The Village on Pheasant Ridge was nice but needed some work. When i was shown the rooms, i noticed they needed a lot of repairs. The flooring in some rooms was lifting and the walls needed repairs. The maintenance could do a better job at cleaning.

This is a brand new beautiful community. It was a little to expensive for us. The staff I met were nice and answered my questions.

The facility overall won us over in the tour, however there have been issues with medication management and communication. Process and procedures felt elusive and slow to be shared. I expected transparency and that was not fully my experience. I want to continue believing in this location and see our loved ones happy.

I would tell others to visit multiple facilities before deciding. They lackadaisical staff attitude with a few exceptions

Facility is beautiful and clean. Food is average at best and varies greatly in quality from one day to the next. There is a very high staff turnover rate and the entire facility is frequently short staffed resulting in a diminished level of care for the residents.

The facility is absolutely beautiful, but the help there was not great.

The staff is caring and kind. But I don't think they have many activities, at least not so much that my sister partakes in and enjoys. On that note I have asked them to reach out to her and encourage her to participate in some things, but they haven't done so. I believe they might be short staffed. Which is a negative. High turnover is probably common in this area of work so I'm cutting them some slack on that. The price is very reasonable however

They need to improve on their health care for the people that are in assisted living in memory care. They have staffing issues and dining hall issues. It is clean though

The room size was nice, the meals were fine, patient care did not seem to be a priority, employees seemed to be preoccupied with each other...but it's just hard to watch a loved one suffer with dementia.

The staff really cares for the residents. Upper management needs to focus more on retaining the staff and meeting the needs of the residents instead of worrying about what furniture needs to be in the lobby.

They got a 3 overall due to nursing, housekeeping and billing issues. Care got a 3 due to improper handling of meds, incomplete orientation- didn't know about outside provider forms; poor communication of medication process. There are really no activities geared towards men except for happy hour. They should try trivia night/sports trivia. This is our first experience with Assisted Living and we are still learning.

I was not aware this was a 2 story facility. My father would have difficulty navigating an elevator every time he went for meals or to go to appointments. I am looking for a one floor facility for this reason. Price is a little higher than other facilities. Add ons are also higher.

Residents very friendly and staff that I have encountered or asked for help or information. Power off last night, no generator or way to get info and food plus service could use attention. Please remember we have only been here 2 weeks and I have been mostly dealing with unpacking. Maybe my expectations are not reasonable- don't know yet. Only one staff member has been less friendly and I did ask about it- explained as different personality. Have also been dealing with health insurance changes. Lots going on!

Quality of care is not optimal. There are not enough activities. Residents get two showers weekly. That is not enough. My husband smells of wet diapers.

Unfortunately my love one passed away in November 2025. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility. Frequent check ins with the resident are needed. More accessibility of Director if needed. We never met the director until my uncle passed away. The nursing staff were nice. The aides were not friendly, patient, nor consistent with is daily care at times.

The meal served would have been good, but it was absolutely too salty. The blinds in the window by our table had a thick layer of dust and food stains on them. The server [name removed] was very nice.

It looks great from the outside, and the price seemed better than many others in the area. The food is just ok, and seldom as advertised. My mother's apartment is nice and pretty spacious. Most of the staff are very good-especially [name removed]. They currently do not have a hair salon, so that is something my mother misses. Overall it's pretty clean, though I don't think my mom's apartment has had a deep clean since she moved in. I would recommend it to others, but would do so cautiously.

I toured Harmony and another facility before deciding to have my dad join Harmony. The building has a nice 'home' feel to it. My dad is right down the hall from dining, nurse, front desk, activities all the goodies which I'm grateful for since he can't walk long distance. Everyone I have met have been very pleasant and do seem to listen and care for what I have to say which made me feel so much better under the circumstances. [Name Removed]- LPN, [Name Removed] - Life Enrichment Director (actually gave me the tour), [Name Removed] - Executive Director. I have also met other, but I just can't remember your names right now and for that I'm sorry. We are in the working it out phase and when I do have an issue it's been addressed as of now. It does seem to be some disconnect between staff as to the needs of the residents but I'm hoping this is just a learning curve for all of us. I think all need to be present in the treatment plan meeting to avoid any confusion between staff and resident

I have had issues with billing twice. We have had difficulty with having medicine added to my mother's chart. They've had pest control issues twice. The staff members in the dining hall are nice. They are slow to respond when you ring the bell for memory care.

While the rooms are clean and nice and the food is reasonable, they are severely understaffed. The CNA staff are spread too thin and unable to provide accommodations promised. For example, it is rare for a CNA staff to bring my mom to any activities., they are unaware of the activities and are too busy to assist. I find that I must remind the CNA staff to change her sheets, to do her laundry and give her a shower. The lead CNA is also very unresponsive. The weekend help is almost nonexistent. My mom left her room without her walker. She wobbly walked to the main lobby (100 yards). No one offered any assistance despite her obvious frailty. Harmony lacks a cohesive and attentive staff that is so necessary to give you peace of mind that your loved one is being properly cared for.
