It was a nice clean facility. We Were a little concerned if the air conditioner was big enough for the facility even though it felt comfortable to the potential resident.. we have a few other places to tour before she picks one

Augustine Landing is very nice, it has a welcoming home -like feel! The staff seem lovely! Very neat and clean, appears to have very convenient set up for the tenants. Looking forward to helping our father transition to assisted living with a new family at Augustine Landing!

Experience was good overall. Facility and activities offered were very nice. Staff was very kind and understanding. Apartment was very good. The only negative was my wife needed extra care and it was not voluntarily provided. It was known what she needed but wasn't given attention unless prodded. Once informed most of the time it happened. However, she needed help eating and it was not done well. And one night was not put to bed, spending the night in a recliner. I was never certain she would have her needs met.

Office staff is very helpful, teaching mom how to text on her phone and other features, and other things she needs advice about. Mom complains about the taste of the food, although it has improved a bit. Food service is VERY slow. Mom usually waiting 45-60 minutes or more at her cafeteria table for the food to come after she orders . Nobody wants to wait that long. Cleanliness good. Room size good. Activities... I don't know. Hair salon is very expensive so she doesn't go there. There is a community room with small kitchen (sink, stove, fridge, dining room table and chairs)that she can reserve when she wants to have family or friends over for a meal. It would be nice if it was stocked a little better with a trashcan, soap, paper towels, or at least a microwave would be handy. I do have piece of mind knowing she is with people.

What we like the most about the community is their communication, it is good but we wish they have more parking. Based on the experience we would recommend Sedgwick Plaza to other families.

The Hallmark was very attractive and the host answered many questions. I like that it has independent and assisted living. The views are to die for. My main concern is the high cost of even independent living. The Hallmark may be on the high end of costs.

It was a positive experience from my stand point of activities available, meals, safety and location of facility to my family. [name removed] was a great advocate to activities available and resources in extra care available. The only negative was no fault of theirs but my mom's choice to not participate in anything, activities or meals. They gave many opportunities to thrive there. She did not engage. She has declined in mobility and health. She is moving back to my brothers this week. It's a great value for what they offer!

Everything takes about a month to get settled in and probably some of it is my own frustration. What did it for me is the cost with speech therapy and physical therapy it's running us about $[removed] for her to live there per month that's with food included and electric water, sewer. And they give her medication twice a day at some places we could be spending upwards of $[removed] or more for this same amenities. She has a room with a bedroom, a small little kitchenette with a small, living room. She has been quite happy, even in these surroundings.

Staff and residents very nice and helpful. Bright cheery place plenty of activities to do Eating times too early 7:30. 11:30 and 4:30 Food not hot. I love my apartment and am so glad I moved here. I would definitely recommend to others

We have had a very positive experience so far. [name removed] helped get my father admitted immediately after he was discharged from the hospital, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family. One thing my father would enjoy is having more activities available, such as card games, bingo, or even occasional casino trips (I know that's a tall order!). Another major positive is how seamless the admission process was, especially since all three of his children live in different locations and are not local. I'm in California, my sister is in Tennessee, and my brother is in Jacksonville. Despite the distance, we feel confident that our dad is being well cared for and in good hands.

All the initial intake was good but it seems like they have a lot of staff turnover. Now that my loved ones are in there, it seems like communication is lacking. It's a very disorganized place.

The move-in experience could have been better, and the transition into the community took some time. Additional support during the initial adjustment period would have been appreciated. There were also some early challenges related to medication management and monitoring, which led to concerns about staff training and communication. However, these issues were addressed, and care has improved since then.

Very impressive facility. They appear to have everything I would want if I were to move to this type a place. From the restaurant to the theater and work out area I can’t image ever being bored there.

Nice facility. Fair pricing. Friendly staff. Some long halls for residents with mobility issues, but overall a good place.

The staff was nice and so were the people who lived there. The one-bedroom model we looked at had a nice size bedroom that can accommodate a full-size bed, dresser and it had a large clothes closet. The sitting room area, with kitchenette, was a good space for relaxing and watching TV.

What sticks out as positive is the friendliness of the staff. What sticks out as negative is the high staff turnover of the caregivers and the cost of the facility per level of care.

I chose it for myself for several reasons. I had worked here a # of years ago & liked it then. Also you can age in place. All the staff are friendly & caring & sincere. It's very clean, the apartments are roomy you have many choices from the meals menu. Best of all it's easy to make friends. I love living here !

The facility had most of what I am looking for. I enjoyed my visit and will try to make another visit in the fall.

Food is very good, diversified and healthy if you choose! Many activities from cards, board games, lectures, live music, movies. Staff is exceptionally trained. They treat us like family. Are always upbeat, funny and fun. Apartments are cleaned well twice a month. Desk receptionist is always very helpful. Residents are friendly, curious, helpful and generous
