and knows each individual’s habits likes and dislikes. It’s been a good experience.

Arden Courts of Largo is an excellent dedicated memory care facility. From the management to the nursing staff to the care givers everyone is focused on the residents care, safety & well being. I engage with roughly 15 staff all of whom I know by name.
