The care staff at Arbor Place are truly exceptional, providing outstanding care with compassion and dedication. When us boys searched carefully for the best place to move our independent parents, the one that fit best was Prestige Brookwood. After 9 months, it has not been just the best fit, it has been perfect for them. We see first hand the care, love, and passion they have to do all they can to provide a great, safe community. They have embraced our parents and encouraged them to engage with the community as they desire. Dad led a Bible study and mom plays piano. We are so thankful for the Prestige team. Who knows - maybe we will be here some day.

I am just a friend of a resident. It was so hard getting her to find a place. Everywhere we went, they just treated us as a number. From the minute we entered Monticello Park, she felt heard, asked many questions & both the sales lady and director were there to help us with many many questions. We ended up staying over 2 hours and my friend said yes the minute we got to the car. The staff is so caring and the food was great!

I'm gonna say 5s on all items except #2, there were some stains and smells that probably can't really be avoided. I believe there is always room for improvement. I recommend Monticello to anyone I can. They went above and beyond to take in my FIL and his final few weeks were happy. He went from rehab to Monticello and it was like going from back alley care to a 5-star resort. The Place for mom people were also wonderful. All the facilities that then bombarded me with texts phone calls and emails, were not awesome, and I get that same response from people I have referred, whom often confuse the facility people with the place for mom people. Place for mom is a wonderful service and definitely has a place, I just wish we weren't then turned over to the used car salesman like vultures (Monticello not behaving like that is what initially pushed me their way)

I can’t say enough about Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood. I researched care facilities, and this was it. The staff is unbelievable! They are so friendly and accommodating. If you’re interested in games, books, exercise, movies, entertainment or outings, Bridgewood has it all. You will be assured “peace of mind” for your loved one.

From my initial walk through to current day we all couldn't be more pleased. With the walk through I instantly felt a feeling of home as well as compassion. Everyone from staff to residents has displayed a warm sincere feeling of happiness and respect. This was a huge change for our mom (93), and she is overjoyed with her new apartment.

It has been a truly great experience, and his care has been wonderful and I don't have to worry about him there.

Staff very welcoming upon moving in and are friendly. The facility always looks and smells clean. There are a lot of fun things going on. Yatzee, Bingo, nail care, crafts, live music about once a week, outings once a week. Bible studies. Room sizes are about right. The studio is perfect for 1 person and the one bedroom apts are large enough for 2 people.

The staff is wonderful! I do wish there were a few more activities besides games, etc. Overall it is good

Everyone from the main supervisor to the people who make meals and clean, they were very friendly, helpful and all around great people. They make you feel like family. I will refer anyone needing senior living to them.

Finding the right place for my wife’s parents was important to me since I have seen a lot of good and bad care facilities as a paramedic. Southern Hills is always clean and doesn’t seem to have that typical institutional smell that a lot of care facilities have. The staff have been very personable and always happy to interact with the residents. While we were moving in I noticed one of the caregivers sitting and talking with a resident about their experiences camping and hiking. She probably sat with him for almost an hour. There have been similar instances from time to time with our parents. Probably the hardest thing to get used to since it is an assisted living facility is that the staff will knock and then let themselves into the apartment. But if you tell them it is a bad time they will come back later. I’m pretty certain that there aren’t any perfect places out there, but Prestige Southern Hills is doing a pretty good job of making it an enjoyable place to live.

It was as nice as the photos/website but I feel like I was overwhelmed with the process . It has always been nice when I've been there. The staff are helpful. Some times seems to be short staffed. I recently signed up for the menu which looks good and has a variety of offerings. I wish I would have toured the kitchen and talked to the chef. There seems like a lot going on every day. It might be nice to ask the residents what they would like to do and encourage/ explain what's going on. Maybe they do and I don't know. I feel it's it's expensive but there is a lot included in the cost.

The staff at West Hills are fantastic. From the Director, Nurse, caregivers, and maintenance staff- great group of people.

If anyone asks me about Prestige, I would have to say the people/staff are wonderful, and that's what really makes the difference. Also, we liked that the facility wasn't too big and everything was within a short walk. We looked at the Cogir of Glenwood, but it was huge, and my mother-in-law would no way be able to find her way around. So, smaller is nicer. The food isn't spectacular like at the Quary, but they're working on it.

My dad is fairly annoying and difficult, and they have been nothing but patient and kind to him! The location is great! Staff are very friendly and the price is competitive to others in the area.

The staff are friendly & helpful, so far a good feeling about Prestige, clean, good meals. A tour around the area would be fun, to get out & enjoy a change of scenery. As far as cost goes, everything seems way to expensive!!

My mother in law recently moved in and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful and caring. [name removed] is amazing! [name removed] is fantastic! [name removed] is superb! The residents are very friendly. Could not be happier with our experience.

Our experience has been wonderful. My loved one was very happy while he was there. Was doing much better there than he had been at his previous facility.

My brother-in-law has taken care of all of the paperwork, so I can't speak to that end, all I know is, she is very very happy there. I should've mentioned that it is also the place the Social Worker recommended in the category of why we chose it. Excellent recommendation I must say. We picked this community because of the friendly staff, very conscious of the comfort of the residents. We also chose for affordability.
