Staff is caring and provides individual attention to each resident. The room sizes are adequate and provide enough power outlets and cable outlet. Each room has individual heat and air. There are 2 large outside areas for the residents. Well maintained and cleaned regularly.

We gave been very happy there especially after the horrible experience we had at Harbor Chase in Maryland. The staff here takes great care of my dad. From the caregivers to the nurses to the administrators.

We would vote them a 5 across the board. They were reasonable on pricing, clean, friendly, responsive to care needs, had a variety of activities, food was good. We had a great experience. Highly recommend

The community made a strong first impression. The design is aesthetic, clean, and thoughtfully planned, creating a comfortable flow through shared spaces. During my tour, I noticed a lively social atmosphere with activities that appeal to different interests and abilities. Both clinical and non-clinical staff were visible and engaged, which added to the sense of support and attentiveness. Overall, it felt like a well-run, welcoming environment.

I liked the building setup. Activity rooms appeared easily accessible. The residents were actively enjoying a musician in the dining room. The room showed to me was nice. I understood what a two bedroom apartment would look like. The meal plan was disappointing. $[removed]a day is unrealistic. The dining times were not great. The young lady who took us around was polite, professional, knew the residents and informative.

I recommend the Windsor to others. It has been a good experience for my elderly mother. The installers did a great job, they worked efficiently and were very professional.

Staff was very helpful in getting mom settled into memory care. Each resident has a memory box outside their door that the family sets up with photos and objects to help them recognize their room. Residents are offered two choices for each meal that are plated and shown to them - they can choose without reading a menu.

This is a large but beautiful facility. Quiet, clean and lots to do and the care and the food is fantastic. The communication with higher ups was a bit rocky at first but got settled quickly.

My mother-in-law has a two bedroom apartment there always very clean. Laundry is done. Food is pretty good. I think it could be catered more to elderly people. The staff is extremely well mannered very helpful and very polite. I am very pleased with The Gables. We do just popping in every now and then to see if everything's clean and it is always clean and always greeted professionally

The staff is always very helpful to myself and my Mom. They take very good care of the needs she has. The facility has many activities per day. Mom's room is cleaned at least weekly and her needs in other areas met with kindness and compassion. Highly recommend.

Staff is great food is very good, it's a very clean place! They have activities every day with outings! She has small one bedroom, but is quite a bit bigger than a lot of one bedroom units at most places.

They are just so helpful and friendly. My mom has only been a resident there for 2 1/2 months and she was hospitalized during that time moved out of assisted living put into memory. Care graduated from memory care back into assisted-living and they just made the transition be as smooth as possible and they're just wonderful people.

5 across the board. What we like the most about the community is that they seem fully staffed and professionally ran. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

It's a great facility with an amazing staff. Both of the residents are very happy with it. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community.

Facility is nice and clean. They offer outings for residents and activities. [name removed] was very through and gave me a good tour of Facility. Gave me and my Mom the information we needed to help decide on this Facility.

It was a great facility and I am going to try and put my mom here. The tour had so much of the history of the place and how they train to work with dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. It gave me the confidence to have my mother come here.

Excellent staff. Friendly staff and residents. Nice apartment in independent living. Restaurant is good. Many activities daily both on site and trips off site. Shuttle to doctors PT and church Bistro pool gym nicely landscaped grounds parking etc.

I am beyond thankful for the Windsor at Ortega for having a place for my mother. Everyone from the director to the nurses are there to help my Mom. I feel comfortable that we choose the right home for my Mother and that she is safe and taken care of! Special thanks to everyone from [Names Removed] and everyone at the facility for their amazing care of my Mom.

Great community, staff, food and care. T everyday.e residents all seem happy, staff is warm and welcoming. It may be a little more expensive than other communities in the area, but you certainly get what you pay for, worth every dollar to know my loved one will be so well cared for.

Very nice tour of facility. Given lots of information and showed me the d different types of accommodations. Also at lunch in dining room.
