My brother is very happy there!!! It's a very nice place with kind and helpful staff! I would highly recommend this place! Someday, I may want to live there.

Staff works hard to maintain interesting variety of activities. Also very communicative with residents through use of floor meetings and town halls and newsletters.

Very nice people, and yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. The staff is amazing the meals are delicious. I would say it's one of the best decisions we made.

I would say 5 for all except 4 for activities because there has been two new activity directors -turnover. The place is super clean and modern. The apartments are very big. The staff is especially kind and helpful. There has been a lot of turnover recently, but I think that might be normal for senior living. The cost seemed to be less than other places I visited. The food is wonderful.

They don't accept Medicaid, rooms go fast so pull the trigger if something is available. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

From the initial phone call when we reached out to you to when [name removed] moved in was so quick and easy for all of us that we didn't have time to even stress out!! You all took the stress out of transitioning aunt [name removed] to her new home! We feel comfortable that she is taken care of!

They went out of their way to make move in go smoothly. I feel comfortable leaving my 95 year old mother in this facility. It's very family oriented and keeps families involved with their loved ones. One of the deciding factors for my mom is they have a Catholic service available weekly. Another thing is there is plenty to do, they keep seniors busy as they want to be. Apartment sizes are good, at least my mom's is. I haven't been in other apartments. The residents are super friendly, but that's Iowa for you.

5s for all of them. It was such a smooth transition for her. The staff are Very conscientious, low turnover, on our tour there were a lot of nurses around and they stopped and talked to us. Mom calls them her friends. I noticed they have a couple of empty units in assisted living the last time I was there. They are renovating right now and it looks so nice!

The staff was great about following up to respond to any questions we had from the tour. We also had one instance when my aunt got confused about a visitor to her place. We called to get clarification and I got calls from the three different staff who followed up with me. Very responsive to concerns so far.

Overall Deer Park Village has been great. It's very clean, the staff and nurses are very friendly and take great care of my grandma. She really likes the food! We've had really great experiences with [name removed], the nursing director, in getting my grandma the right care she needs.

my mom likes the food ??, I have only had it twice. my mom likes the activities she does, I can not really evaluate her activities. We had her 105 th birthday ?? party there with entertainment and staff was great. Had another family get together after that and planning another for May, staff has been very kind, responsive and helpful! My mom has told me multiple times that she likes being there more than she thought she would. She has also mentioned several times how soothing and pleasant the decor and environment are. She is also making new friends there which she enjoys and I have had the pleasure of meeting some of them also!

I would write the Fountains a five on all of the above. I cannot really speak on quality of care since I'm in independent. But all of the other categories are as about as perfect as you can get in senior living. This is one of the few facilities where lifestyles are separated. Independent is split between two buildings and assisted living and memory care are in another building. Therefore everyone is never all together. It has it's good and it's bad because of this, but for me it's great.

Good food menu. Daily specials menu or alternate menu to choose from. Once you get use to it there are many options to choose from, as to what you want to combine. The staff here are great down to earth people. They are involved in most of the programs. They will always be participating in an exercise class showing you how it’s done. The staff here is the most fun and are always available and kind.

The Fountains is a wonderful place for my mom to live, especially now that she is in the Assisted Living building. She receives excellent care. The administrator is wonderful to work with, as is the head nurse. I have such peace of mind knowing she is being so kindly cared for here. Anyone you need to talk to is easily available, and listens to concerns. The menus are varied, healthy and fun. My mom absolutely loves the food at the Fountains! She says the food is great!

My dad recently moved from Arizona to Kansas City and we needed to find a senior living community for him here. We really can’t say enough about Silvercrest At Deer Creek. The facility is beautiful, very well-maintained, and super clean. The staff has been fantastic working with coordinating my dad‘s move-in and anything that we need while he’s living there. They genuinely care for their residents. They have plenty of social activities for the residence and are always trying to get them involved. It’s a top-notch facility And I would recommend

The staff at JCSL genuinely cares about its residents. It is very convenient to be able to sign up with a Healthcare group that operates right at the center. We have been pleased with the activities and care overall. We are very pleased to the layout is great, bright and lots of room for residents to walk around

Beautiful newer facility. Good food, caring staff. Highly recommend Hyland Hills to anyone.

The staff and residents are very welcoming and friendly. The food is good. The room my dad got is very nice and has plenty of room. Reasonable priced. The common rooms are very nice. I would definitely recommend Kipling meadows.

I think the greatest thing is how all the staff are so friendly, and most of the people that you're living with in the facility are also very friendly and helpful. And they have a great chef The food is fantastic, and the servers and everyone working in that area are so friendly and helpful. we definitely like the location and feel very blessed to be here and looked after
