[name removed] offered a great tour of the property and offered myself and my dad lunch. Dad enjoyed the food and thought the facility was very nice. Dad set up another tour so my brother can see it and will likely choose a room and make a commitment at that time.

We pass by it weekly, but were unaware of it's all-inclusive common sense amenities until A Place For Mom contacted me. The facility has great reviews, so we booked a tour. [name removed] came outside and greeted my mom before she got to the door. (It was very apparent that this gentleman was raised right.) He gave us our tour. The facility is very clean, bright and cheery, very well decorated and thoughtfully designed for it's specific patrons. The staff are very nice and attentive to the residents, and treat the them very well. The residents are nice and they interacted with us. They're very welcoming and clearly very happy there. We even had a chance to dine for lunch there after the tour and the food is very good. Their process is very simple and straightforward. No fuss at all. My mom was very pleased and has decided to make this her new home. I'm relieved that the can experience the independence she wants while her basic needs are met without difficulty.

Staff is extremely helpful, guests are very friendly, grounds are well kept, building is very clean. I would recommend to others.

I took the tour via a Zoom visit and I was very impressed. [name removed] was so comfortable to tour with, and she went out of her way to ensure I saw what I wanted to see.

Staff is concerned and helpful whenever there's a question. The facility is kept clean and the food is good. No complaints. Room size is adequate.

We are happy with everything except the quality of the food has gone downhill. The room we have for our mom is small but it has everything she needs -she has a great view.

Great tour may be a good fit but need to explore more in her price range before making this major decision.

The overall experience at the Oaks has been good. The staff have been attentive and responsive to Mom's needs. As she has been ill, staff have been bringing meals to Mom's room. She seems to be enjoying most of the prepared meals and there are several choices for each of the three meals served daily. The residents are kind and welcoming and there are many daily activities. Mom has housekeeping service weekly. Her bed is remade with clean linens and clean towels are placed in the bathroom. She has a studio apartment which is roomy enough to fit all of her important belongings. As Mom has been ill, we have been able to access a care provider who has worked at the Oaks for several years to provide additional support and assistance. She is great and has really been instrumental in Mom's successful transition from the hospital back to independent living.

The facility was clean and organized. The marketing guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to answer our questions. We met the management team. They were very kind as well. Unfortunately, we were not there at a meal time and didn’t really get to talk with any residents. However we saw a couple of light hearted, fun exchanges with the staff and residents. They both seemed to enjoy the exchange. The reason for “4” ratings on value and condition were because of no washer/dryer option in unit and no pool. Also it is well maintained but is just an older building. We enjoyed the tour.

The facility was very clean and inviting. All the staff and guests were very nice. They had three levels and on each level they had different areas for activities. The food was very good.

I've had a great experience at Marlton Gardens. The staff is excellent—they're friendly, genuinely care about the residents, and make sure you have everything you need. The room size is perfect for me because I don't need a lot of space. They also do a great job keeping the community clean, and my room is cleaned every week. There are several activities offered every day. I haven't been able to participate yet because I'm waiting for my feet to get better, but I appreciate that they're available. As for the food, there are good days and bad days, but overall I've been happy with my experience here.

They were awesome, my mom has been living there for 7 weeks tomorrow. She is acclimating nicely and everyone especially the staff is very kind! I've already recommended Osprey and A place for Mom to several of my friend, who are in similar situations.

The staff becomes extended family. Very helpful and caring. Housekeep and cleanliness, rooms are cleaned every week, including personal laundry A vast variety of room sizes from studios to Casitas. Garages are a available. A fair amount of activities from chair yoga, card clubs, and other planned activities, like painting and crafts On-site worship services. Quiet TV rooms, theater and computer room. Large library. Again, the food is freshly prepared, menu includes a vegetarian daily choice. 3 course meals . We had two visits both included meals and a tour. No high pressure. A wonderful feeling of upscale hotel and feeling like home.

Mom loves being there. The residents there seem much more lively/vibrant than other places we looked at. Activities are available for participation all day long. Management was helpful with ideas for additional resources if needed in the future. Seems very clean and the one bedroom apartment is perfect to have a private bedroom and small living room for visitors. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vibrant community.

The staff was super welcoming, invited us to the patriotism lunch, served well by staff, great food & then moved onto a tour with [name removed]. The facilities are excellent, with provisions made for usage, space, & lifestyle of residents’ needs. We enjoyed our visit at Whispering Pine!

We walked in and immediately had a wonderful feeling. Extremely clean. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and genuinely caring. The residents seemed very happy. [name removed] is extremely happy

I think I found “my” place. Of course it was the one I resisted for months until I started considering what I would really serve me! Duh.
