Juniper Communities

My loved one and family loved our experience with The Devon. My loved one was able to fit in quickly with other residents. The staff were able to assist in reminding my loved one of different activities and meals. In addition, the staff were good at watching over my loved one and still allowing my loved one to have their own independence. My loved one was able to have their own apartment and it felt more like home living for them. The community was able to make accommodations to the room to my loved one. The residents were amazing! They made our loved one felt very welcomed quickly. The residents and staff didn't want my loved one to leave. The staff would address my loved one by their first name. This was a wonderful short stay for my loved one and we would choose The Devon again. The staff made the family and our loved one part of their family quickly and communication with the family was good.

I would give each category higher than 5 stars if I could, everything has been amazing. The friendliness of the staff is outstanding. They are very genuine and always pleasant to work with and they are patient with my loved one. I cannot say enough good about The Landing. My sister within 3 weeks made such a turn around in her life and she is doing so well. She is getting out and about and eating in the dining room, participating in activities, etc. It is so heartwarming to see. It is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

We as a family were very disappointed that my sister's level of care changed. Juniper Village of Monroeville was a wonderful place.

I toured the community recently, the history of the building is really neat, the rooms were not like what I saw at other places i think because the building is so old every room seems to be different. The memory unit was really nice, the residents were engaged and doing exercise when i was there. It felt like home, the staff all said hello and introduced themselves, the residents were also friendly.

The staff members have continued to be so helpful and accommodating and anytime there is something going on or any changes they reach out to us and keep us updated. When we have visited a few times we have seen some art sensory activities going on. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the Juniper Village at Williamstown to other families .

This facility is good overall. Like with most health care places, there seems to be a lot of turnover with the aides. But I don't find that unusual. They do have a good variety of activities. They just did a 'Wizard of Oz' celebration for Halloween. I observed the staff really trying to engage the residents. They seem to be a very caring community here and know the residents by name. You can see that the staff really tries hard here. I would recommend them to friends and family.

A friend and I visited Juniper Village looking for a place for her 93-year old mother. We were very impressed! The facility was getter than we expected, and the staff members were friendly and extremely helpful!

Everyone was wonderful. It was expensive, and a bit overpriced. It's a beautiful place. The staff was very nice, and did a good job. The food was good, my loved one seemed to like it.

Juniper Village offers a large variety in their menus. They have an open dining format, which is great for the residents that want to sleep in. The servers are kind and have great knowledge of the menu and what they are serving.

We have been very pleased with Juniper Village at Preston Hollow, they get all 5 stars. What sticks out most about the facility is the friendly staff and they take excellent care of their residents.

This community is always very clean they do a really good job with that and all of the staff members are good people. What we have seen of the meals they look to be fine. Bingo is a big thing here and [name removed] is their activities coordinator who does a lot of things to really get the residents included. They are about at 50% capacity and the facility coordinator [name removed] is so sweet and is very engaged and has been helpful with the process. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Tour was excellent and comprehensive. All of our questions were covered by the staff’s comprehensive overview of the various programs and how the facility operates.

Juniper Village is a beautiful setting with a management and staff who are committed to residents’ unique needs. The activities staff engages residents with lectures and concerts. Residents can also participate in exercise sessions. The setting is clean and spacious. The staff addresses residents’ unique needs, ranging from personal care to meals. I have found a home here.

The place loves very homey and everyone there staff wise has a smile on their face .

I visited this very home like community . I was greeted as if I were entering someone’s home with friendly and helpful staff. The tour of the community was very thorough and all answers to my questions were answered. The dining menu had so many delicious choices and the activities calendar has a variety and something lively for everyone. They even have a summer concert series and so many engaging events coming up. I saw a private large spacious room with a renovated bathroom with new lighting, fixtures, and walk in shower. Beautiful newly renovated courtyard was being enjoyed by some residents and their families. Such a nice experience! I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly home like community with some historic charm!

I toured The Devon Senior Living and it would have been our other choice, because it's close and within a ten minute drive. It was very nice; we took the tour and had no problem, but when I called after the tour to discuss prices and no one ever called me back. So that sort of phished me towards other community. The Devon had very nice people who seemed very caring.

Juniper Village has been great so far, every time we speak with our loved one she is always talking about who nice and wonderful they are to her. They really do show genuine care and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The Landing is a beautiful residence with caring staff for all of the residents. They can't do enough for my Mother. I would recommend it to anyone that can afford it. The cost is high but I have peace of mind that my Mother is in a good place

All the staff are very friendly and always wearing a smile. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand. Any issues or concerns you have are addressed immediately and they keep you in the loop with it all.

They were there when my dad needed them and walked me through how it all works.
