Room size is great even in memory care. The staff and level of care are all a 10. The memory care director [name removed] is amazing. She works very hard and is very communicative. Their activities list is huge and fills most of the day and my dad has been taking part in a lot of them. The place is very bright and homey feeling, not clinical. The food is very good and they have a wide range of foods they serve. We are very happy with our choice to move him there. It is by far the nicest facility we visited.

Pheasant Ridge is a good place. They have lots of activities and the staff are friendly. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

[name removed] loves her new home. It is plenty big enough for her. The environment is safe. Staff are so kind and helpful. The food is all she talks about. She is loving every thing the kitchen serves. It's wonderful she can go to church and the devotionals. She likes to go outside as well. We like that a nurse sees them every Friday. We haven't seen [name removed] this happy in years. With the good nutrition, she is also looking great!

All 5's. Everything is really wonderful and I would recommend Vista del Rio to other families.

The staff were always pleasant. Yes I would recommend this place to others, but I highly recommend that they have multiple people checking on their loved ones. My mother's room didn't look well cleaned and her ankles were very swollen from not being encouraging to get into her bed at night. When I brought her home after a month of respite care within 2 days of making sure she went to bed at night the swelling went down. Watch your loved ones account. There were multiple attempts made to access my mother's account until I called them out on it.

Experience with them has been amazing!! So far he loves it there. Plenty of activities. Always clean. He got a studio apartment which is small but enough for what he needs. He has enjoyed the food as well. I've eaten there a couple of times with him and it was very good. He's never able to eat all 3 meals due to being full from previous meal. So portion sizes are also more than sufficient. Staff is also very friendly, courteous and always help with anything he may need.

Memory care seemed to meet my requirements-clean, staffed well, and secure. My sibling is on waiting list.

5 all the way through. The Pasea has been the best move we could have done for our mother. The staff is amazing and helpful. The medical and care teams always keep me updated with any news or changes. They have daily specials on their menu so there is variety, and the facility itself is always clean and well kept. I found the place clean, I watched people staying there being happy, laughing, talking, friendly, enjoyed eating their diner, doing different actives. Many aid were out and about. AIDS NOT ON THEIR PHONES. The aids were engaging with the elderly.

I cannot tell you how much I LOVED it! In fact, so much, that I signed a lease that day. The staff, [name removed], who showed me around and the dear lady at the front desk, and the chef who made me a delicious goodie as a gift were all above and beyond in how welcoming and kind they were/are. I am extremely excited about moving in and have been telling all my friends about it!

The staff is wonderful. All are kind and compassionate, very friendly. Food is very good and menu is varied. The rooms are large, my mom is in a studio and it is spacious, and the bathroom is very large. Nice sink and vanity, walk in shower with a seat and grab bars. Extra shelves for storage.

It was very nice and had some interesting things. Love everything they do for you just out of my price range, but I'd love it.

I was really impressed with Morada. It was clean, full of great amenities and looked very inviting as a future home for my sister. [name removed] was wonderful as she gave me a tour of the facility and answered my questions. I was so impressed that my aunt has expressed some interest in relocating there within the next two years.

Winter Village left me with such a good feeling from the moment I walked in the door. I then returned with my mom a few days later so she could tour and together we decided that this is the perfect place for her to live. I truly believe she will thrive in this environment and so look forward to seeing and hearing about all of her adventures. The staff and tenants were so kind and friendly.

Overall, we are very pleased with our move to the Chateau. The food is good, and the serving sizes are good. The servers try their best and are caring. I'm sure this is a position that's hard to fill. The apartments are excellent, and the housekeeping staff does a great job. We're still emptying our house and haven't had time to join in the activities yet. I'm also interested in whether they have extra storage and what the cost is, but I just haven't had time to inquire.

Morada Pantego has been an excellent experience for my mother in law & that's what really matters. The staff has been welcoming & so helpful in many ways. They are quick to respond to questions and accommodating to her needs. We are so happy with them.

My tour of Marbella was very good. [name removed] was so pleasant was informative. Able to answer any questions and to anticipate questions. I was invited back the next day for an event "Visit to Tuscany" which I attended and brought a friend. [name removed] suggested we stay for dinner which we did. It was good to see the mix of people and taste the food. Which was good. [name removed] stopped by our table to answer any questions when another 'sales' person came to our table and sat down uninvited. She totally took over and pressured us by asking questions like, "what is keeping you from moving here?" My friends at the table said she was like a used car salesman closer. Another said it felt like a timeshare pitch. It really made us very uncomfortable. I know sales is the name of the game but.... Other than that I was favorable impressed. However I am still in the fact finding stage.

My introduction to the Staff was outstanding. Very friendly, courteous and treated me and my wife like we were part of the family. Showed us kitchen, dining room, PT room, went over all activities available. Apartment size is perfect, facilities are very clean. My 100 year old mother in law has a couple of staff that look after her, taking her to activities, all meals and just checking on her throughout the day. While I have not eaten there yet, my wife and several other family members have and said the food was very good. Bottom line, this had been a great find thanks to your help ( A Place For Mom ) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility to anyone! Thank you for helping me and my wife!

[name removed] was amazing, so friendly and kind. The residents were all smiles and so friendly. It reminded me of the old neighborhoods, were everyone looked out for one another. It's a wonderful place giving seniors back their independence. I can't say enough great things.
