Our Mother moved into Emerald Court Retirement Residence in [Date Removed], and it has been a wonderful experience. The transition was made so much easier thanks to the caring and attentive staff. From the administrator and clinical coordinator to everyone else on the team, they have been supportive, communicative, and always willing to help. The owner is also very accessible, which says a lot about how much they care about the residents and their families. Most importantly, our Mom is happy, feels at home, and is very well cared for. She enjoys the variety of activities, and it's clear that Emerald Court has created a true sense of community. We are grateful for the kindness and compassion they have shown and would highly recommend Emerald Court to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be genuinely cared for.

It is a good place. the staff are friendly and professional. the food is well prepared and good. the facility is decorated beautifully and kept clean. there seems to be a feeling of kindness and real caring for people in the facility.

Well, it would be nice if they had more help, it seems that there's rarely anyone around if a resident needs something. I think that most of the staff genuinely cares about their residents. They are kind and patient, very helpful.

What we like the most about Emerald Court is their amazing staff,. They are so accommodating with my mom & her dogs. Clean, new facility & wonderful floor plans with patios.

The staff are friendly and well-trained. There are activities and well-planned trips as well as doctor visits by bus. They take u to local restaurants once a month which is fun. There is also an in-house beauty shop with an. Excellent beautician. The place is small so one gets to know everyone and there is a family like feeling to things. The food is good and well served. We have only a one-bedroom apartment but there is room for everything including a wheelchair and a walker. We have a TV up on the wall and a coffee maker in the room - who could ask for anything more!

all 5s. Beyond my expectations. food is 3, just average. Nothing wrong with it but not spectacular either. Activities is a 3 also. I think that will improve as more residents move in. It's hard to have activities when there are only a few participants. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They've gone the extra mile to make sure my sister is getting the best care they can provide and they keep me informed about anything happening with her.

They are an excellent place. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Food is delicious. People are friendly kind and caring. It's clean and smells good. My dad is very happy there. I'm happy he is there. Thank you for this recommendation.

I can’t say enough good things about Country Gardens of Duluth. The directors, [name removed] and [name removed], were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of getting my dad settled in. The residents all seem happy and well cared for, and the staff are always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing my dad is in a place where he’s treated with kindness and respect. I highly recommend Country Gardens of Duluth to anyone looking for a warm, caring assisted living community for their loved one.

There was a big update to the building—with a cafe, gym, hair salon, etc. Very clean with spacious rooms and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is one of the nicer facilities I have toured!

We had a great experience with my mom at County Garden. The staff were great with her. They genuinely care about her. I was out of the country and was pleased by the feedback from family members checking in on her. They would actually call back even when no message was left

The treatment with my mom has been special, even though she doesn't speak English, the staff has been very compassionate and they take care of her with love. The price is fair for the service and the management is also very good. The cleanliness, laundry, and activities are very good too. Overall, I give it a 5 because it's a good alternative for those who don't have more than $3000 for this stage of their parents.

It's definitely within my father-in-law's budget, he doesn't like the food. But overall it's where he needs to be

I feel like all the staff are absolutely wonderful and several have gave me their personal phone if I needed help or my dad needed something! I feel very grateful for them!

It is always clean. So far everyone is friendly. The activities director is nice, and tries to get the residents involved. They provide good care, and work well with the families.

Over the last year there has been many changes and new staff, they have worked hard on the bldg and quality care of residents

We moved my mother in law into Country Gardens a few months ago and could not be happier with the care and love the staff has provided her. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for placement of their loved one.
