The carpet needs replacing in clients rooms and in halls the food has been complained about alot and they also have a high turnover

Toured this place after an accident with my dad. Really thought it was nice. Staff is so friendly and thorough. Great care for residents and comfort for their family. Excellent food. Very clean. Well pleased with it all.

The staff members have worked there for years. I find that to be very comforting. They are extremely attentive and caring towards mom. She is in a studio apartment, which I find to be quite spacious. Her apartment is kept clean and her laundry is done regularly. Unfortunately, mom is no longer able to eat solid food, but when she was able to, she never complained.

Very clean and friendly. Very honest in answering difficult questions. Responsive to needs are taken serious and addressed right away.

The Havens is a very nice clean facility. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given a lot of information about how everything works and every question was answered. I even emailed other questions that were quickly responded to. The director is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable also quick to respond to emails. It was a really great tour!

She's decorated more since then but the rooms are beautiful. Large with a microwave and fridge for snacks. She knows how to order in Walmart plus and gets anything she wants delivered to the front desk. The bathrooms are perfect and large but safe. This lady is picky but loves it there. Here though she is very well taken care of. If she's having a bad day they will bring her meals. Laundry is fresh and delivered, no issues. Very very very very nice environment. We have spoken with nurses and staff and always gotten perfect feedback because she can be a bit much sometimes. It's so welcoming and everyone cares. We've went to take her cancer meds (they have to be hand delivered to [name removed]) at midnight and gotten the same wonderful treatment even at that hour. They also transport her to her cancer treatments most of the time ( we attend the Dr visits and scans) it's a fee but is offered and it's a long drive. She loves it there but will be coming home finally in September! It's been a long healing process. We'll need home health to help then but she's ready to come home.

The people at MS have all been very supportive, encouraging and helpful in getting my mother settled. Initially it was to be respite, but we all decided she couldn't live in her own anymore. I viewed three places. This one is by far superior to the others. The staff checks in with the residents and their families each month to see if we have any issues. If my mother slides out of her wheelchair (which she had done on quite a few occasions) they are quick to call. If she doesn't show up for a meal they are quick to check on her. It has been a wonderful experience. If she doesn't feel well, they check on her often. They have ordered some testing if they deem it necessary. The PT is wonderful! So very patient and wants you see each of the residents succeed. She's very encouraging. The rooms aren't large, but she has all she needs.

I have no complaints about anything! Everyone is very helpful and cares for my love one as if they were part of their family!

Everything is great: studio apartment size, food in like restaurant style, all fresh veggies and fruit served. no can goods used to prepare meals. All staff is professional, friendly and caring which is very important. Nurse [name removed] and staff is very attentive to proper medication management. It's a small community which my loved one prefers. The outings that are offered is great also.

Great community. [name removed] showed us around and WOW, what a delightful person to have as the face of your community. She knows her stuff and you can tell that she loves and honors their residents.

I brought my mother in law for a tour of Navion for future planning. The staff was helpful and welcoming, taking time to answer all our questions. Many on staff have worked there for an unusually long time. The residents we met seemed genuinely friendly and cheerful. The facility is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed—easy to navigate. I'd highly recommend Navion of Greenville to anyone seeking quality senior living.

My mother has been a resident of Navion, Greenville for the past year. She wasn't thrilled about the idea of assisted living, but needed constant support and attention, and wanted to be as independent as possible. We've discussed several times throughout the year about her happiness, well-being, and comfort. She expresses that she's very comfortable, feels safe and secure, and enjoys the environment and friendly staff. She also loves the music venues, outings, socializing with friends, and sitting outdoors in the atrium. I know first-hand the staff is like family. They are kind and loving, concerned about resident well-being, and professional. I couldn't find this type of support and genuine caring anywhere else.

It was good to see all to someone that cared and the list of options based on our needs was great. As for improvements, perhaps more options.

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of activities that are great which my sister is enjoying which includes bingo and other kind of games and they can go to the movies. She's been twice to the movies and once to a barbecue place that had incredible foods on their buffet. Definitely the right place for my sister.

The entire staff is so friendly and they genuinely SEE the residents. I've noticed when visiting, not just how they treat my Dad but everyone. When touring other facilities, it sometimes seemed performative but I witness it on a day-to-day basis. . I am so grateful to a Place for Mom for helping me find this sanctuary for my Dad who is deserving of only good things.

I like the folks at Deerfield Ridge. They treat ME like family but Mom seems to be going downhill quickly there. The help appears nice but I'm not sure they're nurturing her. I would recommend to others. Particularly the assisted living side. It's very nice.

5 for all. I would rate higher if I could. The staff is like family. They truly care for the residents just like their own family. They take the residents on bus rides weekly and out to a different restaurant every Wednesday. It is like it's very own community and I could not have asked for better.

Recently, finding placement for my mom was smooth and very professional. I worked closely with the Marketing and Sales Director where she consistently goes above and beyond her job description to accommodate and ensure that my mom is getting the proper care and attention that is needed at this time. The facility is clean and the decor is tasteful and somewhat elegant. The staff is friendly and many of them approach their job as a dedicated calling. We’ve had a very few bumps along the way but each time the concerns are discussed and addressed. I have a sense of peace of mind knowing my mom is in a good place.
