We were extremely pleased with Summit Park. They took my mom after hospice was involved. She was only there for about a week. The staff went out of their way to make sure she was never alone while our family came in and out to be with her. They were so kind. I can't really speak for the food/activities because she wasn't able to participate. As for the cost, it was very affordable compared to CRC and other Ann Arbor places. About half the cost I think. My mom was very comfortable when she died. Highly recommended.

The staff was very caring. There are not many activities in memory care but many residents cannot do activities so it's complicated. They try very hard to give them a nice environment and I felt the memory care staff tried to get to know my dad as a person. The administration was more mixed. Some were super helpful and others acted like it was a monumental bother to deal with things. The good definitely outweighed the negative experiences significantly.

My Mom has a one bedroom apartment and I think it is a perfect size for her by herself. The food seems reasonably good and the staff is attentive to her needs when she asks them. She's pretty low maintenance overall so we have been very happy there. Friendly, helpful staff and front office folks. Good communication with family. Great activities director with lots of programs and events.

They have very attentive staff, they are seemingly well-trained, I am very pleased. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Staff seems fine. I've not noticed anything strange, no different behavior, etc. The care he receives is definitely satisfactory. [name removed]l is very happy at Legacy.

The staff seem very attentive and provide prompt response when assistance is needed. Staff seem genuinely concerned and happy to help. Based on my personal working experience, I believe the Management at Legacy provides a healthy work environment for the staff and that support for staff pours over into the care they give the residents. I feel very good about choosing Legacy for my mother's care and would definitely recommend it.

The staff was amazing!!!! My mom had Alzheimer's so I'm not sure about the food. Rooms were on the smaller side, but she was rarely in there. Cost was high, just like all the others.

My husband and I would both give legacy a full five stars. They are amazing. First of all their apartments are larger than other places we saw and I think it really made my in-laws feel like they were in a small home or an apartment. It made him feel like home. They always said the food was excellent, I also felt the food was healthy. he staff was so kind so thoughtful I will say that my father-in-law particularly is turning cantankerous and they treated him with respect at all times I would definitely recommend legacy to anybody. I will say that it is expensive and we are lucky that my in-laws had the money saved up, but it was worth it.

All the staff was great and really did their jobs with compassion and skill.

I love the location of your organization. Staff members in the office, very knowledgeable, friendly. [name removed] is the one that I deal with when I call from Colorado. She always takes time to get back to me no matter how busy she is. She excels with every task she is given from our family. When I was visiting from Colorado, the employees in the dining room and kitchen were very open and friendly to us. The RN , CNA, s and aids that care for our mothers are pleasant professional, and follow through with getting back to my brother on her care. You have a marvelous care facility and my mom enjoys being there. I feel she is in a safe pleasant, and well established environment. Thank you for all that you do for our elderly. As well as our mom.

The nursing staff is very good. They know if something is off with my mom and call me right away. Her medications are given as ordered by the doctor which is great because mom would forget to take them all of the time. There is someone always checking in on her too. If she doesn't show up to a meal they go to her apartment to see why she isn't there and if she doesn't want to go they will bring her a tray so she never goes without a meal. Mom loves it there because she didn't want to be a burden to her family. She can live independently but yet she is looked on everyday. That gives me peace of mind to know she is really happy there

For the money we pay we were surprised to find we had to furnish toilet paper! We also furnish all Mom 's toiletries and extra snacks and food for her! She really loves the dining room food and we are impressed with the amount of activities and festivals they have! The staff is excellent and the degree of cleanliness is impressive! We are so blessed to have found this facility, instead of Mom being home alone 50 miles away from us she is only fifteen minutes right down the highway! They also have Physical Therapy, a Beauty Salon and an in house doctor! We can't stress enough how this has changed all our lives! Instead of Mom being a recluse, she has blossomed, seeing and interacting with other humans! The fact that she receives her meds appropriately has really made a difference in her health! My husband and I highly recommend Legacy Assisted Living! It's been just over a year now and we now have peace of mind! They also offer a laundry service!

Our mom spent a few weeks here in a respite stay. The staff accommodated moving her in quickly from a rehab facility. She was able to continue physical and occupational therapy at Summit Park. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quick responses to any questions or changes. The staff was great to work with and easy to reach. Summit Park was exactly what my mom needed!

What we like the most about Legacy Assisted Living is that everyone there is happy and cares. However, the full meals are too big which equals food waste, but our loved one reduced herself to half portions which are perfect. Yes, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They are very friendly. We felt it was the best facility in Jackson. The memory care unit is extremely attentive and seem to be very caring towards residents.

Summit Park was one of two assisted living facilities in the county recommended by Mom's longtime Doctor.

The food was good but my aunt would've preferred more options. While my aunt didn't participate in activities it did seem that the facility planned a lot. Dame or better care for a fair price compared to Washtenaw county. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

Overall, my experience has been very good. I had one or two problems with meds being given properly and my Father likes to complain about the food. Other than that, it's been a smooth experience. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! I just recommend them for another family member (Uncle) that is looking for a place. I told my cousin to reach out to A place for Mom.
