We toured four facilities that were not private and Arden Courts was our favorite among the four. Your facility was bright, cheerful and welcoming. We liked the idea of the facility being divided into four areas based on cognitive state. We were also impressed by the ratio of patient to caregiver. Your facility ranked second on our total list close behind one of the private facilities that we had also toured.

The team is fabulous. Everyone makes you feel at home. The only thing I'd improve on is they need new carpeting (or a good cleaning)...it's a bit stinky there.

Menu seems ok but I've not witnessed a meal. Staff is very attentive and friendly. You can tell they're invested in keeping residents happy and truly getting to know them. Very well maintained, security is very good, and communication has been excellent so far. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Room is pretty standard but that is intentional because they want residents out and engaging.

Everything was great I didn't have any complaints I didn't see any faults and anything the people were great everybody took care of me whenever I needed the hospice people were phenomenal

I can't say enough nice things about Auberge. There wasn't a single person there that didn't seem like they truly cared and they were so good with Mom. Everybody from the staff to the administration gave me a sense that my mother was safe. It was clean, organized, and overall just a good experience.

Clean, attention to patients, well maintained back yard for walking. I would recommend to others

5 for all except for food, and not that there were any issues but my brother in his 14 days there didn't much, so I don't really have any experience with food. My greatest interactions were with the administrative staff, and on your 1-5 scale I would give all of them a 10+. They were absolutely great to work with and went far beyond what I could have hoped for to make the complex transition from Arlington, VA, to Winter Springs.

In her few days there she and I were impressed with the activities and care for the tenants. I would recommend it

I like how easily y'all found places for me to look at. One way to improve would be to have those places let you know about temporary situations though. One of the places didn't have a van cause it was "on order" but wasn't expected for months. I would recommend to others.

My mom was on a memory ward for two years in a facility that I was very unhappy with. The staff had no training and in more than one occasion I was insulted by comments made to me. I never felt comfortable visiting my mom. I turned to A PLACE FOR MOM and they guided me through every step of the way. They suggested places to look and highly recommended the place I finally settled on ARDEN COURT in West Orange NJ. THE facility was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was trained knowledgeable and kind. When the facility in Basking Ridge refused to assist in helping us move my mom out. The new facility DUD EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE MOMS transition smooth. This was the last stop we were looking for. A place for mom. Was the catalyst for us finding the best facility. Thank you for everything you did to facilitate a smooth transition.

The staff care about each and every patient. There is always something to do for the patients. The food seems to be very good. My husband enjoys it. They let me know every single time he makes an out of bed at night. I feel is safe and careful

I broke my femur so it's not a typical experience. I was in independent living but what I had was. The staff seemed very competent. They had a lot of activities. One problem is a very small assisted living section, I was told. Yes, I would recommend the community to others. But the lack of a large assisted living section is a drawback. I was told there are only 12 beds there and many places have many more so residents can move there easily when they need it.

My aunt was there and it was an absolute beautiful place. Everyone there was so wonderful to her, [name removed] went above and beyond for her, and we cannot thank her enough!! You were thinking about taking your loved one to this place. I would absolutely recommend it.

I am [name removed]. My beautiful mother resides at Arden Courts. She is 91 and loves the food and friendly faces both from staff and residential new friends. WE are happy and content with this new life for her. She is blessed all of her life. + I thank you so very much for the attention and loves She will always deserve! From me and family and yourselves! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The people are tidy and content. The vision for the facility is creative. The staff are all trained in dementia care. It’s a smaller facility with higher ratios of staff/residents (1:8) which is great. The CNAs seemed very young to me, but I was assured that none of them are first time CNAs and everyone is trained in dementia care with continuing education requirements every year. There are a few places where it looks like they made a repair but then didn’t do the finish work like repainting to make it look completely done, but it was very minor.

I attended a night to Remember was truly an unforgettable event. It was beautifully organized, thoughtfully planned, and filled with warmth, joy, and meaningful moments. The staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere where residents, families, and guests could come together to celebrate and make lasting memories. It was heartwarming to see the residents smiling, engaged, and enjoying themselves. Every detail reflected the dedication and compassion of the team, making everyone feel valued and included. Events like this remind us how important community, connection, and quality care are. Thank you to everyone who helped make A Night to Remember such a special and memorable experience. Your hard work and commitment did not go unnoticed, and it is deeply appreciated.

I have had the opportunity to observe the care provided at this facility, and I am truly impressed. The staff consistently demonstrates compassion, patience, and professionalism while caring for residents with dignity and respect. The team works hard to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for both residents and their families. It is evident that they genuinely care about each individual’s well-being and strive to provide quality care every day. I appreciate the dedication of the caregivers, nurses, and support staff who go above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve. I would confidently recommend this facility to families looking for a caring and compassionate memory care community for their loved one.

Night to Remember Formal Dinner. The Activity room was transformed into a fine Dining experience. The Residents dressed up in beautiful outfits. The Residents were so excited to be dressed up. The food was out standing. And the staff was so kind and courteous. Hats off to the staff. Wow what a great staff. Thanks for a night I won't forget.
