Dear Brandall Estates: I cannot speak highly enough about [names removed]. I am so impressed with both of them. Brandall Estates had been highly recommended to me by someone who has been in the business for over 3 years and knew I needed help. I first met with [name removed] in March of 2018. She explained and walked me through the whole process. [Names removed] are empathetic, understanding, intelligent, and wonderful listeners. We toured the property. It was so nice. We then kept in touch over the next eight months. A room became available in November in the Memory Care Unit. It was the hardest decisions to make but I took the room. It has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for me and my mother right up until the day she went on pregnancy leave. [Name removed] helped me through the whole process of moving my mother in. She is amazing! The nursing staff, and the aides, and everyone that works there are absolutely the most wonderful people I could ever ask for! I feel so fortunate to be there. My mother is thriving. She is happy and our relationship is wonderful I can't thank everyone enough! It truly is a very special place. [Name removed]

Top grades all around this place. My family loves this place for our Dad. All of the staff (admin, aides, nursing staff, activity staff, kitchen, maintenance) are great and work together to create a great living atmosphere. The activities are plentiful and varied - something for everyone. The facility is designed well and always clean and maintained. The aides and nursing staff are always on top of the individual's needs and always close by. Would highly recommend.

Always great attention to the residents. Gives me peace of mind to know my mother is well taken care of. Staff is wonderful very friendly. Family like environment. Beautiful, clean facility.

I think the place is great. The decor is like a hotel than an assisted living. Its extremely clean here! You can't find a speck of dust anywhere and it smells great. The staff as a whole is great. [Name removed] is like an adopted daughter to me. She helps me whenever I need anything at all or when I get upset or "lost". I don't know what I would do without her. The activities are wonderful! I think [name removed] is the greatest! She is creative and her enthusiasm is contagious! We have lots of fun things to do, we go on trips and have happy hour daily! [Name removed] is another one that helps with anything, from a little nothing to a big problem. I have been here for almost 4 years and the food has been great and even improved since [name removed] started here. He is always looking to improve which I greatly appreciate! Overall I am very happy here and glad I moved here!

My mom has been a resident at Brandywine for two months. Her participation in the variety of activities offered daily has created a much more social environment for mom with people in her age group. This has made a very big positive impact on mom. We haven't seen her this happy and healthy in quite a while. Mom says everyone is "wonderful and so nice" to her. The staff is professional, caring, nurturing, and always with a smile. It is such a relief to us, her family, that she is in safe, clean and happy environment. Kudos to the staff at Brandywine.

Several months back my dad found out that he had stage 5 dementia and needed 24/7 care. We had lots of choices and saw lots of facilities. Very confusing process…. My dad is a World War II Veteran, him and his six brothers served at the same time in WWII, they call my dad [name removed] for short. My dad loves life and loves talking about his parents, his “6” brothers and “2” sisters and his immediate family, wife [name removed] son and granddaughter- [name removed]”. His granddaughter lights up his life whenever she’s near. Mom found the Brandywine by accident, she made the appointment and that’s when she met [name removed] director of community relations at the Savoy. She “[name removed] “had us at hello. A great facility, great people. They care for you like family and in some cases better than family. Her teams is outstanding. They go above and beyond their daily responsibilities. Yes I’m jaded since my dad gets exceptional care and [name removed] and her team treat mom and dad like family, a five star experience. The Savoy is friendly and inviting. Their people is their best quality. From what we’ve seen everyone is very caring, your treated like a human being. The food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and there is lots of things to do. THANK YOU [name removed] for taking care of my mom and dad’s daily needs. They mean everything to me and you have treated them like family and for that I thank you. God Bless you and your entire team!!!!!

As an Elder law Attorney, I have dealt with [name removed] of the Spring Meadows at Trumbull staff on many occasions and I know him to be a caring, compassionate, competent and responsive person, who is capable of getting things done in order to keep the customer satisfied. He is a true professional. I have had a number of clients at Spring Meadows at Trumbull and all of them spoke highly of their home there.

My aunt, my Godmother, has been living at Brandywine Living at Toms River since August of 2015 and she could not be happier. I feel he same way. The staff is caring, professional and always responsive to any questions I may have. Each time I visit, she tells me how much she loves it there, and how she feels so at home. She loves her studio apartment, and loves the people who provide care and support to her. I have nothing negative to say at all. I would highly recommend this facility and its very caring staff. As an aside, I have noticed that, since my aunt moved to Brandywine, many of the staff people who were there in 2015 are still working there - which provides a wonderful sense of continuity and tells you something about the quality of the management. A great place!

Brandywine is a lovely place! It looks like a boutique hotel and is runned professionally. All the staff from the director to housekeepers are kind, professional and make you feel very welcomed and taken care of. Any concerns are addressed immediately, the residents are happy and treated with respect and importance!

Everyone at the community is extremely nice and friendly. The facility is clean and well cared for by the staff. It feels like you are in a 4 star hotel. The staff is always seeking to finish interesting activities for the residents. There is a genuine concern for each client. The focus and mission is to make sure all are cared for and receive all the services and support that they need. It is a place where everyone feels like a beloved member of the family.

My mother lived in the assisted living unit and then the reflections floor. The staff at Brandywine was sensitive, caring, respectful and honest. I am grateful for the attention and support the staff provided. [Name removed] was particularly loving and caring. [Name removed] is an extraordinary nurse.

My mother has been a resident of Brandywine's memory care unit for three years. I just can't say enough about this facility. She's treated wonderfully by everyone, especially her caregiver, [name removed]. Also, [name removed] are employees in her unit and they are upbeat and cheerful. All of the employees seem to know all of the residents' names, and that's pretty impressive. I'm so happy to have found this great facility, and it's only two miles from where she lived before she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. There are so many activities scheduled, she is never bored. I did visit and research other places before deciding on Brandywine, and I'm very happy I made the choice I did. She is also happy there, and I love seeing her happy when I visit. Family activities are scheduled regularly, and the dining room facility is basically a restaurant with a menu...families are welcome to join residents for a meal, and we have done that often. Do yourself a favor and visit Brandywine if you have the need for assisted living.

My Mother found a whole new family at Brandywine almost three years ago. And this is because the people that choose to work there treat 1) the job like a vocation, and, 2) the residents like their own parents. Building and keeping a team like this is an art. An art that, lucky for my Mom, Brandywine has down to a science. I am fortunate enough to live close and visit often. But if I were far away, I would sleep just fine knowing that the care and love my Mom receives would not be one bit less (it might even go up). I wish this was true for all the Assisted living facilities out there but in general it is not.
