The food is amazing, the staff is kind and very helpful, every resident we have met has had great things to say and gas been very welcoming

Staff have been great. Communication is timely. Apartment size is sufficient. Staff were accommodating with the move. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

My only caveat is that my mom has not chosen to participate in many activities, so I don't have much experience to rate that category. She has enjoyed the pedal exercise sessions and a couple of excursions that she participated in. Overall, she has had a wonderful experience at Chandler Place. All of the staff I've met have been friendly and positive. The food is consistently good. I highly recommend Chandler Place!

All employees at Chandler Place are trained to learn all of the residents names, are polite when having conversations with the residents even if they have already heard that "story", are respectful and treat the residents with dignity.

I would rate them all a 5. They really cared for residents like family. It was ALWAYS CLEAN. They had great activities. Mom was clean. The food was good.

I have never been To an assisted-living facility before I didn’t know what to Expect. I come and go I want I am independent living I eat With other people living here, I enjoy the conversation and a facility seems so warm and cozy. I have new Carpeting in my room and A new stove. The employees are helpful and they’re always there if you need to. They clean my room weekly take all trash and etc.. It’s so great to be waited on and actually be retired. I really like this place.

My loved one is a resident in Independent Living. She loves going down several times a day for interactions with other residents. She loves the snacks that are provided. The move in went smooth. It would be nice if there was a separate elevator to use. [Name removed] is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful with the entire process of getting us set up.

The staff is great. Communication with the family is good. The move in process was easy. The meals are not great. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

The facility is smaller and more home like than some larger facilities my brother finds that comfortable many services are a la cart providing choice and value for the money. I would recommend The Boulevard, all of the staff have been very friendly and great to work with!

Mom is always busy with activities. She especially loves to play Balloon Toss. The employees are very friendly and compassionate. She loves to go for rides in the van with her friends and stop for ice cream. Homestead of Maplewood plans fun activities around the State Fair, Fall Festival, and Birthdays. Mom also has quiet time in her room to relax and chat with her daughters. We love the care she receives which gives us great piece of mind. The facility is always clean and cheerful. We have never smelled anything foul, quite the opposite. Their meals smell delicious. Mom has always been satisfied with her meals and treats.

Chandler Place has great activities. It's a friendly community, and my loved one feels very welcomed. She likes the food overall, but some things are a little overcooked, especially the fish. But they're really trying to get new meals in there. They asked for the residents' input, and they are already making new things that were suggested, which is great.

My mom loves her bright and surprisingly spacious studio apartment at the Homestead at Maplewood. There are fun activities every day, and she is thriving best move ever.

The staff are great people and the meals are excellent. The facilities are lovely and I can get the rest I need.

The Homestead at Maplewood is the best in the area. My daughter looked at 5 others communities and we decided on The Homestead!

Very pleasant staff. The rooms are good size and nicely decorated, the common areas are comfortable and very Pretty, Dining room was very nice. I could see my love one being very happy here.
