The meals and dining as well as the activities gets a 5+. Here, the staff are super nice, the food is excellent,(they have a new chef that helped improve the menu) The health director gives excellent guidance for exercise and gym use. There is an instructor for chair yoga that is very helpful. And the nursing staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I think it was a good choice for me.

The staff and environment at The Village in Granite Falls are amazing. The provide constant assistance and support, keep the place clean and organized, and have structured activities. My dad needed compassion and patience, and they always treated him with dignity and respect. Every interaction I had with their staff was professional and helpful. I felt like my dad was I very good hands from the first day I brought him in

[name removed] was EXTREMELY helpful through the whole process. I would rate all as 5. In addition, as mentioned, I highly commend [name removed] for her efforts, even though my Mom's time there was short. [name removed]was very thoughtful and caring in working through our situation, and extremely helpful and understanding of our predicament. She is to be greatly commended.

They have been supportive this entire time and I would rate them 5 in all categories. My loved one is doing well now and is happy there. They recently underwent a complete management and staff change and so far my love one, tells me it's seems that the care is still OK, but it is early days.

I would recommend them GenCare, fantastic facility and staff and reasonable price.

What I like the most about the Gencare Lifestyle are the multiple activities they have going on as well as the food that is serve - good. The staff and residents alike are genuinely loving and overall family friendliness .

I'd say that they are a great facility that works hard at providing a healthy, safe environment and quality care for those who need it. I was amazed by the range of resident needs that they meet on a consistent basis. We picked them because they came highly recommended from some friends and after we met and spoke to [name removed]- we'd gladly recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with everything and everyone in that facility. The staff are very dedicated to their patients, and they are very knowledgeable about how to redirect patients with mild-moderate psychiatric issues and memory difficulties. Every time I had questions, was worried, or needed more information, they took all the time I needed, so I would be satisfied and comforted.

When I had arrived from Georgia, everyone at GenCare Lifestyle of Federal Way community knew my name. There is always help for WHATEVER you may need.

When it comes to the meals and dining, as my Mom required a special diet and the dining room was NOT as accommodating as I was led to believe.. We gave the value for cost a 3 but only because my Mom's stay was so short. Also, want to put a HUGE plug in for [name removed]. She went WAY above and beyond expectations when it came to getting my Mom into the facility and care while she was there. My wife and I appreciate greatly what she did.

Great facility with people who care about your loved ones. The time my dad spent at Gencare was wonderful. Not too large or small. He not only received a lot of attention from the staff, but Gencare also has all the amenities of a larger facility but was just the right size for him to call home.

The Lodge at Eagle Ridge was very helpful. My mom passed away a few weeks ago. Everyone there was very caring. Jessica and her staff treated us with respect and love. The staff here genuinely care about their residents. You can rest assured that your loved one is safe and cared for. They have live music 2 times a week, games everyday, exercise classes. It has a nice homey feeling there. The residents are nice. And [name removed] and her nursing staff are very helpful.

GenCare was awesome. We placed our 91-year-old father-in-law there. He really enjoyed being there. He quickly made friends. The food was good. We had several meals there with him. They have a lot of activities, and when my father-in-law passed away, they were just wonderful helping us get through that.

The staff at Gencare are very accommodating and working quite hard as we begin to come out of Covid. From the first day here, management has tried to handle any problems quickly and with all residents in mind.

My loved one is a resident at Scriber Gardens and things have been great for her at this facility. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The housekeeping is good, but they should mop the floors in the apartments. I have eaten 3 meals at the facility. Two of them were excellent, one time the chicken was undercooked. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff at Gencare are amazing and attentive. They knew my dad's name from day one . All of the staff are just incredibly warm, attentive and kind.

Overall we've had a great experience at The Lodge at Eagle Ridge. The food needs improvement though. Could use better recipes, more generous portions, spices, etc. Create a restaurant type atmosphere...

Based off of our personal experience, I would definitely recommend The Lodge at Eagle Ridge for independent living, but I cannot speak to the assisted living side. The dining experience here cannot be beat!

We were very pleased with the overall experience and value. There is a strong focus on helping residents flourish in all ways. We'd highly recommend Scriber Gardens to folks looking for options for loved ones.

We have had a good experience with Gencare. They staff are responding appropriately to my family member's medical issues - transporting him, taking care of him, and keeping me informed. He's enjoying the amenities and all they're doing for him. He tells me he really appreciates that the food is good, and the social aspect has been very good. And he has a one-bedroom apartment that he enjoys living in.
