5s all the way around. Lake Wylie was a great option for my parents. Everyone was attentive and really cared for mom and dad. Mom knew she was safe, the food was great, and she was taken care of. I was in the facility several times a week. There was never a time I wasn't greeted by several staff members by name. The facility was always clean and the residents were engaged. The cost was well worth the care and attention received

We visited several assisted living communities and chose Cambridge Gardens in Fredericksburg as mom’s new home. The wonderful staff, charming rooms, delicious meals, many scheduled activities and on site beauty parlor are all positive attributes that made our decision easier. We cannot thank A Place for Mom enough with setting up our tours and guidance with finding the safest and most “homey” residence for our mother.

I visited Cambridge Crossing today to check it out for my mom, who tends to wander off. Right from the start, I was impressed by how lovely the place smelled—it was really inviting. The facility is very clean, and the new memory care area looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun once it's full of residents. [name removed] made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They were really friendly and helpful. My mom also had a chance to meet one of the nurses, [name removed], and she really liked them. I’m feeling pretty good about this place and think it’s going to be a great fit for my mom.

We chose Mountain View because it was close to home... easy access .. pleasant atmosphere, nice people.. From day 1 .. all involved have been awesome.. When an issue comes up they contact me immediately and we take care of it easily.. Very helpful and friendly.

What I like about The Victorian is that it is small and very personable. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I was hesitant to be 30/40 minutes from her. Because of the level of care in all areas they have allowed me to trust in the level of care my mom receives. I'm grateful and would recommend tis community to other families based on the experience we have had with Lake Wylie.

Happy with the decision to have my sister there. The facility is nice, well maintained, clean and has a feel closer to an apartment community than retirement center. My sister advanced quickly with dementia and the staff went above my expectations while we were waiting to get her into the memory care unit. Based on my experiences, I would recommend without hesitation.

Everything at Lake Wylie was a 5. My loved one liked this place a lot an they were very attentive to her needs. Based on the experience we had, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families. They were great.

Basically we had a rough first month. Once new leadership came in and some of the better staff that had left came back and less dependency on temp staff (although some were great some were terrible) the community feel returned. I noticed it with my mom's care as well as how she was dressed and how her food was delivered to her etc. They were amazing through the end.

The value was by far the best of all the places I checked. They have activities daily and they already feel like family. The food is much better than I expected of a facility like this. Thank you so much for your help in finding this new home for my mom.

I wanted to say a special thank you to the woman I spoke to initially at A Place for Mom who recommended Lake Wylie. She was so courteous and patient. I had multiple, multiple calls after I had placed mom from other centers aggressively trying to offer their services. But the original call to "a place for mom" was most helpful and I appreciate the exceptional professionalism at a very difficult time.

My loved one was a resident at Mountain View for a very short time before she needed a higher level of care. We have no complaints about this facility. It was clean, welcoming and accommodating. The staff there at Mountain View were accessible and caring. It was a short experience, but everything was great!

So far we have had a good experience with assisted living at Lake Wylie. My loved one seems happy and seems to have adjusted well. She says the food is good there.

My family and loved one have been very pleased with our experience with Greenfield Senior Living. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and willing to work with the family. The community is in a good location and it is easy to find. We would recommend you check this community out to see if this would be a good fit for your loved one.

I was welcomed to the community by pleasant staff and was given an informative tour of the community. Received good and helpful information about programs and services.

They are taking such good care of my mom. Her room is always clean. She is always clean and dressed. They go out of their way to try and involve her in activities. The staff is always polite and nice and easy to talk to. We love them. Couldn't ask for anything better!!!

I have been living in the Garnet for more that 5 years now. Where do I start? When I became ill and first came here, I came with such a rare and deadly disease that no one else really wanted me. [name removed] not only accepted me, she learned about my illness. The Med staff and caregivers all learned about a disease I have that they will likely never see again. Their knowledge has saved my life. [name removed], and the rest of the staff can tell before I know I am going to crash.? Who does that? My life is now calm, happy, and safe. My apt is cleaned, to a shine, with kindness. I am treated with compassion and love. In all these years, I have been treated like family. It is a happy place to live. NO ONE is neglected or ignored. Hanging our with the other residents I hear no complaints... This is the best and only place to live and grow older with peace, calm and love. I am honored and Blessed to be part of the Garnet family.

They have done a wonderful job taking care of my loved one and I really appreciate it. The food is great. We picked this community because, I was looking for another place because of the poor care at the previous place, they had a special price match, and they were willing to work with us and help us. I really like what I saw, during the tour. I would recommend to other families.

They have been great. They have a great activities director. We would recommend them to family and friends.
