My dad had been living in a senior apartment and was not thriving. He needed more one on one attention. We are so lucky to have found Hearthstone. My dad is the happiest he has been in years! My dad is no longer alone, he has friends, he is walking and he trusts that he has help. They keep him engaged and encourage him! They are also keeping an eye on all his medical concerns and he has access to different physicians to visit as well as tele-health. It’s truly a family/home setting. Staff is there to assist my dad with whatever he needs. The guys love watching sports, getting fresh air on the deck and playing cards. Hearthstone was the best decision we made!

This is the best place for your love one, they really take good care of residents, everything is very clean and neat. the residents really enjoy their meals, and activities.

If you have a family member requiring continuous care, I highly recommend Hearthstone. My grandmother is now 93 and has had severe dementia the past 5 years. She has been living in the Hearthstone adult foster home for over 2 years and was the first resident in the home. Prior to Hearthstone, she lived at Oakmont assisted living, which was fine for mild dementia, but not when continuous care is required. The assisted living facilities cannot compete with the intimate, respectful care Hearthstone has provided. It’s also great because it truly is a home, a house, vs a large apartment complex or institution. I can tell my grandma feels it’s her home and she’s no longer lost in the halls of an assisted living facility. Meals are home cooked, served in a kitchen, at a kitchen table, not in a large cafeteria with limited food selection. Since Leo and Angie have taken ownership of Hearthstone, the care has become even better because they live there with the residents. They have proactively kept me very informed of issues regarding my grandma and I have complete trust in them. I am more than happy to discuss my experiences with anyone considering Hearthstone for their family member. Just ask Angie or Leo for my phone number.

I rate the Genesis Senior Living very highly. The workers and help are very reliable and caring. I have no complaints only positive reviews. EXCELLENT!

The staff has a way of making me feel like they are part of my family or i theres. They are helpful, kind and attentive to my needs.

We went with Hearthstone Communities because of the price and the fact that it was skilled care and more hands on in terms of care giver to resident ratio. We just felt very comfortable from the beginning with the personal touch and it is in an actual single family home. Overall it has been a very good experience and we have been super happy.

Beautiful home, well-maintained and very very clean. [name removed] takes great pride in providing a warm, clean, restful environment for those living there to make them comfortable and provides weekly entertainment. Missing 1 star because there is a language barrier with the majority of the staff not able to understand or speak English. [name removed] is always accessible and accommodating to the requests of family members and goes out of her way to care for the residents and her staff. She is a blessing!

The staff is very caring and the only reason I gave a 4 is because there is a bit of a language barrier with some staff, not all. However, every staff member I've encountered has been wonderful and they are very caring and careful with my mom. Food is prepared fresh daily right in the kitchen. The activities are better than expected considering most residents need lots of assistance. We are very happy with the ratio of caregivers to residents, usually 3 to 1, and grateful we found mom a place at HearthStone.

Mom is very well takin care of. The staff is always very friendly to her and us. I feel very comfortable in knowing they will care for her. The house is always very clean

When mom changed to hospice they were reluctant to medicate, had to have a conference with the hospice and the manager to get them to use the morphine. Disappointed that they were not knowledgeable about hospice

They treat my mom well, communication needed some improvement, but they did step up and made improvements. I think it Hearthstone Communities is a wonderful place for my loved one. They continue to make changes and improvements to take the best care of my mom

very accommodating, even though their is a little language barrier, we can always communicate. they take great care of my mother and keep me aware of what is going on with her. I highly recommend them, the owner and staff are very nice and always have a smile on their faces.

Very nice and probably perfect for Mom except his prices increased from $2,500/mo to $3,500/mo. This is way over my highest budget.
