Everyone has been wonderful, [Name Removed] is very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend to anyone needing to place a family member or friend. Staff does a good job of taking care of his needs.

They were very caring and very helpful all the way around. I would recommend to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Everything there is 5-star. Feels like a small community in that staff is so friendly and knows every resident. The activities and amenities make it feel like resort living. The restaurants have daily specials and all-day dining and the food is very good and included in the monthly fee.

5 on all of them. We are extremely happy with The Cascades. Mom is very happy there, the staff has been amazing at all levels. Kind, helpful, cheerful. Her room feels cozy and she is cared for well by the staff. She is happy, so we are happy. There is always something fun happening that she is delighted to participate in and she also seems very happy with the food. All around it's been an excellent experience and the transition went about as well as I could imagine.

I appreciated [name removed] approach. She asked questions about our relative; his personality, his preference for either community or for privacy, and more. She did not immediately launch into an explanation of fees but instead showed an interest in, and compassion for, our relative. It was a human approach not an institutional one.

Very nice facility. Comfortable size apartment. Clean with simple floor plan. A very nice community. Staff a friendly, professional and kind. Memory care was a sunny area with an active community. Rooms were a good size. The Waterford Grand has a lot to offer. I left the tour with a sence of " I found the perfect place!"

When my brothers and I began the difficult search for a long-term memory care community for our mom, The Waterford was the first place we visited—and it immediately set the standard. His compassion, patience, and genuine understanding of what families go through during this emotional transition made an immeasurable difference. He guided us through every step with clarity and empathy, helping us feel supported during a time that could have easily felt overwhelming. When it came time to move our mom in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure the transition was smooth, respectful, and comforting for both her and our family. Their attention to detail and commitment to her well-being reaffirmed that we had made the right choice. I wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend The Waterford Grand to anyone seeking a truly exceptional memory care community for their loved one. The facility is beautiful, but it’s the extraordinary staff—their professionalism, kindness, and dedication—that truly sets The Waterford apart.

I toured the facility and liked it, so I took my mom to see it a couple of days later. She also liked it. We had lunch. The server was polite and helpful, the food was good and so was the view - we could see the river from the window. We also toured the apartments, which were very nice. They seem to have a good exercise program and lots of activities for the residents. We will probably go back for another look. Overall, we were very impressed.

The facility is very clean with updated furniture, the staff has been very friendly and helpful and everyone there seems to be happy. Residents and staff. The grounds are beautiful and my mom has enjoyed walking outside. They also offer daily activities for socialization and weekly trips outside of the facility. Very positive experience.

Can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is friendly and approachable. Whenever I am there I see them interacting with the residents. The residents that I see, seem pleasant. The facility is very clean and my brother likes the food. There is a schedule of games and activities posted every day and on Sundays there is a list delivered to each resident's room. I don't know how many participants there are because I'm not there and my brother doesn't join those despite my encouragement. Creekside is within walking distance to a very large Fred Meyer and other shopping. Definitely a plus for those who like to get out on their own.

Good: I was able to find plenty of contacts and information about care facilities that made my decision easy. Bad: I got a ton of spam phone calls from every provider asking how their service was

I thought the Waterford was a beautiful place. Great curb appeal and very nice staff. [name removed] who gave me my tour was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the memory care program. He took me all around the facility and showed me all the activities and rooms that were available. This is a really tough decision, putting my mom in a memory care center. I cried leaving after my visit. I am definitely keeping your place on my list. But I’m not quite ready to put her in yet.

The residents and staff are very friendly. In the Bremerton facility, the staff are much more casual about assisting residents. The food is good and but the portions in the West Seattle, where I'm at are a bit smaller than I expected. The facility is clean, but it is older than the place I am currently at.

Everyone is super friendly, helpful and understanding. Clean, well organized. Nice spaces for the residences and lovely center courtyard that feels safe.

This place is so accommodating! Great people, friendly and very helpful. Andrew was very special to have as our tour guide. I liked it so much that I would consider living there myself.

Waterford Grand was a beautiful place with so many activity options, it was impressive. The Dining room had a very inviting feel and the setting of the building was beautiful. Even though it was close to town, all the tall trees kept nature close. Nice wide hallways gave a feeling of space - not closed in like other Asst Living places. The number of exercise classes offered was awesome, along with the pool, that visiting families are encouraged to enjoy. The outside patio areas, including the fountain, were beautiful and inviting. [Name remvoed], our tour guide, was very kind and caring as he graciously showed us multiple rooms so as to make the best decision. I also very much appreciated that memory care is ncorporated into the same building, on it's own floor, making for a seamless transition if needed.
