My grandmother has been residing here since 2017, and unfortunately, we have encountered numerous issues that have greatly affected her quality of life. One of the major concerns is the lack of effective leadership. We have witnessed a constant turnover of general managers, which has resulted in inconsistent management and a lack of accountability. This has had a direct impact on the overall functioning of the community. Additionally, the culinary department has been a major disappointment. We have gone through six chefs in a short span of time, leading to inconsistent and subpar meals. Despite my grandmother's simple request for a healthy, warm, delicious, and visually appealing meal, this basic expectation has not been met. The quality of the food falls far below what should be provided in a retirement community.
