[name removed] was very nice & accommodated my schedule for a tour. Unfortunately the electricity as off when I was there, but she was still willing to meet with me & provide pricing & amenities information. I’m not sure if the location will work for us, but the community is very nice

Staff members are always friendly and helpful. The affiliated medical group (Aurora Medical) does a great job of working with residents, monitoring their health, and keeping family informed. Facility is right sized. Not too big, not too fancy.

We find the staff to be exceptionally caring for their residence. I've also found that they are more than willing to work with me and my family when it comes time for Medicaid application were applicable. I've always had great communication with the executive Director, community liaison, and their current wellness Director. They do provide transportation for medical appointments when scheduled in advance on Tuesdays and Thursdays currently. Finally, I've gotten consistent feedback from my mother's outside home care agencies that they too feel that Villa Court is one of the best in the area.

Everything is great! Everyone has been helpful and caring. The room is a great size. There is always something to do for residents.

I was made to feel seen and heard about the difficulty of having to move my mother. I was impressed with the feeling of family, and[Name Removed] is wonderful !

Very clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I liked how they showed me all of the different options for rooms as well as some with furniture in them to get an idea of the layouts. Introducing me to staff was very kind as well. Really nice place and I loved the Martin house and access to the river trail. Beautiful facility!

First of all my husband just moved there in February and he is still there. All the staff are nice and responsive to my concerns and anytime I request that they do something for my husband they are right on it. They check in him regularly and make sure his needs are met and that he is comfortable. There was only one time that I had to tell them my husband needed attention but as soon as I told them they responded right away. Everyone is always pleasant. The staff has exceeded my expectations.

Our mom and sister love it there. There's lots of things to do and trips taken. They go to the mall weekly and Walmart every other week so they always have a chance to grab something they need without us having to figure out a time to take them to the store. They enjoy the food and snacks. The residents are really nice and they enjoy the staff there. They love that they can keep their dog with them as well.

The garage is great, and so is the walking path.

I think it's a wonderful concept these cottages that have eight people with their own studio apartments and then they have a community kitchen dining room, living room room, and these front porches that go all the way around to be able to congregate outside and have community together. They have plenty of activities happy hours bingo. The staff is always kind and very helpful. The food however, comes in the Styrofoam boxes. I wish they did more of the cafeteria style for my nephews and meals are not really substantial enough so he gets quite a few foods to have in his studio because they supply you with a refrigerator. My nephew has cooked in the kitchen, making himself something for in between meals.

Things we like the most about the community is that it is always vibrant people who are sitting out talking. My mom is keeping busy with all the activities that are going on. Yes, we would recommend Desert View Senior Living to others

I like the staff and the accommodations as well as the food the parking space and the cost The fact that there were a CNA with patience, and also that some were able to come and go as they please That to me was wonderful because it allows a person to be free not feel like a prisoner or that their life is over because it’s not this assisted living place is well worth looking into and when the time comes, I will be sure to return

We have been nothing but pleased with Wisteria facility & staff. The staff has always been inviting and friendly, eager to help when needed. The food is great. My mom looks forward to meal time with her new friends.

They treated my father like family. And he is an extremely extremely extremely difficult person to deal with so that to me was huge. He's such a difficult person. The people that lived there quickly embraced my father, which is another thing I really appreciated. The staff had great communication with me as well.

This is my first experience with activities in any facility so I can't make comparisons but I am very impressed how many quality activities are scheduled every day all month long. The staff here have become like family and management have been very responsive to the few issues we've had.

I enjoyed the tour. Nice facility. We toured for my mom who lives in New Jersey. Trying to provide different options. I’m up with her now. She decided on a facility in New Jersey. Enjoyed working with you. It’s an overwhelming chore to find a good fit and I had no idea where to start and where to look. You really cleared up all the questions and set us on the right path. You can’t imagine how great a feeling that was.

[name removed] was super nice. I could tell she really cared about the place. I also met a nurse who helped me find the front office and was very pleasant. I was also impressed by the accommodations.

Mom seems to be pretty happy with the activities they have going on throughout the week, she's on the food plan and she seems to be fine with the food they're getting served, I think the rooms are about the right size for a single person, [name removed] and [name removed] do an excellent job.
