If you have visited more than two care facilities, especially the acute care facilities, you will really appreciate the way The Summit Of Germantown does business! My mother has been a resident at their Memory Care wing since [date removed]. [name removed] the Director of Nursing and [name removed], in charge of Memory Care, have forged a strong and trustworthy care relationship with our small family. I visit my mom at different days and times and EVERY TIME I leave with a smile on my face!! I know she is happy and healthy and the staff at The Summit in Memory Care are my heroes!

All 5s except the food. I didn't taste the food and my father didn't decided not to go to the facility. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families, it was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I would rate Augustine Landing of five. [name removed] was the gal that I spoke to at A Place For Mom and she sent me to several places but as soon as I saw Augustine Landing, I knew this was going to be my new home. The people here are very pleasant, friendly, helpful the places [name removed] renovated on the inside and they're renovating the outside right now. Everything is nice and clean and I'm in an independent living situation where they come in and clean my apartment once a week and I get all my meals in the dining room and it's just been fabulous. I'm very happy here and I'm very comfortable here. This was the right move for me to make and Erica was very helpful and instrumental in making that happen.

[name removed] was very helpful and passionate about his work and the residents. The apartment would be a perfect fit for my father in law but unfortunately he needs a little more assistance that is an extra cost and after adding that into the apartment cost the price was not very much different than assisted living. It is a wonderful place.

Thank you for getting us on the right path. Absolutely recommend Point Pleasant for anyone who wants an honest evaluation

Good. I love the weather in Tucson, I love the geography. I like everything about living here,

I have been here for over 2 years and I enjoy being here so much. Made lot of friends and the staff are very helpful. Its a beautiful place.

Caregivers, dining staff, administrators and residents are a caring and concerned community that look out for all involved. Regulars visit by many residents family members are encouraged and appreciate by all. Activities, especially groups, are a lot of fun.

I really enjoyed the settings, and the staff were excellent and friendly. I will pursue this location further and try and get my wife there. The building was clean and updated. The rooms i was shown were spacious and clean. I will give this facility a second viewing.

Sumter Senior Living is a great assisted living facility, maybe geared toward more independent residence in order to take advantage of all The Villages has to offer.

[Removed name] with Acacia was awesome from beginning until we got my mom situated in her new home! Also, the entire staff from the front desk area to the dining room staff have been warm and welcoming! That sense alone gives me self assurance that my Mom is a very nice place.

Very military friendly and affordable.[name removed] was great in responding to all questions quickly and took time with my Dad.

An amazing place. It was a great transition place for my mother from CA in [date removed]. Started not knowing true condition mentally, or physically after my father's death, since I was in SC and was being told different things. I had to start with her placed in Assisted Living , fully furnished, etc. Spent 2 - 3 weeks in that section of Portside. Then we moved her in Independent Living section where she did great. Now, 16 months later, we have moved here into [community removed] in MB, another great stepping stone for her, and in the next 15 months she hopefully is ready to purchase her own home in the MB area. One step at a time. My mother situation is unquie, just as each one is their own situation. My mother is 70 years old and really just had to regain her Independence in life after 48 years of marriage with my fathers sudden death. She struggeld with the loss and sense of reality and hope. Portside was AMAZING. The staff was TOP RATED, caring people. I was proud to know my mother was living in a place so beautiful and well maintained overall. The kitchen staff was amazing and did a 5 star job each and everyday. I have NO complaints towards Portside at Grande Dunes. Activities were endless and well thought of , dining experience was restaurant style with beautiful ambiance for everyone. The apartment/room was perfect for our situation, but they offer so many different sizes to fit others needs.

I am very pleased with Point Pleasant. The staff are caring and very supportive of my father's transition out of his home of 83 years. The facility is maintained and clean. I would highly recommend.

Our overall experience with Acacia Springs has been a 5. We worked with [name removed] before the move-in to make sure everything was going to go smoothly and it did. Since move-in, we've been working with the head nurse, [name removed] there and she's been taking care of all of our needs. They're going out of their way to make sure that we are happy there. Very pleased so far. The food has been pretty good so far. My husband and I have eaten there several times. And the apartment size is more than sufficient. We were fortunate enough to get one of their only two bedroom apartments and it's perfect.

I think it checks all the boxes. Independent living is set up really nice and though my mom didn't take complete advantage of all it had to offer- I think it provided everything one would need.

1. We've felt very welcome here from the first day on met some fine people and have enjoyed several activities. 2. Overall cleanliness is excellent. public restrooms are kept clean and we have maid service at the apartment once a week 3. Everyone including the staff is very friendly. 4. We are an independent living, so no care is necessary at this point. 5. The staff is efficient and friendly. There doesn't seem to be a large turnover. Most of the staff has been here for years. 6. We love the food. Haven't had a bad meal since we've been here. I understand the kitchen staff was changed and a new chef and Staff was hired this summer. Residence say the food is much better since then. 7. A lot of activities and crafts. 8. Being here only three weeks we'll have to see how the value is. We have what we think is a great rate on a large 3 two bedroom apartment.
