I think it's a very pleasant place. I really like the facility and the room. It's cheerful. The staff is very nice. There is a little confusion in terms of the care. Once they gave him the wrong medication, and a few times. they did not send someone to put on his ankle brace. The food is very good, and it is accessible to people who don't drive, which is very helpful to me.

My Mom joined the Brandywine family this year. This is a place where she is well taken care of. The staff is caring, kind and friendly. The admission process was quick and smooth. There is a full calendar of activities every day and she raves about the meals. There was even a time that she didn't want to leave her exercise class to 'Big Band Music' to visit with us. It's a relief to see her adjusting to a new and fuller life than before at age 91.

I toured this community when I was looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place overall, it was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed friendly and professional. This was a large community, and had more of a hotel feel than a homey feel in many areas. Although it was nice it was also one of the more expensive options I saw while touring.

Allison O'Brien was extremely helpful in showing us Brandywine. She helped us from start to finish with information, immediate response and always with a smile. Thank you! My mother is settled into Brandywine and she certainly seems happy. Terri O'Brien - also a very nice lady, also very helpful. Thank you.

You know, it's no fun growing old feeling lonely, isolated, and incapable of caring for yourself. When you're watching the scenario play out through a parent's eyes it's gut-wrenching. Once we all decided Mom could no longer live on her own, Brandywine Senior Living at Wall was the perfect fit. In fact, she never looked back. Once again, Mom has quality of life - friends, care, activities, interests, and sustenance. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure Mom stays safe, sound, and happy. Seeing Mom so cared for and happy gives us all peace of mind. We can't thank you enough.

I recently wrote about a disconnect between salespeople and losing a room we had hoped to get for my mom. I'[m very happy to say that all has been resolved. After much hard work on his part, Alex called us on Monday and told us a room had become available. We couldn't have been happier. This is a great community and a wonderful value. We are moving my mom in the first week of August. The entire family is happy. We look forward to a very happy experience at Bella Terra. I hope to be posting 5 stars in all criteria very soon.

This community has everything I was looking for but because of a disconnect between sales representatives I lost my room. I would have loved to have my mother there. The price is wonderful and this care matches it. The rooms are the best I have seen anywhere.

Brandywine Princeton: My Mom is a new resident. It has been a hard transition for her but the Brandywine staff has been excellent starting with Leslie Yngojo-Bowes who gave my Mom a tour is exceptional. Leslie went above and beyond helping Mom to make the move. The staff all the way around works hard and mostly are kind and upbeat bless them so much for that. I got exceptional help and kindness when I left my keys and I live almost 2 hours away by public transportation. They are really very good. I do wish it was some how more cheerful but overall they really are good folks and care. The residents too are really for the most part very, very nice People as well!!!

Seems like a good place overall. It's clean, everyone seems very friendly, and the care and services they provide all seem very good.

Looked here prior to picking the Bristal. More expensive & didn't care for it for various reasons at the time.

I’d highly recommend it. My loved one is okay with the food, but some days are hit or miss. Consistency in quality would be good. We haven’t had any concerns with parking or with the laundry services. They’re friendly and clean.

I've been pleased with the service here so far. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they've got a good variety of activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained. The staff does an excellent job of encouraging the residents to get involved. I have noticed a few hiccups in coordination and follow-through, but for the most part we're comfortable and happy with the care they're providing my loved one.

My loved one had been staying at this community for a while, and during her time there I feel they did a good job with her care. The facility itself is very clean and nice looking, as well. Unfortunately due to health complications and increasing care needs she needed to be moved elsewhere, but this place is certainly worth a look.

The staff here is what really got my loved one to stay here. They do suffer from understaffing, but that is like everywhere else. The activities they offer are less engaging than at other independent living communities, but they do offer them. Also, the price seemed to be comparable to others in the area. One suggestion we have would be to have more information about their compeitors. Brandywine does compare to the others, but they don't seem to really investigate what the competitors offer. However, we were really impressed by the recent family meeting with the staff. The family members were able to meet and discuss what specifically the staff is doing that is good, as well as what is not so good. Even the littlest things were discussed, such as putting flowers along the walkway, or playing music in the lobby. They were very receptive to the feedback and everyone praised the staff for their hard work.

Great appearance, very elegant decor, however, couldn't see social activities or larger living units due to shut down of touring facilities because of a recent viral infection outbreak throughout the center.

It's very clean, and they are very friendly. It is just too expensive, I got quoted one price and the price has since gone up. When you run out of money they have to move. I feel like I don't have a hands on with the administrative staff. Figuring out who to talk to for different issues. They are really accommodating, and they are always welcoming and nice. They are very patient. The food is really, really superior to a lot of the places I have been to. They are always doing activities, but there could be a little more variety.

Everybody from the maintenance on up is very nice. It's been a great facility. I've been to some of the Christmas parties and get-togethers, and it's amazing how the whole staff gets involved. The food I had was good. The whole place knows my name, it's amazing. I walk in to visit and they know where everyone is. I've gotten calls if I had her out longer than I planned. They are right on top of it. I like the room. Marie from A Place For Mom was great! She followed up with me and did a great job helping sort through all the places I looked at!

We toured this location when we were looking into options for Mom. What really struck us about this community was how friendly everyone was! The staff were all very nice, and several residents came up to talk to Mom during the tour. It was a nice looking community, but unfortunately it was a bit too far to be an option for us.
