When it came time for placement for our dad, we visited a lot of places, before choosing Smithfield Woods. The staff was a pleasure to deal with, they provided excellent care, the food choices and quality were excellent, they offered activities and kept the family informed. Highly recommended.

Very very nice place. Everyone seemed really friendly and caring. Enjoyed visiting with the residents. Enjoy going out to Brookstone on bingo nights. A lot of fun.

I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the team at Claremont Place. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming, but what really stands out to me is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely cares about the residents. I also love the events they put together—they do a great job of bringing residents, families, and the local community together. It’s a wonderful place with a great atmosphere!

Harbor Village is well maintained and overall active facility. They have many group activities and services available for tenants. Kept clean and has very friendly staff.

We took my mother-in-law to respite care twice now, and it was a good experience. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. She did get involved in some activities, which we encourage her to do, because it seems that the facility has put a lot of care into activities of inclusion, which is what she needs. She fell and we were notified immediately. So we felt it was a very safe place to have her there. It is one of the better facilities that we toured. Seems that it is community and that the staff is very inclusive and involved with the residents there. It is a facility that we are considering long-term if she is not able to live with us anymore.

The Meadowlands is very clean and everyone is so kind! We enjoyed working with [name removed]. It’s unfortunate my parents can’t live there, due to financial constraints. It was our favorite Assisted Living and I will recommend to to others.

Nice place for a loved one to live. Lots of things for residents to enjoy, staff and facilities very capable.

The shuttle service at Harbor Village is wonderful! The staff always go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make sure I get where I need to go. They are kind, helpful, and truly care about the residents. I really appreciate all they do to make life here easier and more enjoyable. The shuttle service and the staff who provide it are truly amazing! [name removed] makes me feel that no matter what her day looks like, my needs are what matter!

Moving Nana to Vermont and having her settle at Harbor Village has been such a wonderful experience. She absolutely loves it here! Being close to family means so much to us, and she has made some great friends along the way. It makes our family happy knowing she is in a place where she feels comfortable, connected, and happy. We are so glad she found her home at Harbor Village!

The care and attention when we first arrived was unexpected! Everyone was solicitous and acted as though they had all the time in the world or us. Our unit had been newly renovated and there were a few glitches that needed attention. We were invited to sit in the director’s office while he explained how each issue could be solved, and whom he would contact to do that. His door seems to be always open each time we walk by!

I recently moved my mother-in-law into this facility, I’m not sure I would call it a facility, it looks more like a luxury hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive and the residents are friendly. There’s great walking areas and social areas around the complex and great access to all retail, shopping, grocery and pharmacy very close by.

The activities are always going on. We go out on excursions and people come here to teach us and show how to make art! I can go see anyone and they help and they care. I have met new people and making new friends-at my age!

They do have a lovely view and the home atmosphere. Being here is n adjustment from being at home but the team does a great job. They always help me. I wish the food was better I love to eat lots of vegetables!

A lovely community taking me back to my youth! It is very lovely. Great people that work here and live here! The staff is sunny here that is just the best feeling. Someone is always there to help anytime day or night.

Over the years I have visited Brookstone on several occasions. The facility looks and appears to be well maintained. Many options on their all day menu, fun activities open to public for attending. They also have a van available for residents to go out on outings. If you’re looking around, stop by Brookstone of Aledo!

Brookstone of Aledo has great CNA’S that make you feel welcome when you are there. I love attending the events that they have for the community. It is always clean and always looks very welcoming!

I visited this facility to visit a family friend and this place is very clean. The staff are courteous and friendly. The residents seem to really like living here. They have events for the community and the residents.
