They have some very nice people who have some tenure. Pretty facility inside and out. Also a pretty good restaurant very close - where you can take your spouse and meet your friends. hey were very supportive. Not just for my wife but also for me.

I highly recommend any one whose looking for care regarding their loved ones to come here! Their team is elite to where their always on top of it and their staff goes above and beyond for their residents!

Although it was a bumpy start due to the fluctuations in Opening Date, both before and after Mom arrived, the staff was extremely helpful. We had no doubt that we made the right decision! Once a resident, the staff provided tremendous care to Mom and took the time to get to know family members too. They were also very accommodating whenever a large group of us would come to visit. Even once Mom was enrolled in Hospice, she was still able to remain comfortable at Monarch. Sadly she passed peacefully in February, but we give nothing but rave reviews about the Monarch Coopers Corner facility!

Walked in out of the blue with my friend who had been experiencing memory issues. The interview was professional, explaining the services offered and Showed us 2 apartments. Walked out 1/2 hrs later with my friend & saying it felt like home.

My mother passed away at Brandywine last month. The decisions you are facing now about the care of a loved one are difficult and life-changing ones. It is with great gratitude that share my experiences with Brandywine at Pennington to assist you. This is the third review I have written over many years. Hard to believe it has been 8 years since mother moved into her one-bedroom suite at Brandywine. In my first review I comment on what a lovely facility, with many activities, and great food. I talked about the difficult transition for parents leaving their homes of (in my case) 50 years, and how it did not take long for mother – and for me - to feel part of the Brandywine community. Several years later mother moved to a one room studio, and I submitted a second review. While it was still true the building is beautiful, the food restaurant quality, and the activities extensive, it became obvious that the thing that sets Brandywine at Pennington apart is the people. My experience at Brandywine has been overwhelmingly positive. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and designed to be both functional and comfortable.

I have many friends that have lived in this community. The way they are treated and taken care of is out of this world. The employees show so much care and attention to detail its amazing. The food is outstanding and is always on point. The Chefs come out to greet you and make sure everything is ok.

My mother has been at sunrise for a little over a year. She has dementia and resides on the memory care floor. The care givers are always so attentive to all my mothers needs. Their patience and kindness towards her and our entire family is beyond anything we have ever experienced from other care facilities. [names removed] are wonderful and special people. They have made a tough decision an absolute right one and we all have comfort knowing our mom is loved.

We really have no real complaints! My parents are not involved in activities because of their physical and mental limitations so I can't speak for that aspect. I am pleased with the lovely and spacious apartment and friendly staff.

We’ve been very happy with our experience here so far. Our mom has been in memory care here for a few months, getting skilled and kind care from everyone there. This place is a real gem and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found our way here. It’s been less expensive and much better in ALL ways than where she was previously (in CT). So grateful for the staff here!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful to one another. The staff is always willing to help. There are a lot of fun things to do and programs to join . Questions and requests are handled courteously. The costs are less than with most other places.

Whenever I walk into Brandywine at Wall it always feels like a homey and welcoming place. Everyone I have encountered while visiting there is always so nice and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the family members and residents are taken care of. I would definitely recommend Brandywine at Wall to start your loved ones next chapter in their lives.

Brandywine Wall has become our extended family. Staff is kind and caring. The community is inviting and clean. We always feel welcome whenever we stop in for a visit. Peace of mind knowing your loved one is receiving the best care is priceless.

My 93 yr old mom fell at thanksgiving and fractured her femur and kneecap. The family tried to keep her home but it just wasn’t possible as she needed around the clock professional care. I was incredibly fortunate to find the amazing team at Brandywine in Litchfield who were so professional and caring.[name removed] were so responsive when I called and so kind! They arranged for a visit and a colleague to come to the house to evaluate my mom. Dave came to my family home to evaluate my mom and determine whether she could be well taken care of at Brandywine based on her circumstances. If it wasn't for [name removed] and his caring approach my mom would have never agreed to go to a facility. She was there for 3 months and now is back home.The entire team [name removed] and various members who worked so hard to have her engage and enjoy her time there from going to the movies, to the dining room and down to the pub for the Super Bowl! Toward the fall of 2023 it was becoming clearer that our mom was in need of more care. Mom was progressing in her dementia, simple tasks becoming more difficult, reversal of her sleep pattern, awake at night, sleeping through the day. Right from the first phone call Brandywine was welcoming, up front, and prompt. The appropriate people returned phone calls, the tour was professional and transparent. The decision on where to place our mom (Assisted Living or Memory Care) was made with care, concern and with all of our information taken into consideration. Mom moved in last November and we have only become more impressed with Brandywine. Mom has a great schedule, eats well and sleeps regularly. The staff and I mean ALL the staff are considerate, caring, and most importantly they communicate! There is in house medical and they are also available and prompt to communicate. I can tell you as a elderly healthcare provider myself, that Brandywine is leaps and bounds ahead in best care!

Exceptional staff and faculty! They go above and beyond for there residents and it’s an amazing thing to witness! Everyone is so caring and attentive and makes you feel so at ease with any questions and concerns you may have.

Brandywine Living in Litchfield CT is a beautiful facility with staff that truly cares about each resident. Both of my parents have spent time there, and I found every single staff member - from the incredible woman at the front desk who is so helpful to the kind nursing staff to the director whose enthusiasm and positive outlook set the tone for all -- to be truly invested in every resident. The staff know the residents' families well, understand what each resident needs to feel comfortable and engaged, and always go above and beyond to make sure each day for each resident is as good as it can be. We have been so grateful for Brandywine.

The search for assisted living is daunting but after a tour of Brandywine and meeting several staff members, I was convinced we found the right place for my father. They asked detailed questions to make sure he would be properly cared for with respect and dignity. The facility is very clean and well maintained. There are so many activities to keep all the residents entertained. I am so relieved to have my father in Brandywine and knowing that he will be well cared for by qualified, knowledgeable and friendly employees.
