The facility was clean and seemed to be well organized with attentive staff. There was plenty of space and the unit layout was nice.

Regency is the highest rated place in this area for elderly care. Mom is happy there and is far more socially active and engaged than she was at home. I feel very good about where she is.

Beautiful facility. Not ready to leave home and about control my own complex medication schedule with/without food. Lots of activities, but I am also at a personal stage of needing lots of alone time for writing and contacting a (literally) worldwide network of friends I already know, some for more than 60 years! I sense a push toward “It’s activity time now, you can’t just stay in your room!” Maybe projecting a bit from my mother’s similar place in NC years ago.

The facility is beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly and caring. Lots of activities and social gatherings. Meals are well thought out and nutritionally balanced.

The Regency at Augusta was very nice. I am hoping for my husband to go there. The food looks amazing and I liked the room and the fact of where it is located which is not far from me. I just need to convince him.

I am well pleased with Regency at Augusta but the Memory Care director [name removed] wasn't too friendly and sometimes she could be hateful to the families of the residents. The meals and activities are good but my uncle is used to more southern cooking and he just needs to get adjusted because they have things he likes but not all the time

I wish they had some personnel speaking Spanish. Staff was very very friendly.

5's across the board- we are very pleased with everything at Regency! The help staff provides wonderful care for my dad. If someone isn't sure, I recommend going to visit the facility.

I think they're friendly and responsive. I have observed that they might push fluids more. Cups of water between meals, making sure residents stay hydrated.

After much searching and serious consideration, I decided to have my mother come to the Regency. I was very impressed with the at home feeling I received the moment I walked in the door. The staff was so friendly and smiling. There was not a feeling of stress and anxiety like I have experienced in other communities. It really relieved my heart as we had been through quite the journey already with my mother's health. Now, after spending a few months at Regency, everything I felt from that initial visit has only grown to be the best possible situation with so much love and care for my mom. If you are looking, then make sure you come by the Regency Senior living community. It will really change your perspective!

MY HUSBAND [name removed] WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DEMENTIA HE HAD HIS OWN APARTMENT HE WAS A VETERAN SO WE DECORATED HIS ROOM WITH FRAMED CERTIFICATES OF HIS TIME IN ANTARTICA ON AN ICEBREAKER WITH THE U.S. COAST GUARD. HE AND OUR FAMILY WERE STATIONED AT MONTAUK LIGHTHOUSE WHERE HE WAS THE LIGHTHOUSE KEEPER. WE HAD PICTURES AND PLAQUES THAT WE HUNG IN HIS ROOM. UNFORTUNATELY, MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY LAST SUNDAY MORNING. HE IS AT PEACE IN HEAVEN. THE STAFF AND EMPLOYEES AT THE REGENCY WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TO GENE AND MYSELF.

I would give each category a 5... my Mom loves it there and everyone is very kind to her. She doesn't remember my Dad or their home anymore and she has also forgotten a lot of our family members... but she considers Bellaire her home.

The major factors were the size of the community. It is small enough to not be intimidating. The other huge factor for my brother is that it actually has a decent size group of older guys who eat together, watch sports events together and keep each other company.

Everything at Bellaire at Stone Port has been great but they could use more activities for the memory care residents and the overall value for cost is higher. We do like the location of the community as well as the cleanliness. Based on the experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Bellaire at Stone Port is top notch. All of the staff is amazing. They're extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to make the residents and their family feel welcome in their new home. The food is served restaurant style and the menu includes comfort foods to amazingly delicious entrees. They do daily light housekeeping for the residents. The activities are daily and fun for everyone. They also go places and out for lunch weekly. Everyone from administrators to maintenance staff are always happy and happy to help with any questions or needs. I highly recommend Bellaire at Stone Port Assisted Living.

The staff members are so kind and the residents acknowledge that. My brother reports that the meals are uneven. Sometimes wonderful and sometimes bland. From what I've seen there are activities but some big gaps in time with nothing. I'm thrilled so far with our decision. I can see improvements in my brother's well being. I highly recommend them. The size of the community is helpful for a somewhat shy person to be encouraged to socialize. I've found the residents to be very helpful to my brother. On moving day several residents came by to welcome him.

This is an excellent community. The community has lots of activities to keep the residents busy. There are three meals a day served and there are choices to choose from. The staff are great to work with, and they are able to answer our questions quickly.

Regency is an amazing Assisted Living, because it's not just a facility, but it's a *community.* Regency feels like home. The connection between team members, residents, and their families is a strong one!

The team members are always welcoming and friendly. If there is ever an issue, big or small, they are quick to resolve it. The residents bring so much light and happiness to my life. They are truly the best to work with. This place is like my home away from home.
