We are so pleased at the Church services that the Crossings have every two weeks--the two or sometimes three guitarists are WONDERFUL and the Preaching from the tall bearded man is exceptional--thank you all for having them come every other SUNDAY at 9 am, Mother and Father just love it--they asked why more people do not come

This is a nice community. We like the care from the staff who are very caring. The community is clean and a very good environment for my mom. I like knowing that she is very happy with the menu. They have activities that are offered for the residents that want to participate. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

Dad really likes living at this community. He has a nice suite and the community is clean. The food is good and they offer a large variety of options on a menu. They have a large variety of activities including various trips out. The only thing I see that could be improved is the grounds. They have good medical care and the doctor comes out to visit. I would recommend this community.

I am very satisfied with the spacious apartment that my wife and I moved into at this community. We have a lovely full kitchen with lots of big windows that give us a beautiful view of the woods. They have a great activity program that has more than enough games and events planned to keep us busy throughout the day as well as meet all of the other residents that live in the complex. I think my wife and I have found the perfect home and am looking forward to my future here.

My loved one is very happy with her move to this community. The community is brand new, so it's only one-third full so far. The place is maintained well, they clean my loved one's room once a week. The community provides a choice of either lunch or breakfast and the food is fantastic. They have a theater where they play movies, my loved one goes with friends often. They have a concierge who checks up on her when she's not feeling well, as well as take her dinner to her room. Her room is comfortable, she has a huge walk in closet.

I would give the food a 2. It was not what I anticipated based on the sample I was given. We are trying to work with them to improve this. They offer daily activities, however they are not utilized by the residents. They keep the community clean. I would recommend this and let them know about my concerns up front.

The Chamberlin is a great place to live. There are lots of amenities: indoor pool, gym equipment, fine dining, inside and outside activities, transportation service, every other week housekeeping, onsite rehabilitation service available, caring friendly staff and residents, and the view is magnificent!

The Chamberlin is beautiful and I love walking my dog along the sea wall and watching the ships coming and going. The residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm still unpacking so I haven't had time to investigate the activities yet. I rented this place sight unseen and it has been everything I expected and more.

The staff and care are excellent! She loves the people and activities. They have a lot of opportunities for social mingling.

I am very happy. She is not happy with the food complains all the time. The Staff is over the top very happy with all of that. She's in a one bedroom. It's very nice. She doesn't participate in activities much she's just it's hard to get her to do that. They do go out to lunch and she will participate with that. Really the only complaint is the food and the meal service which I know they've had a problem with employees

The apartment size is more than adequate. The only issue is the entering and exiting. I know Memory Care is special but the bell from what I understand can't be heard sometimes. They are also busy caring for their patients, I get it.

The staff is very friendly, the food is good and his apartment size is just right. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

I think facilities are good, food seems ok... but they are not very organized and seem under staffed... my dad has missed many shower days ( he gets 2 a week) so when they miss one it's a big deal and if they miss 2 in a row- yikes! It took forever to get a call button for his neck to be able to call if he needed help ... that was very concerning to me and they are slow to respond so if a true emergency then it's a bit scary... but residents are great and I am sure it's hard to get good quality staff anywhere.

Harmony is experiencing staffing issues with dining hall staff and aides. They are currently interviewing applicants for all positions. It is taking some time as expected but staff that is available are helping out in whatever area necessary. If my parents have any issues, I feel very comfortable and confident I can speak with person in charge and they help to resolve the issue.

People taking things from the room of my sister in law. Her cell phone was missing. I had to purchase 3 chargers. My sister in law said the food was good. I am not sure which one of the staff is taking things from her room. It is very clean there. Doors on back door 1st floor should be closed. There is space between the doors that will allow small animals in Harmony Assisted Living.

These comments are based off on the first 6 weeks since my elderly parent's admission to personal care. It would have been helpful to have had another resident or two who had a close by apartment be tasked with helping to orient and acclimate my parent to the facility. It is a huge adjustment, particularly if there is any cognitive impairment, dementia, etc. someone to come by to take newbies to meals and activities. This could have been enriching if it was someone with similar interests and tastes. As a family member, I have had to navigate many questions, with little guidance.

Rooms are nice, memory care is clean (without the smell of disinfectant) food is good . Dad does not participate very well in activities. He wants to stay in his room and watch TV. Staff could always be a little more attentive to dad's needs.

Management changed several times during the stay and any problems you had weren't addressed.

The staff very loving and caring. Place is clean and run excellently. Our only complaint was it was difficult to obtain a in house primary care doctor in a timely. Manner for those needing regular weekly medical attention like medication orders and stuff. I also want to mention of the wonderful physical therapists that worked with mother.
