There has been a lot of staff turnover but hopefully for the best. I would recommend.

Meals need much better variety, much better taste of food: vegetables are over cooked and never roasted, never any condiments, most food is very plain and tasteless, overall food needs less starch and salt. Soups, however, are always good. Much better food service is needed: service is exceptionally slow and spotty and they frequently run out of menu items. Maintenance to fix a very fast dripping shower was very slow, taking many follow up contacts and almost 4 weeks to get fixed. Staff and residents are exceptionally friendly. Facilities are very nice and apartments are roomy.

The experience was good. I picked because of the location & overall amenities & services.

There was just some misunderstandings about the requirement to have a local neurologist re-diagnose my mother with dementia despite the fact that she had already been diagnosed in PA. And they kept saying it was Georgia law but it actually isn't. So they were friendly but that caused a lot of headaches along the way. No hard feelings though, my mom is safe and well cared for.

They are overall good to my mother at The Harmony Collection.

Mom is in independent living and so can’t rate care services. She had a really rough start, she was not well when she moved in and is legally blind. The manager and staff were so kind to her..they all know her by name and dining room staff already know her likes and dislikes (ice cream and salad). Residents are friendly and supportive. Food is pretty good. A value when compared to Brentwood/Nashville options. We picked the right place for mom.

Overall I would give everything except dining a 4. But the meals/dining is a 2 or 3. My dad likes the community and is happy.

He was very happy there. The only negative I have is the workers spend a lot of time on their phones rather than interacting with the residents. The facility was clean and the meals good. The activities coordinator kept the residents engaged.

The quality of care is very good, medications are administered as prescribed. Food is quite good but food service can be slow, likely difficulty in finding staff.

The food is terrible. Complaints have been registered to no avail I would not recommend them at the prices they charge and the last end of year increase food should be excellent.

My dad is in independent care, so question 4 is not fully applicable. He also stays in his room and does not eat in dining room or activities. I am trying to get him out but no success yet. No issues right now with Harmony. They are working to improve culture since relatively new place.

My bathroom ceiling is leaking. I know from hearing other residents talk nothing gets fixed around here. I hope tomorrow when I report this something is done to repair it, before it gets worse.I have 4 towels to collect water for the nighttime. Please help me solve this Before it gets worse.

It was new and clean and they had a good story... Care could be better. Not enough staff when you need them.. I would recommend them over lots of others yes.. But you have to keep checking on your loved ones..

Mom is in Independent Care & very happy with the activities. She is definitely more sociable being there. Her only complaint is the food & food service for dinner. But that could be because they all go down to the dining room at the same time & wonder why they have to wait. All of the staff are friendly, pleasant & attentive. I would recommend Harmony at Kent. We only have experience with the Independent Living but would feel comfortable transferring Mom to Assisted Living when the time comes. Mom has made so many friends & loves the activities.

I toured there a couple of weeks ago with a lovely girl named [name removed]. She showed me various options on the Independent Living side. She was very patient with me as I asked alot of questions. We saw 2 one bedrooms and 1 two bedroom. It is a beautiful community and everything looks and so fresh and new. I didn't have lunch but it smelled amazing. Staff all looked happy and kind. Unfortunately out of my price range at this time.

Great to have washers and dryers in each apartment. Don't expect anything great from the dining room. Activities that include bus outings for craft activities. Maybe an opportunity for painting a picture? My parent doesn't drink alcohol, and her impression is that a lot of events include alcohol, and she is helping to pay for that in her rent. All of the general social events are not her thing, but she enjoys substantial craft ideas . Food-a variety of fresh vegetables, less rice, potatoes and pasta. When she moved in, we were told that all vegetables are fresh, not canned. I've heard others complain about the food, and not because she/we were complaining. They just offered their opinion. Housekeeping services aren't consistently provided, even with agreed upon date/time. If they aren't going to show up for some reason, my parent is usually not notified. Even with all the negatives, it's probably as good or slightly better than other places in similar price range.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+ and the quality of care services get a 4+. What we like the most about Harmony at Greensboro is the friendliness of staff. They are very caring and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

They do have ad addition of hospice care if needed. Staff is typically very friendly but there does seem to be a good amount of turnover+ seemingly many others leaving Harmony for other facilities giving perceptions of uncertainty for the future.

The main things that stuck out about Harmony at Bellevue when initially looking was the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff from top to bottom. I would tell others that when touring facilities, it's always recommended to engage with the staff and watch how the staff interact with residents. This was a determination on where my mom was placed. This has been a great fit for my loved one.
