[name removed] was very pleasant and readily answered my questions. The staff whom I met appeared quite happy in their work. The facility is and welcoming.

My father and I had the most wonderful tour with [name removed], who was amazing and lovely in every way. She took us all around and introduced us to people. The place is gorgeous and I really hope my dad can join that community. I’ll be applying this week.

So far the accommodations have been great. The Staff is wonderful and the activities they offer have my mother more active than she has been in a very long time.

Lighthouse is the nicest, most beautiful, clean, memory care faculty I've ever seen. The entire staff is professional and wonderful. Patient care is a 10 out if 10. The patient's rooms are lovely with private bathrooms. The dining and living rooms are wonderful.. But mostly I'd have to say that the staff makes this place extraordinary.

He was only there for a week and his exposure was limited. Cleanliness five Friendliness five Quality of care -we anticipated for Care, but never had the chance to really experience it. Admin.- five folks were very helpful Food- five but it was really breakfast only due to his choice Activities- he chose not to participate Value for the money- since he was only there one week out of the four it's very hard to say except during that one week everything was a five

I am seeking a residence for my husband. I was favorably impressed with the variety of activities available to residents and flexibility in daily schedules to accommodate residents in assisted living. I was also very happy to be able to honestly discuss the possible accommodations for him. He was hospitalized at the time of my tour and had been for over a month. As such, his care level was and is not definitively defined. However, I got helpful guidelines for different services. [name removed], the representative was very open and helpful. As a final thought, I was observing the residents as we toured. Some we’re dining, alone or in groups, some were reading inside or outside. There were also multiple spaces where it looked like people were comfortable to occupy. This is an environment that my husband would enjoy and thrive in. I was not impressed with the memory care facilities. Not that they were bad, but I don’t think it would be a good home for my husband.

We were pleased with everything. The place itself it's a brick mansion - beautiful inside with lots of big bright windows and some architectural woodwork remnants from back in the day and then it's just the right size - manageable to get around and obviously completely accessible. Really welcoming and friendly staff - not only at the beginning but always and all of them leadership, management, direct care assistants, nursing, dining, facility carers.

My dad is a resident at Lighthouse, and the staff has made this transition so much easier for both him and our family. They have been incredibly kind, patient, and caring every step of the way. He’s truly made himself at home and seems to be thriving there, which gives us so much peace of mind. I live in Texas, so I can’t visit as often as I’d like. The photos and updates the staff regularly emails to families help me feel connected to my dad even from so far away. Seeing him smiling and participating in activities means more than I can express, and I’m so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness the Lighthouse team shows every day.

I don't have enough experience to speak to that but we are comfortable here and our needs are being met. However, I like the warmness and friendliness at the community and yes I would recommend this community to other families.

Beautiful facility with caring and trained staff that provide compassionate care to their residents. They have a wonderful administrative team. Highly recommend speaking to the team and touring the facility as you explore options for your loved one.

Loved it! We are aiming to utilize this facility - working on the paperwork! The staff person I spoke to was knowledgeable and understood our needs.

I had an excellent experience at the residence at brookside in avon. [name removed] was exceptionally compassionate, caring and knowledgeable and relieved my stress and helped me through the process. We are hoping to make this our permanent home.

All the caregivers treated us like family! We needed to move in fast and EVERYONE was there for us. You really can tell the staff love their work and have fun working together as a team Whether it was reassuring my Dad, keeping us organized, or feeding all of us healthy home cooked meals, they made my Dad feel at home. He knew we could come over and just sit down for dinner and share how things were going and that was so important.

The staff at The Residence at Ferry Park are so friendly, sincere, and patient. You can tell they really care about the residents and treat them with kindness and respect. It’s a warm, comfortable place, and the staff make a big difference. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

[name removed], the marketing director, was attentive and informative. She has a stellar product to sell: ease and comfort in one's golden years. The facility is tops and amenities are plentiful.

I don’t have a family member at the facility, but have toured it for the future and have attended several lunch and learns. They hold these events several times a month, provide lunch and an excellent speaker. I have learned so much. I am so impressed with everyone there and the facility. It’s so clean, smells wonderful, and the food is great. It’s a wonderful place, and if I need it, I should be lucky enough to go there.

My mom recently became a resident at the Lighthouse, and I am so happy to see how well she’s doing there. The facility is beautiful, with an outdoor courtyard for the warm weather, and the staff there is so welcoming. It is clear they understand dementia treatment and know how to keep folks engaged and active. I feel so comforted knowing she is safe and in a positive environment!

The staff has been exceptional. The food is wonderful, my father-in-law looks better than he has in years. He is clean, hydrated and well fed. His room is very clean. He has a window looking into the courtyard. The room comes with a kitchenette, walk in closet and huge bathroom. Every member of the staff has been kind and very caring.

We recently toured the facility with our sales rep [Name Removed], who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was very clean and set up well. Residents and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for an Independent Living apartment that had a full kitchen and a washer dryer in the apartment. Unfortunately, their apartments do not. Overall, I was very impressed with the dining options, the fact we would’ve been able to bring out 2 cats, the amount of activities available and the welcoming nature of the staff, especially [Name Removed]

The tour was great. It’s a beautiful place. [Name Removed] was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed it.
