This facility is wonderful. We loved it and so did my parents. All of the staff members we interacted with are so kind and I have recommended them to many people. The only reason we decided against the facility was because my parents were more independent so we were looking for independent living.

It's a great place. My mother is not complaining about the food, and she seems to be very happy with the activities. It seems to be very clean, and our interactions with the staff have been very good.

We chose All American Asssited Living because of the location of the facility as well as the price. The room sizes here are large and spacious. Anytime there is a problem, the staff members call right away and are responsive. they I would recommend them to others.

The community is very nice, and the director is very knowledgeable and knows everything that's going on. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I would highly recommend your place your loved one here. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have two family members here. The staff here have been accommodating they will even check in with me, if I don't call them.

I talked with [name removed] and he was great and very nice. He answered all of my questions and followed up once a week with us. The facility only has double rooms available, so you would have to have a roommate. They also do not accept medicaid so we did not choose All American.

I would recommend others try it out for their loved ones. The staff is so caring to everyone...they hug the residents and laugh with them. Some of the activities include: exercise, bowling, word games, music, and more for the residents to choose from. They are always doing something with the residents. They have a hair salon and nails available for them.

The community is nice and the staff are nice to our loved one. The staff keep me updated with pictures of my loved one and call with any updates. Anytime I visit they let me know how much they love her. My loved one enjoys the cheeseburgers and there are no complaints. Holiday parties, local trips, ice cream parties, arts and crafts and more that are increasing for the residents to choose from to participate in. They post pictures of activities on their Facebook page to keep the families updated.

We chose All American because it was a brand new facility, the financial cost of it was very attractive, and dad got to have his own private room and it was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The transition was very welcoming and we were able to make it comfortable for him. It is laid out well, in the middle they have a big sunny modern courtyard where residents can go outside. My dad really liked the food, he said it was all fresh foods and had a great variety on the menu. He also really enjoyed the exercise classes that they provided. My dad was cared for very well here and we really appreciated the staff members, they were very experienced with dementia. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

[name removed] was great. Her friendliness, her explaining everything and her tour were super. She answered questions i had and i will call her back this Monday with [name removed] situation.

Compared to other communities in the area this one has a more reasonable value. There are no activities right now due to covid, but the staff members go by the residents rooms on a regular basis to have some one on one time with them. We constantly call to check up on our loved ones health and they are really good about answering, and if they do not answer the nurses get back to us in a timely manner. The meals are being delivered to their rooms right now, and no matter what time it is, if you want a snack all you have to do is call downstairs and they will bring you a snack. This community also allows you to bring your own furniture and even your pet.

We chose All American because we needed quick availability and they were able top provide that. It was also a nice facility. The room sizes are very good and have been great size. We have had a great experience and would absolutely recommend.

They make all the families and myself feel very welcomed. The staff know all of our names and they hold a very high level of commutation with the families especially during the quarantines and during these difficult times. They have been exceptional

The Memory Care Unit is an amazing place. They have created a loving and caring respectful environment with a sense of calm and serenity. Without exception, the staff was friendly, upbeat, smiling and positive which all made my Mom feel safe and secure. Her room was spacious, clean and inviting. Meals are served on cloth tablecloths with cloth napkins. My Mom loved ordering from a menu and the staff helped her make healthy choices. My Mom was really happy because of the kindness of the staff and the good food and fun activities. We are grateful she felt loved in her final days. We are also extremely pleased with the Independent Building where my Dad lives. He is very busy with all the fun activities. The staff treat everyone like family and are kind, warm and welcoming. Despite the COVID crisis, my Dad is happy and thriving because of the warm family atmosphere the staff creates.. We are so thankful we found such a great place for my Dad to live.

The client who was at All American community was very pleased, and they have a positive experience. They also thought it was a good value. The staff and administrative staff were very friendly and very cooperative.

The price was more affordable at Bentley Commons than some others that we looked into and they also had availability at the time. Also, we were happy with the correspondence we had with the staff member. We only visited here twice as I am out of state and then COVID hit, but the staff here were always very helpful and accommodating. They were always pro-active in trying to get my dad to be motivated to participate in some activities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking. I would want other to know that you have to be ambulatory in order to participate in the fire drills that the facility does.

We haven't been able to go and visit in awhile due to COVID, but when we were able to go inside the community it was always very clean and very top notch. the value is good and our loved one is being well taken care of. The care services they offer are good. From the activities we have seen, it seems like there is plenty of stuff going on. We do know they have outside concerts and comedy shows. Everyone who lives at this community seems to be quite happy, we have also been invited to eat meals with our loved one and the food is quite good. The staff we have had to work with has been very attentive to not only us but also to our loved one.

We have had a mostly positive experience with All American. At times I think they are a little bit short staffed, so my mother has to wait a little longer for things she needs help with. The staff is really caring and they go out of their way for their residents. My dad passed away a year ago here, we needed hospice and we had them come in and they allowed me to come in and live with him for 6 months. They did not charge me either, it was exceptional. COVID has had an impact on the activities here, but we are able to go for in person visits now out of the patio. In general, we are very pleased.
